The staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating. The resturant food was very good. I stayed there because I was attending my father's funeral which was to begin at 11:00 am. I arrived at the hotel at 9am. I asked if I could check into my room early because I needed to get dressed for the funeral and needed a place for my luggage. They extended this courtesy to me and I was very grateful. Most hotels I have stayed in would not have allowed such an early checkin. I think the price I paid was somewhat high (107 per night) in March of 2015. The hotel does show some signs of wear and tear and is relatively small for a hotel. There was not a gift shop on the premises and breakfast was not included. I believe they provide free coffee from 5 to 6 am.
Probably the best water pressure that I have ever had from a hotel shower ever. Only stayed for one night but room was clean and staff was friendly. Nothing to complain about.
I am a huge HHonors member, but there were no hiltons available. I booked a king suite as it said it was the last available room, for $175.00. Upon arrival, I was informed they had given all of their king suites away, and they would be downgrading me to a standard non suite room for $30 less mo questions or other options or apologies offered. Why was there a standard room available yet they forced me to book a suite, and why was the suite givan away? Construction on the hotel began at 645AM including the scaffolding clanging around 6 inches away from my window, breakfast was not a full hot breakfast as promised, again because of construction, and the keurig coffee maker spit out brown water without a pod in it. Reminds me why I only travel Hilton. Pretty much everything.
