Pros: We had a double single room, was HUGE for Japanese standards. I have stayed in many hotel rooms with my boyfriend and you cannot move easily. This was the most Western sized room I have ever seen. The staff were lovely and everything you could need is provided.
Cons: The room is dated, which is fine, but the carpet and ulphostered chairs were visibly stained. The bed was quite stiff and hard.
Pros: Full breakfast available every morning. Staff were very friendly even if not speaking english.
Cons: A little bit overpriced for the location. Price was even more expensive than in Tokio.

Cons: The room interior was a bit dated and the bed was a little small.
Pros: I found the size of lobby was spacious and bright.
Cons: The property is in need of renovation in my opinion. Carpet in room, in lifts and corridor are badly stained. Toilet facilities were not up to the standard of Japanese hotel industry.

Cons: The building is old, so the air in the room is a little dusty.

Pros: Stayed in a japanese style room. Very good. Quiet hotel with sauna. Extremely good service. Very special thanks to the reception lady (I do not remember her name) who fixed my ripped pant on the spot.
