About Town Talk Diner and Gastropub
First opened in 1946 as a 15 seat neighborhood diner, the Town Talk has a wealth of history and charm. Now as a modern American eatery, this neighborhood gem has expanded to include a 50 seat dining room. The current Town Talk Diner and Gastropub (still in it's iconic Minneapolis location) thrives with a "Farm to Table" American cuisine. Driven by the seasonality of our climate and the sustainability of local farmers, the ever changing menu of chefs Kacey White and Charles Stotts pays nightly tribute to both the bounty of the midwest, and the people who farm it. We are a modern American eatery set in a historic Twin Cities diner with a menu that is clean, refined, and approachable. Our beer list is local, our wine list is well rounded, our cocktails are meticulously crafted. Our cuisine is delicious, local and sustainable. For clarity, we are NOT a traditional diner. Rather a modern American eatery that happens to be set in an iconic Minneapolis diner space.
