9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated and maintained property, with relaxed atmosphere, lovely food and good restaurant service - they appear cautious not to pack out the restaurant and spread out bookings to maintain this good service and relaxed atmosphere.. the restaurant had a nice cosy feel and I could certainly imagine their Christmas celebration package being very nice there.. friendly attentive staff, comfortable bed and newly refurbished room and ensuite which was very tasteful.. its a little off the beaten track but easy to find and access .. a lovely stroll down quiet country lanes from the Inn to the reservoirs which have nice compacted walking routes all the way around.
Cons: There was nothing not to like.. except perhaps the hole it burnt in the credit card!

5.8 Okay
Pros: The lad on the desk was really good
Cons: We got to order our food at 7.50 pm did not know is was closing at 8pm so we ordered the food was rushed out cold cause they were shutting went to the coop for a meal deal it was that bad would not recommend it but the rooms were ok
7.1 Good
Pros: Ease of booking, location, price and welcome upon arrival
Cons: DVD player in room a) didn't work ! and b) was placed at a height that for those of us at 6ft meant we banged our heads on it so quite a risk at that height given pointed corner of DVD player. If it has no chance of working - best to remove it albeit disanointing to see it in the room then not be able to put to use.. ( we had bought a DVD with us to watch). Breakfast on Satruday morning - was very busy and after 20 mins of waiting to be greeted by anyone we left as we couldn't wait any longer to place an order and then wait for service.... might need more staff at peak time to ensure customers actually get served for cooked breakfast offered ?

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room not cramped. Great size bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities
Cons: We stayed for one Saturday night. The room faced faces onto the stret across from a pub where unfortunately there was a commotion going on.. Two light bulbs missing from the chandelier which would have given more light into the room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: its cheap
Cons: they only take cash and demand a £50 CASH deposit.. you have to ring someone up who then comes to open the door and check you in after about 30 mins and it has to be after 530pm.. then at 0900 the next morning she literally just walked in to my room and threw me out..as I was getting dressed
7.5 Good
Pros: Spacious room with microwave and fridge available, as well everything available to make a brew etc. Enough electric sockets in the room to power up anything you might want to bring along!
Cons: Planning of the ensuite was poor. A few more inches when installing the stud walls would have meant that a proper size sink could have been accommodated and you could actually sit on the loo properly! I guess maybe out of their control, but the water pressure gave out when I was having a shower. Shampoo in hair and I had to wait 10-15 minutes before I could rinse it out with a dribble of water from the shower. Everyone has their own favourite nature of bed (hard/firm etc.), but I didn't really get a good night's sleep. Hanging about outside for 10 minutes to check-in isn't the best welcome, but understandable given the nature of the property.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet.
Cons: I was told I could not have food in the room but there was a microwave and other things suggesting food was allowed.

Pros: Location was fantastic, the Hotel facilities were also great
Cons: Service was very slow, one of the bartenders was hard work, totally ignored you standing at the bar waiting to order a drink, this guy needs sacking and give the job to someone who wants it and is pleased to serve customers, we were not the only customers to make this comment about this individual. I got the impression the manager knows about this problem already.!

Cons: People in next room loud with TV on from 2.00am onwards, couldn't sleep
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff professionalism and welcome, a refreshing change from some places I have stayed. minor observation was that the toilet seat in room two was loose and moved around when sat on. I was there for a meeting in Leeds and although as a city its one of the worst for traffic I have visited the overnight stay here more than made up for that. Even had decent ale on hand pull l!!! Keep up the good work Vintage.
Cons: Not a lot, maybe an investment in better window sound proofing for the road noise as it starts quite early here as the road is a commuter route.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful the food was fantastic the room was so clean I couldn’t fault the hotel in the slightest defiantly more than a 3 star, be back again without a doubt ☺️
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were lovely and staff very welcoming. It has a lovely feel. Couldn't fault location and accommodation.
Cons: Have stay there times but am afraid the restaurant lets this lovely place down. The first time I ate their, a couple of years ago the prawn dish arrived still frozen and raw, didnt make a fuss and accepted apologies but still charged. This time the menu had changed and thought would give benefit of doubt and had a meal. This time it was not better. My hubbie had coconut curry which was cooked chicken with a sauce poured over it mine was not any better. We were told they were full booked and had to wait but their were more empty tables than eaters so I guess they cant cope with many numbers.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised to find that continental breakfast was included in the room price, i was also very pleased with the value of the cooked breakfast which was all locally sourced items and was excellent.
Cons: The only part i was not keen on was that the windows did not open, however the staff did provide a fan for the room so i was still comfortable despite the fact that the windows didn't open.
