Pros: Well place in city.
Pros: great location, excellent staff, it would be better if they can specify what time they can provide room cleaning services in the afternoon (e.g. 1 pm, or 2 pm) instead of saying "please make up the room in the afternoon" broadly
Pros: Great location next to the castle, with beautiful views from the restaurant! Also nice views of the city from my room. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of Japanese and Western dishes served in a stylish, modern restaurant.
Cons: The rooms are a little bit dated. I tried to wash and dry my clothes with the provided machines but they came out still damp and it took an eternity to get them fully dry.

Hahaha
Pros: Nice view, comfortable beds.
Cons: The room was a bit small.
Pros: it was central
Cons: they gave me a smoking room, while i asked for a non smoking. stayed there 4 days and even though i repeatedly asked to be changed (the room smelled like an ashtray), they refused. Staff was extremely unhelpful.

Pros: The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful.. The onsen was fun but smelt quite strongly of chlorine. The view was spectacular and the room was very big.
Cons: It was very dated . Didn't like the smell of smoke in the corridors. The food was bland and lacked taste. There was plenty of food and it looked great but we were really disappointed by the lack of taste. We've been in Japan 2 weeks and eaten in lots of tiny eateries and had some delicious food and whilst here was our most expensive stay and the presentation was great the flavour let it down hugely . The salad at breakfast looked a day old very limp . The prawn was a grey pink, not fresh looking , the tofu was boiled in a pot of water with mushrooms and had no flavour . The dinner misso tasted like water with some seaweed strips in it . And we were served a grilled fish head ? There's hardly any meat on a fish head . The chopsticks were the cheap wooden ones you get free from 7/11 when you buy food and have to split them . I've never had these in a restaurant , even tiny eateries give you nice chopsticks .It was just not what we expected from the price tag . Very disappointing.
Pros: the Seaview room is good，the service provided is exceed standard
Cons: No lift in my side, we need to take luggage upstair
Pros: Very pleasant and comfortable Japanese style room. The onsen was fantastic. The views were spectacular.
Pros: I travelled one month in Japan. And I spent 3 wonderful nights in this hotel. Everything was perfect... Staff exellent, very helpful, speak very well English... I return to Japan next year in Japan and I will return in this hotel. During my month in Japan, Tokyo, kyoto, nara this hotel is my best memory... Thank you for the shuttle. Thank you for your hospitality.
Pros: View from room and onsen. Spacious room
Cons: Far from train station if you travel without car
Pros: Lovely location, staff were helpful & friendly. View from the lounge would have been excellent if the coach parking space wasn't in the way! Food was OK but could have been better for the price.
Cons: They had fitted a bathroom in the room in too small a space which made it awkward to use.
Pros: Breakfast in large dining room overlooking the bay, good
Cons: Facilities are old, tired looking ...
Pros: It is very tranquil and by the seaside. Splendid to see the beautiful sunset while having an Onsen bath.

Pros: Very friendly staff, willing to give you advices about places to eat around. Very clean room with all condiments and cute pyjama. Comfortable bed, also room was equipped with air humidifier. Free shuttle bus from the airport and free bije rent ( unfortunately due to lack of tomdridnt use it). One of the closest hotels to the airport .
Cons: Breakfast was not particularly for European taste, but also due to covid19 was limited, which is understandable.
Pros: Staff were approachable and friendly. Environment was clean, well furnished and maintained. Breakfast was provided. Good location with big supermarket right opposite the hotel and walking distance to Rinku Premium Outlet. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended
Pros: The staff was extremely kind and informative. They helped us a lot and spoke to us in English when we had struggles with our Japanese.
Cons: The room smelt like it was newly renovated or painted, and while it was extremely clean the smell was a bit strong. When I went to open the window to try and let in some air there was a wierd crawl space connecting what seemed to be our room to a window that led outside with maybe 3 feet between the two windows. It was very odd!
Pros: Very helpful reception. Bikes were handy, and made it easy to visit the premium outlet (at 5 minutes bike ride). The shuttle to the airport was really convenient and right on time. Room was spacious and I loved that the toilet was separate.
Cons: It's quite a walk from Rinku station, something I didn't anticipate. Bad planning on my part. I can't review the breakfast, because the corona outbreak prevented the hotel to serve their usual continental. They did their best on the set plates though and I understand the decision.
Pros: - Super clean - Very quiet by double windows - Spacious room - Good air ventilation and air filtering system - Good complementary breakfast - Courtesy reception - Free shuttle service between Airport and Hotel
Cons: - Nothing in particular (Even there are some shops and restaurants nearby)

Cons: Room too small.
Pros: Location! Near JR station.
Cons: Room is small.
Pros: Location is superb.
Cons: Room is too small.
Pros: It was in a convenient location.
Cons: Parking was an issue. It was supposed to be a first come first serve basis but i stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t get a reserved lot. Very strange parking policy. Surely they don’t except someone touring halfway to come back and book a lot. Seems to be not much done for relatively longer stay customers. That should be improved.
Pros: Close to train station. Extra item available like extra pillow, blanket. Good breakfast.
Pros: Location is definitely the key attraction for Comfort Hotel, with its close proximity to the JR station. Good restaurants are within walking distance. Facilities are sufficient and the room is comfortable.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: Location, food, facilities, staff helpful, Cleaner good manner..bed really comfort in my expectations...!! All good so far !! Will stay again.
Cons: How ever must follow the cleanup rules. Need to change bed sheet have to before 10am to inform paste sticker in your door room!!! If not inform before 10am only clean up room without change bed sheet .

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. A very good breakfast included. Everything was great for the price.
Cons: The rooms are quite old, but clean.
Pros: Very close to Nankai Wakayama-shi station, and walking to Wakayama Castle takes only 15 mins. Hotel itself is definitely with history, but it provides free coffee in lobby and smartphone internet service in every room. I think it is good enough with this price.
Cons: May need to wait for breakfast in rush hour because there aren't too much tables in restaurant.
Pros: Very near Nankai Train station (Wakayama-shi station). Nice breakfast included.
Cons: No view from my room as the window was opaque.
Pros: Not expensive,low price
Cons: The shower room is small
Pros: Location is good, it’s just beside the Wakayama city station. About 3-5 mins walk
Cons: We arrived at the dinning hall for breakfast 20 mins before closing time, there was nothing left there. But I guess considering the price it’s ok.
Pros: It is ok with some choice. The best is you can cook noodle by yourself.
Pros: Daini Fuji is a typical business hotel and you get exactly what you paid for. It's comfortable, clean and efficient. The staff are kind. Even if I came in quite late in the night, I was accommodated generously by the reception staff. They even let me have an extra pillow with no additional charge. The breakfast is good and they change it up a little every day so you won't really get too bored. It's near the station, you just have to cross the street and walk for 5-7 minutes and you're there, so that was incredibly convenient. I also really liked it that there's a shampoo and conditioner station in the lobby where you could help yourself to several brands of shampoos and conditioners.
Cons: Nothing really.
With a stay at Wakayama Urban Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Wakayama, within a 10-minute drive of Wakayama Castle and Sumiya Rehabilitation Hospital. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
Pros: Second time we stayed at the hotel - after coming in from Kansai Airport. Great location just next to the JR train station. Good breakfast spread. Nothing to complain about.
Pros: Best location in Wakayama, esp close to the JR station and spacious room.
Pros: Is close to many bars and restaurants. The buffet breakfast is mostly Japanese style but there is bread and jam too. It has all the amenities that you need. In the lobby there is also free water, coffee and cool towels to use.
Cons: Nothing bad about this place, the only down side is you have to pay extra for the parking space
Pros: The proximity to the station and shopping and the Japanese breakfast.
Cons: The large step out of the bathroom is very dangerous.
Pros: Great location and nice breakfast.
Cons: The bed was quite small and we found dirty tissues on the floor when we arrived.
Pros: Convenient, staff was excellent & so gracious & kind ! Thank you very much for excellent help finding our Granddaughter’s favorite hand puppet animal, she was so grateful & happy! We will always remember the first young staff employee that went extra way to help!!! We will always remember your Hotel service . We will always pray for your success and try to visit your hotel again! Thank you & God Bless you all!
Cons: Small. Need more English translation.
Pros: Room was very quiet. Close to train station. The price was very good. The staff did their best; it was helpful to utilize Google Translate to help them out. The bed was on the small size for two people but comfortable. A japanese breakfast was included in the price, which was nice.
Cons: Thermostat was difficult to figure out, with no English instructions. The lobby smelled faintly of cigarettes.

Pros: fiarly good
Pros: The location is very good, near the JR station.
Cons: The staff could not speak or understand English, so the communication would need some patient. The bathroom is somehow very small.
Pros: Their staff are nice
Cons: The picture on the site dont match the room its very different
Pros: lucky get the new room
Pros: Despite the place needs some updating, the housekeeping staff tries to keep the place presentable and as tidy and clean as possible.
Cons: Dirty carpets, smelly room, and visibly accumulated thick dust in the vents, and on the walls.
Cons: This hotel just felt grotty and is no comparison to Granvia, similar pricing, where I moved to after checking out. I would not stay here again. Breakfast was disgusting and ate out instead. Carpets are stained
Cons: The cleanliness needs to be improved. There was some sand in my room. Not much, but needed to be wiped off. I actually didn't know if it was sand or dirt.
Located in Wakayama, Wakayama Daiichi Fuji Hotel is within a 10-minute drive of Wakayama Castle and Wakayama Park Zoo. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Super close to rental car locations and 5 min less walk to the station. Free breakfast was nice and homey. They had various shampoos and conditioners in the lobby that you could use (pump into small containers to take to your room)
Cons: The rooms are more on the old side but for a short stay (1/2 nights) easy to look over. The rooms got a bit too hot but can be easily solved by opening the window (although 1 room's window kept closing)
Pros: Nice cleam rooms, nice hosts.
Cons: Breakfast did not have standard stuff that western tourists are used to. No toasts/jam/butter and the similar stuff.
Pros: The location is near the train station.
Cons: Smoking smell is too strong in the reception desk.
Pros: Staff were helpful in answering questions about the location and things to do. We had to leave our car key at the front desk so they moved cars that left before you. If you don't like the shampoo&rinse, they provide many varieties at the front desk you can take a small bit to use. AIr freshener and hand sanitizer by the elevator on each floor to use freely.
Cons: I asked a few questions when I made the reservation through booking.com but none of it was answered. I requested for no smoking twin room, but we got a smoking room which smelled. The rooms were a bit small for two adults. Not much space to keep luggage. The person staying before us set the alarm and didn't turn it off so we were woken up at 6:15 am on January 1st after being out all night till 3 am! Staff should've checked. Not many outlets to plug in the humidifier and air purifier (provided) and a cell phone charger. Breakfast only till 9 a.m. but they clean up by 8:50 am. so you need to be there beforehand. Not much vegetarian options. Just cereal and yogurt and plum rice ball and salad.
Pros: It was very close to the station and the staff is very helpful. Ok for a one night stay if you are on budget. It includes a decent breakfast for free.
Cons: The rooms are extremely small, the air is very dry even using the humidifier in the room and the bed a bit too soft. The hotel looks very old.
With a stay at MANPA RESORT in Wakayama, you'll be on the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Wakayama Castle and Wakaura Tenmangu Shrine. Featured amenities include luggage storage, a safe deposit box at the front desk, and a water dispenser. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: staff really great, comfortable bed, good sized room. close to airport if u come in late at night. reasonable cost price.
Cons: missed breakfast, finished at 8:30..think this a little early
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Roads leading to the property were dark and not well lit.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Facility seems new and staffs are courteous.
Cons: Expected a buffet type breakfast but it was a set menu, Japanese or western style. I think the breakfast is one of the most important selling point. There is a room for improvement.
Pros: Close to airport
With a stay at Hotel Yutaka Wing in Tajiri, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Rinku Premium Outlets and Rinku Park. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
Pros: Location - hotel was close to the train station and a short walk from Rinku town with bars, restaurants, shops and parks. Ideal overnight before a flight as free shuttle bus service to the airport provided.
Cons: Room was non smoking but must have been a smokers room in the past as the smell was awful. The pillows were flat and only one each provided. Breakfast was very limited, Japanese options mainly and not even toast or bread rolls available. No restaurant facilities in the evening and vending machine drinks and pot noodles were over priced.
Pros: Staff was really great because my friends arrived at so late night but very kind reception!
Cons: There weren't Ice cups of ice vending machine in first floor. The location is far from Yoshiminosato Sta. of Nankai Line a bit.
Pros: The close location to the KIX Airport was a definite plus for this hotel (incl. the free shuttle ride), as well as the proximity to the train station. One can easily walk from there to reach the hotel although the neighborhood feels very quite and a bit dead.
Cons: You don't feel welcome when you enter the hotel, which is fine, because one shouldn't compare it to a 5-star hotel. English level is okay during Check-in but the guy that took me to the airport the next day couldn't speak a word in english which would be fine if he would then just be quiet instead of asking me 5x if I am American or Japanese?! My room was clean on the first sight but after a while I had a hard time breathing because of the mold air inside the room. I would not stay there again. I'd rather take some more cash to pay a better hotel in this area or take a cheap room somewhere in Osaka citycenter.
