Everything the staff was great! It was clean and comfortable with a free breakfast bar.. It was great!
The Cark Fork was right outside my window. The views and proximity of the mountains, campus and walking bridge helped make my stay even more inviting. The outdoor fire pits and sitting areas offered extra elements of relaxation. Plus, my bed was divine! Nothing.
the staff was nice the non smoking room smelled like some one was chain smoking. so bad it made me choke
Staff were very helpful but slow to respond. Great location. nice lobby. Expected more for $100. This was a budget inn. Only the lobby was renovated. Dirt and stains everywhere. Toilet wasn't cleaned. Comforter had cigarette burns. Cable didn't work. Only acceptable for late arrival followed by early check out.
Great value, modest walking distance to the U of M Campus/stadium, and modest walking distance to downtown. On a busy street, near the rail tracks, and few amenities.
It was cheap...you get what you pay for. Got a key, went to my room & door was wide open. Found no towels or TP. Went to get some & found out room key didn't work. Kid working didn't know how to fix it & there was no other rooms available. He had to let me back in every time I wanted to leave. Room was gross, first time I ever did a bed bug check. The whole place smelled like smoke. It's what I get for being cheap...should have spent $20 more & drove one more exit.
Price East access off freeway No clock No Kleenex
Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. It was quiet. Room was easily accessible. Room was close to downtown which made it easy to walk everywhere. One washer and dryer. Never was able to wash my clothes. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Tub had issues draining.
The pool was nice but the water was freezing cold. The beds were pretty comfortable. The door keys didn't work most of the time. The pool water was freezing cold.
I stayed here for one night because my AirBnB wasn't immediately available. Basic, no frills room. Wasn't even in it 12 hours. Perfect for my needs.
Good price Staff was mostly friendly, but one young lady in particular was very rude to me for no reason every morning. The "free breakfast" is incredibly simple, and they WILL NOT let you eat if you get to it a minute after 10am (or even 9:58 in my case).
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Need better lighting in the vanity area and quiter bathroom fan.
Good service and very clean. Wish there was a mini fridge in the room, and the coffee was always out during breakfast.
We upgraded to a normal room and it was night and day compared to their budget rooms. We stayed the first night at one of their budget rooms. Horrible! The window was broken, the towel rack was broken, there was mold on the shower curtain and it smelled like smoke.
I have seen better accommodation at Motel 6. Basic room, NO alarm clock or coffee pot, mold in the tub caulking, no TV remote. We called about the remote and when the front desk agent brought it he said WE would have to program it!!! We were desperate for a room so we took it. The most important thing though was we arrived late and the lamp connected to the light switch was NOT plugged im! I had to walk across the room in the dark - a HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. Besides that the breakfast was terrible. When I spoke to the front desk agent in the morning she listened but didn't offer any compensation, at $:204 after tax this was robbery so far as I'm concerned. I would recommend you sleep in your car before staying here See above
Parking Breakfast had something to be desired
Friendly staff Decent rate Breakfast was okay, eggs and meat was lukewarm. Trains passing nearby throughout night. McDonald's restaurant RIGHT in main parking lot makes atmosphere more crowded feeling.
