10.0 Excellent
Pros: We felt very welcome and had a nice time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a must B&B in Ireland! It was incredibly inviting. The hosts were amazingly gracious and the surroundings were so cozy. They are very inviting. Due to this trip being lengthy I had prearranged to use their washer and dryer.. We stayed longer at the pub that night listening to music and she had dried and folded the wash and had completed another load. I had no expectations of that! What super people! It is also within minutes of a phenomenal monastic site with ruins and carved high crosses!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Jackie & Joe are warm, friendly, generous, and helpful people. Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. The hosts were willing to share their time giving their guests tips on local restaurants and pubs along with some of the local sights to see. They were also very friendly, and when we left, we felt we knew more about them than any of the other 5 B & B hosts we met during our 11-night stay in Ireland. If we were to rebook our trip over again, we would spend more time at 3 of the B & Bs we chose and cut the others. Clonmacnoise would not be on the cut list! Great hosts, ample parking, fantastic breakfast, in a quiet location out in the Irish Midlands, and the best value for your money!.
Cons: The bathroom for our room was not ensuite.

We were served tea and biscuits on arrival which was very welcome after a long drive. Throughout our stay we had various offers of tea, coffee and drinks. We hired bikes and cycles around St. John’s wood and ring diun castle and it was very pretty with virtually no traffic.

Pros: House was nice in nice place.. houses were spacious

9.3 Excellent
Pros: A bunch of us came down for a 30th birthday party and we had an amazing night. The apartments were absolutely gorgeous , super clean and massive! Great value for money and only about an hour from Dublin. The apartments are quite private and we were left alone to do our own thing. We would definitely go back in the future!
Cons: I rang ahead of time to let the apartments know it was a party and asked if anything special could be done but they explained they didn’t do that. I thought even a small gesture such as a card or some chocolate in the apartment would have been such a nice touch and good customer service! Also it’s good to note that there is no taxi service in the town. Getting from the Main Street of Tyrellspass (bus drop off point) to the apartments with bags is quite a trek.

Pros: This is a lovely place to stay if you are passing through Tullamore. Clean, modern and very comfortable. Also great value.
Cons: Nothing - all good
5.8 Okay
Pros: Room clean and comfortable and had all the trimmings similar to a good quality hotel. Location good and walk into town centre was only about 12 minutes.
Cons: This property is a bungalow townhouse with bedrooms converted to a modern high standard. It's basically a self service with no staff in sight. You key in the last 4 digits of your mobile and bingo your in front door and same for your room. Woken at 3.30 and 4 am by two groups of returning young revellers. I paid €86 for 1 night for a self service room only. My main gripe is extremely poor value for money. My stay should be priced at no more than €45 to €50.

Pros: Great breakfast, superb location...easy to reach from the motorway yet it is right at the end of the main street
Cons: Difficult to find my room. And the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor...as it does in a lot of hotels I might add. Plus, the bar did not stock popular drinks like Cork Gin or Coors Lager on the night we were there
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Thought for the price I paid it should have included breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The deluxe room was amazing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: location excellent, breakfast excellent.
Cons: rooms very warm, find the air con been on all the time caused sore throats, flu like symptoms.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely comfortable room and the bathroom was gorgeous with a powerful shower
Cons: The swimming pool staff member informed us on arrival at the pool that kids were only welcome between 9am and 7pm. The hotel info only stated the evening curfew and not the morning time limitations, this could be made clearer
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful big room, loads of light. Great staff.
Cons: I booked a deluxe king room but when I arrived the room allocated looked like a classic king room but I was told it was actually a deluxe. Marriott room pictures need match rooms given. Explanation was that the picture of the room I paid for was a corner deluxe ... either way I wanted what I paid for. Thankfully the staff moved me and my stay was as I hoped and expected. Shower needs a bit of attention ... seal was coming off.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This location by the lake is absolutely great! Everyday me and my husband would take walks with local doggies Izzy and Stella, walk through farms and by the lake.. Such a peaceful place in the middle of nature! The owner Paul and his wife are such a lovely people! Paul let us borrow his lil boat and go explore the lake which was really nice. The sheets in the room were supercomfy :-) And Pauls breakfast just awesome!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was really good. Paul was a good host. The yellow lab and cat were funny and friendly.
Cons: Location. Literally in the middle of nowhere. Place needs some updating. Poor value for the money. The going rate for a nice hotel in the area was about the same price.
4.3 Okay
Pros: the breakfast was ok Izzy the dog location a bit remote
Cons: 1 mowing the lawn outside the sunroom from 7:30 till 9 pm was hardly conducive to a pleasant atmosphere( surely this could have been done earlier in the day) 2 the room walls are so thin that any sound from your neighbour (ie small children screaming ) is not pleasant. 3 late arrivals 11.30 pm, who then partied till 2-3 am made sleeping difficult
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the stay at Inny Bay B&B. Paul and Deirdre are very friendly and made us feel like home. We had a great evening and morning walk beside the lake, through the cow fields accompanied by the happy dog and cat. Both are gorgeous and so friendly. Animal and nature lovers will be definitely happy here. The beds are comfortable and we slept very well. We had a room with lakeview which was great. Paul's breakfast was superb and there is everything you need. I enjoyed the homemade bread and the fresh fruits. I really can recommend it. We would definitely come again.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: beautiful surrounding, friendly dog, nice breakfast, relax public area.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The isolated house at the end of the road, close to the lake, with wonderful views of Lough Ree. Fabulous breakfast, including choices between huge and reasonable (for those who do not like wasting food). Fresh farm products, home-made bread, eggs from the farm, healthy options with fruit and yoghurt. You can also cook in the room, wonderful if you want an evening really away from it all. If you are a nature lover you will have the friendly farm animals around you. Paul and Deirdre are wonderful hosts!
Cons: Animal lovers will enjoy very friendly cats and dogs :-) Internet not very strong and limited to the main house -- but then what would you expect at the "end of the road".

Cons: all v good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The host Sheamus was extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The breakfast was very sufficient (we could help ourselves with everything from the fridge, cereals etc), if only simple, which was fine for the price.
Cons: The showers use very loud heating devices that can actually wake up other guests when used -- annoying when you have to get up early, or when other guests use them at 4 o'clock in the morning (really happened, along with some running and shouting). The one twin room I stayed in was very small, only space for the two single beds and nothing else.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: On arrival the hostess welcomed us with cups of tea, cake, bread and cheese and conversation. Both ladies were charming and presented us with great breakfasts. When we arrived late in the evenings we were given tea and biscuits, cakes and bunloaf. The ladies were interested in our day and shared their busy lives with us. When going on several long journeys during the days the hostesses gave us fruit for our journey. They cold not have been more helpful with their recommendations for dinners and activities for day and evening. The cruise on the loch was fabulous and the outings to the nearby pubs and restaurants worthwhile.
Cons: - That couldn't stay longer than a week.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was OK but could have been better.

Cons: there was not one thing we disliked. It was perfect.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hostess, Very comfortable accommodations. Lovely dining area and great breakfast!
Cons: The duvet on the bed was much too heavy for me but my husband didn't mind it. Although I like a cool room for sleeping, I found it quite cold. There are only 2 local pubs and both were fully booked for dinner and the local restaurant was extremely expensive. We drove a short distance into Athlone and had great fish & chips & apple pie at a little bistro.
10.0 Excellent
