Ease of check-in and check out and the cleanliness of the room.
Comfortable rooms / beds.
Noisy (near train tracks). Did not have the room we anticipated on late arrival (despite calling ahead to advise re flight delay).
Very clean, nice room. Service was superb; very courteous personnel. I forgot to give my key to the valet and (after calling to confirm) he came upstairs to get it rather than asking me to bring it down. Excellent. Also, I get the feeling that this is the nicest hotel in Modesto area; the locals all seemed impressed that I was staying there lol.
It's RIGHT next to the train tracks, and a loud train comes by at least once an hour at night. They provide earplugs for guests, but I recommend asking for a room that's NOT facing the tracks.
Located near Downtown
Management not prepared for influx of American Vets convention, which hotel knew in advance. Staff shortage in Bar and Restraunt for Breakfast. More management working(not helping out) than staff.
