Friendly helpful staff No Bath
Lovely room only staying 1 night, lovely breakfast
First thing I noticed at our arrival was a nice smily girl who welcomed us. Staff spoke English. It was a very good option not staying in a turistic city like Josselin and looking for a small city close by. Hotel was very clean, white new bath towells!! good position , excellent breakfast and good price.. We really enjoyed the relaxed stay in that small city.
Quiet and very central to town We chose this hotel as it had a restaurant and secure parking. The restaurant was not open either Saturday or Sunday and the car park was full
Everything. The welcome was good, staff helpful and friendly. The room was a good size with plenty of pillows. The food was good with lots of choice at a very reasonable price. We would stay again.
I liked the cleanliness of the whole hotel, the pleasant atmosphere and the friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and welcoming and allowed me to practice my french! Breakfast was excellent. Room was small, and a full length mirror would have been nice.
Very lucky to be upgraded to a suite which was fitted to a very high standard and excellent value; super king size bed and lovely cotton bedding. Very good Continental breakfasts with an excellent range of everything. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel restaurant was not open in the evenings when we stayed (this may have been because of local holiday). Laudeac has only a limited selection of restaurants in the centre of the town.
not enough car parking space, not a lot of choice of food, breakfast needs looking at again, there was no cereal or toast,
The staff were incredibly friendly.
Very impressed with the welcome and friendliness of all the staff. Lovely bedroom overlooking the lake and the golf course. Excellent restaurant. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
I found the attention of the staff, absolutely without exception, to be totally professional. The service, facilities and meals were first class. I have no reservation in recommending this hotel.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. I felt very welcomed. I was only there one night but would definitely go back.
Right across river from chateau with openable large windows; restaurant food quality very good and reasonably priced especially given it was in mid March. Parking very well signposted with very large sign. Bed comfortable and room very quiet since it faced out on to river. Owners very friendly and tried hard to please.
We were house hunting
Stunning location (view from the bedroom window straight out at castle over river); friendly and helpful staff; dinner excellent. We stayed on a cold November night but were warmed by both the welcome and the room. Josselin is a treasure. I was visiting the area in preparation for organising a visit to the Morbihon next year and picked this hotel just as a base, but am now tempted to use it for our future tour.
Location is wonderful, staff helpfull and friendly, a perfect place to visit. My second visit and I look forward to more. No
Best place to visit the Castel and sweet pictural small french city. Recommended - uniqe view is promissed
Friendliness of staff, walks around Josselin and good food - very comfortable beds! Room a little small and no view even although we booked some time ago.
Pretty setting and facilities were good value for money. Bar not open on Sundays and Mondays.
Room with a view of the Chateau was wonderful. Excellent cuisine and choice at evening dinner. Staff in general were rather serious in their approach to clients. Although a very well run hotel - a more friendly approach would be welcomed, especially by the proprietor.
The staff was excellent, very helpful. The hotel is a bit old, but reasonably well kept. Small rooms by American standards. The food in the restaurant was mediocre.
We were a group of 7 cyclist and the hotel was by the green cycle way from St Malo and we were going to La Baulle It was just in the right place and there were rooms for 3-5 people We enjoyed the evening meal.
Good dinner. Welcoming staff. A bit of a drag to go from Lancelot to Roi Arthur for booking in or out, for meals and all facilities.
