Pros: Paul could not have been more welcoming and charming - he was so helpful to us after our long journey and even humoured our 7-year-old's attempt at speaking French. The room was perfect for our family, a good size for the four of us, with a lovely view of the garden. It was a very hot day but despite that, the thickness of the walls kept the room nice and cool without AC. The pool was delightful in a beautiful setting - and much needed following our drive in the heatwave. Breakfast was lovely, and I've not known my young sons to eat so much first thing in the morning! I was really pleased to have found La Ferme Des Impressionnistes.

Pros: Jonathan and Sauren have created a haven of peace, tranquility, hospitality and love. They are so kind, friendly and caring. It felt like we were staying with long time friends, not at a B&B. Their home is so beautiful, in a peaceful location with a wonderful garden where they organically grown most of the food they serve. The little cottage you stay in is private and perfect. Breakfast is like nothing you have ever experienced. All the food is hand made mainly by Sauren and it will transport you to heaven. The perfect start to your day. They also offer evening meals. Please, whatever you do, please, please have your meals with them. Saurens cooking is so amazing. Finer than anything you could hope to eat elsewhere. The food is all hand cooked, using organic ingredients to Michelin type standards. We were speechless. They have beautiful wines and Sauren explains with great passion and love all about the ingredients and recipes if you are interested. We loved everything about our stay. Pros: We had the attic room and it was fantastic. As our flight was delayed for 2 hours, Fabienne was very nice to wait for us until we arrived. The breakfast was superby too. It was a great overnight stay to drive to the Monet Garden the next day.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I was upgraded to a larger room as there was no one else staying at the property. The room was very clean and spacious. On street parking although there was parking on site - just easier to use on street. Excellent location, very quiet. Lovely breakfast plenty of variety
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was perfect for us since we wanted to find a small peaceful B&B in a charming French town. The room was really comfortable and clean and Fabienne was very nice and welcoming. She helped us with everything including two restaurant reservations and giving us a better room. Parking was easy and breakfast was amazing. It was a really French breakfast and a wide selection of food, everything was delicious. It was one of the best stays for us! We definitely recommend!
Cons: Everything was a little far away.

Pros: It was perfect place to finish our trip to Normandy. Friendly owner, beautiful room (bathroom was amazing!!!), nice, varied breakfest with good quality products. If you want you can also use the kitchen to prepare something on your own. The neighbourhood is beautiful as well - we went on short walk and the views were breathtaking. The owner provided us with all necesary information we needed.

Pros: I had a two night visit here. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was a very spacious room and nicely decorated too. The area is very quiet allowing for a restful stay. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide range of coffees, pastries, ham, bread and cheeses. Highly recommended.
Cons: Needed a car for access to restaurants.

Pros: Very peaceful location, close (less than ten mins drive) to Monet's garden in Giverny. Breakfast was included in the price and was wonderfully fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable and clean and it was lovely to sit outside in the sunshine overlooking some beautiful countryside. We even saw red squirrels one morning. Unfortunately we had had an accident and were without our car, but our hostess and her family could not have been more helpful, lending us a car, booking restaurants, taxis and liaising with the garage regarding the repair process. Although it was a stressful time they could not have done more to support us. Thank you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming location with quirky decor. Very close to Monet’s Garden. Friendly atmosphere and very accommodating hostess. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and tea and coffee was served in beautiful vintage silverware. Definitely recommend
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hostess. Studio room very good with garden view.
Cons: All good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful position overlooking the valley. Very quiet location. Great and helpful owner who sorted a taxi and restaurant booking for us. There is plenty of parking. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, croissants, bread and some very tasty jam. The studio is on the ground floor down some fairly step steps but has a small kitchenette together with sofa and en suite. The balcony room has perhaps the best view, but the private toilet/shower facilities are across the (short) corridor. For complete darkness there are electric shutters. The remaining large double has an en suite and a window to the side. Complete with electric shutters.
Cons: Its not a didn't like, but you will need a car if you are staying here.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved all the interesting artwork everywhere. Some very interesting pieces made by our host or her family.
Cons: I am allergic to cats and there are a couple (and a dog) but our host was very understanding and kept them outside. The dog is a very sweet and very old boy and no problem at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostess was super friendly, and the view was breathtaking! I recommend for sure!
Cons: None
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the days in la citadelle! It was calm and the garden is very nice, at day and night! Lydia is a super host, she is friendly and offers a good and fresh breakfast.
Cons: -
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lydia, the owner was very attentive and pleasant. I very much liked the comfort of the room and the wonderful scent of the pillows.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous view across the village and valley from the bedroom balcony. Lovely continental breakfast served in host's living room, sharing table and meeting other guests. Fresh bread and croissants, delicious homemade marmalade, coffee and tea to order. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Charming and attentive host.
Cons: We didn't realise the bathroom, although private for us, wasn't en suite, just a short step across a small passageway, but this wasn't really an issue.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hostess was fantastic and saved our vacation! We had a direct shuttle from CDG to the property and did not realize that there are no taxis, uber or public transit in the area. Incredibly, the hostess let us use her car which allowed us to get to town for groceries and to visit Monet's Garden....the reason for the stay! Without her kindness and generosity, I don't know what we would have done! The house looks out over beautiful farmlands and was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast outdoors with homemade apricot jam. Absolutely lovely!
Cons: The second bed is not really sufficient for an adult.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. 5 minutes to Monet's garden. The host, Christine, was wonderful. She dircted us to great, but not expensive, restaurants nearby. There's a delightful little park on a small river directly behind her b&b.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house is located just acros the riverside and has a beautiful garden. The host was very friendly and incredibly helpful with all the questions about the region. I have used her bycicle to go around and enjoy great landscapes of Normandy! Happy to recommend this place further and hopefully will come back one day :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The warmth and welcoming of Cristian the host. Her willing to help find attractive places to visit. Her willing to give you good stay..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner could not have been more accommodating. I had a bike that she cleared a place in her personal shed to store for the night. The grounds and surroundings were from a postcard. She is quite the gardener and the property was kept up splendidly. Very comfortable and in a serene setting. Nothing seemed to be lacking and the area is very quiet for a good nights rest.
Cons: Maybe a table to place things on in the very ample bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The chairs were extremely comfortable. Breakfast and helpfulness of the owner
Cons: There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views of the Seine are wonderful! We have stayed here before and will do so again. The restaurant was extremely good both for food and service!
Cons: Loved everything!
5.8 Okay
Cons: We were not staying in the main building as we thought we would be, it was more the outhouse behind the spa. The walls in the room were paper thin, which meant that when three children were running around their room and jumping on their beds we could hear everything. Furthermore since the hotel taking a security deposit from my credit card and then charging my card for our stay, I have been overcharged £277.80. I was reassured by the receptionist on check out that it was only a holding transaction and would be refunded. This has not happened. I have emailed the property but I haven't heard anything from them.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location The view from the room The access to the spa, a woodland area and the two restaurants We also received a lovely welcome.
Cons: The room was a little bit tired and on the small-side. I think a renovation is due and the little bottles of champagne were a nice touch to acknowledge this.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place with fantastic view, especially when dining at the lovely Michelin restaurant that also is the place for breakfast a treat that you should NOT miss out on Ohhhh and the SPA is amazing ...;)
Cons: The rooms with themes you either love or hate we learned to love our Movie Studio( little to much Porn Like) ha ha but it grew on us ;) The kids loved their biotanical room.. from start
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfy, a/c on second night did not seem to cool room.
Cons: The price of breakfast. I only wanted coffee and roll.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and spacious. Lots to do. Bistro food lovely.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The grounds were pretty.
Cons: Our room was tiny and had a very small amount of natural light out of a side window. It was not at all like those advertised on the website. The room had a septic smell to it. There was a wedding there our second evening. We ate at the 20 de Domaine and afterwards wanted to get drinks at the main bar.. unfortunately the hotel could not be bothered to help other guests. It took us 30 mins to finally get a drink after bothering multiple people repeatedly. I was surprised at how we were basically ignored.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely character filled property in great location. Fits a lot into a tiny space!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful view, good breakfast and steam sauna. Of course helpful staffs. We like to stay again.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good bed and bathroom although the bath did not have an overhead shower. Stayed in an annex building which is never my favorite, grounds were nice but no real way to use them and parking was inconvenient. No ammenities in neighboring town. We were there to visit Giverny and after visiting there I regret not staying IN Giverny village.
Cons: I would have liked to know that the room I was booking did not have an overhead shower.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden , lovely atmosphere. River. An hour away from airport and 18 min from Giverny. Comfortable bed and everything in good taste
Cons: I don’t think that a room on the top floor in an attic with one window( and 2 skylights should be considered a luxury room and priced as such.( even if it does have a jacuzzi bath as opposed to a shower)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Charming,beautiful. Lovely staff.
Cons: Expensive meal in the evening. Otherwise very good!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was beautiful
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quirky but characterful
Cons: Steep stairs
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room in beautiful old building. Lovely grounds and very helpful staff. Very nice dinner in the restaurant.
Cons: The breakfast room is a bit cramped and dark - although the breakfast was excellent.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed and nice rooms. Good shower. Good restaurant. An upgrade! Sauna and steam room. The pool is in the restaurant.. A little werid.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is very good. The staffs are so nice! The garden is very nice as well near a little river. Overall a cute restored accomodation.
Cons: Breakfast was good but some foods were not good anymore like the yogurt (fromage blanc). A little bit disaapointing that for 2 days it was served although the quality was not checked. The suite needs improvement (no fridge), the curtains were broken and everybody could see inside the bathroom. And in booking.com they advertise a suite with 1 bed although a suite has 2. We didnt know and took 2 rooms had to cancel one on arrival coz the suite was enough for 4. And it cost us half the price of the whole room price to cancel (a bit pricey).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a gem of a find. Beautiful house and gardens. The staff were ever so friendly. The room itself was superb; very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide range of choices and the quality was very high (try the lait confiture... delicious); most pleasing was the reasonable price.
Cons: There was nothing not to our liking.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in one on the converted outbuildings which were very clean and comfortable
Cons: We hadn’t realised that their restaurant was closed on a Monday, maybe I should have checked. But the kind receptionist booked us into a fab restaurant by the Seine

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was outstanding and the Breakfast was great. The host was charming and very helpful, we ate a picnic dinner and watched the boats going up the river. Highly recommended.
Cons: The hot water ran out very quickly when one person had a shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a treehouse! Very unique, beautiful surroundings over looking the Seine. Lovely wildlife and red squirrels.
Cons: The night time mosquitoes and moths! It was hot so opened the windows (mistake). Rookie error! Maybe some mosquito nets or a better fan.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. Right on the river with access to a nice walk. It’s really a house on a tree so you have to be ready to go up the stairs (and enjoy the view from the terrace). The cabin is small and cozy with all the basics. There’s a nice restroom downstairs with a big shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. It was very nice to have a microwave and small fridge. We enjoyed an easy dinner on the terrace watching the boats go by. Parking on site was a plus. We ordered breakfast and were surprised by a large quantity of croissants, pain au chocolat and bread with butter and assorted jams. Very nice. You could make coffee and tea directly in your room. There was a set of keys and lock to the cabin. Giverny is close by and so is the castle of La Roche-Guyon.
Cons: We loved everything. This said it was useful to follow another persons review and bring sleeping masks. The light comes in through the windows early in the morning.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: La Sequana is in the treetops overlooking a secluded bend of La Seine. As you sit on the balcony you can see red squirrels and herons as well as barges sailing between Paris and Le Havre. It is unexpectedly beautiful and tranquil. The bathroom is in a separate building at the base of the treehouse and is clean and modern. The hosts let us use their pontoon on the river to enjoy an evening drink.
6.3 Good
Pros: It’s a beautiful unusual location to stay in, surroundings are stunning with pleasant hosts. It’s different
Cons: Outside space underneath treehouse could be amazing, needs a revamp and bbq needs a clean to be usable. This place has the potential to be really lovely to sit of an evening but it’s let down. As it is, it’s a bit expensive, but we still enjoyed it, even with the bathroom 20 metres down the garden
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The tree house was really cool. Very rustic. Loved it! Beds were really comfortable. Got a really great sleep. I would stay there again. Loved the birds, squirrels and rooster. I'm a nature lover! Seeing the barge on the river in the middle of the night was pretty cool as well.
Cons: 1. Paid 24 Euros for three of us for BREAKFAST. Paris prices for stale baguettes. Jelly and butter and croissants Orange juice was good. I would not order breakfast there again. It was worth about 12 Euros. 2. We were not given a key to lock or unlock the door. I placed a suitcase in front of the door in case someone tried to get in, if I were to hear them .3. The ad said rooms overlooking the lake. and it also said, last one available. Somewhat misleading. There was only 1 tree house overlooking a river. Hard to see river, because it was overgrown. 4. Should be advertised as a bed and breakfast. 5. My wife and daughter did not shower as there was no hair dryer and it was cold and there was no heat Bathroom is about 75 feet away , So if you have to go in the middle of the night, you have to climb down the stairs.. During the middle of my shower I ran out of hot water. I enjoyed the stay, but if the owners would only polish their diamond more, they would really have something there. They need to name the treehouse and have a sign when you find the place on the outside of the entrance. Thank God for google maps!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, for a stay that is a little bit different to anywhere else! Red squirrels in the trees in the morning was an added bonus.
Cons: The location was not well signed or labelled from the road - just 14ter. We weren't sure we were in the right place and the gate was locked with no sign on it to let you know what to do on arrival. We had to phone the owner to get the code for the gate. An e-mail in advance of arrival to let you know the key code and other details would be desired.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: View truly stunning. Lovely calm place to stay. Location to Monet's garden drew us there, but the accommodation will tempt us back. Great place to stop with a dog. We were only staying for a single night, but would love to stay longer and enjoy opportunity to cook outside.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owners have renovated this Chateau and done an excellent job. The furnishings and rooms are first class and have a very comfortable homely feel. There is a separate lounge for guests as well as a small library. The setting is excellent with lovely views and it’s so peaceful. The housekeeper really looked after us. Lovely breakfast and seating outside for drinking your wine on a warm evening if you remember to bring a bottle or two.
Cons: As this is classed as a Guest House (very upmarket) there is no restaurant. The local town is only a 10 mins drive with lots of places to eat but it needs planning as a lot of them were closed as it was September so best to check ahead.

7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable room with tea and coffee which is not always available in France. We enjoyed watching the barges travelling up and down the river Seine. The pastries from the on site bakery were very good.
7.5 Good
Pros: The view over the Seine river is amazing, especially sunrise and sunset! Staying on top of the bakery is delicious, yummy! Bathroom is spacious and clean.
Cons: Lots of mosquitoes as next to the river and trains passing by at front of the hotel. There is no elevator, but stairs are easy to use to 1. and 2. floors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was first class! All freshly baked and a good variety.
Cons: Restaurant food was also good - but limited to the Boulangeries options, which was a little misleading. Fire alarm went off at 5:45 one morning - we got out of bed and evacuated the building swiftly! We returned when the alarm stopped but were a little unsure if it was safe to do so. We received no apology on mentioning it to staff - who seemed to be unaware and were unconcerned..
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Small menu, but delicious.
Cons: Not much hot food
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good and helpful staff with friendly advise about how to visit Monet garden and recommend restaurants. Location with the river nice but it is a low price but clean outfit. Neigbourhood is not suitable for walking because of lack of walkways and narrow street. This is also a bakery so the bread was new and good!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and dinner good, but VERY limited menu for dinner (Pastry based meal with salads mainly (no meat or fish)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very nice, we had a lovely view of the river and the room was very nice and clean
Cons: They did have a difficult time finding our reservation but it wasn’t a big deal at all. All in all we had a great time there
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and friendly. ideal.location. Very comfortable bed!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional river Seine view. Excellent Patisserie on the ground floor.
Cons: No elevator for elderly or handicapped people
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quit spot right on the river outside of town. Easy parking and a good bakery next door.
Cons: No elevator.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view over the Seine, the restaurant and Boulangerie/patisserie downstairs. In fact one of the nicest meals after 5 weeks of travelling. The room was small but bright and sunny. The lounge area downstairs was also handy when we arrived and things weren’t open for a while.
Cons: That they were closed for part of the day on Thursday and the restaurant wasn’t open that night so had to travel quite a distance for dinner but staff were extremely helpful in finding another venue.
