They went out of their way to help us with things like laundry and even went as far as to set us up a private cooking class at the hotel. The views from breakfast, the pool and the terraces are amazing! Love the small town feel vs many of the touristy places we had just visited in August. We only booked 2 nights and stayed 2 extra. All 3 of our family members were sad to leave!!
Pros: Hotel Employee are amazing. We have been traveling since June 23 and this was our favorite place we stayed. This is more like a great B & B with hosts who want your stay to be super memorable and it was! Thank you for all you did for us!!
Cons: We didn't mind, however, sometime they were working breakfast of picking something up and not at the front desk.

Pros: The hotel is in a small village, it is quiet. There is a pool on the roof. The breakfast is good.
Cons: The walls of the room were very thin.
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were always kept tidy. The pool on top of the hotel is a very good idea..quite a relaxing place.
Cons: In front of the hotel there is no pavement so when you go out of the hotel with your child you go directly on a busy road . No ramp for pushchair or disabled people and no trolley where to put your luggage. You cannot park infront of the hotel to put your lugguage down. The only parking available is 100m away from the hotel which is not convenient when you are packing/unpacking your stuff. Also breakfast was very basic at times...
Pros: Family run hotel . Some English speaking staff and owners and those that didn't had a go and we managed to understand each other eg recommending we went to St Marco beach - it's amazing what you can understand each knowing very little of each others language. We found everyone very friendly and helpful. We were advised on best beaches and places to go in the region. Lovely ladies looking after us during breakfast and cleaning our rooms. Rooms were clean, good size and the view from the balcony good as I love mountains. Roof top pool and sunbathing area lovely. Pizzas very good.
Pros: The location and the value for money.
Cons: I didn't like my room. It was quite dark and small but the I saw some of the other rooms and they were brighter and bigger for the same price.
Pros: The pool area is amazing, the staff are very helpful and the area is quite and in a good location. between etna and taormina :) I loved it and its very very affordable! :)
Pros: Nice peaceful neighbourhood, good and fast internet connection.
Cons: The breakfast was not a good start for a busy day. The coffee served on breakfast was not coffee.
Pros: Nice hotel, the spa in bath did not work but if there was a proper shower it would have been acceptable. The balcony is an additional asset.
Cons: Our room did not have any shower facilities. The bread rolls offered for breakfast were not edible, we asked for sliced bread which as not so bad, but on Sunday this was not available.
Pros: The comfort. the kindness of the staff- The quietness and the swimming pool. The entrance is well decorated and spacious
Cons: Balcony not clean- Some of the items damaged of not very new
