only place near where my work took me cigarette smoke permeates hall and lobby. bad decor. not clean. 3 surrounding rooms full of large group of men eating smelly food and socializing in the hall in their underwear. Classy!
Reliable, good location, would stay again.
Not much It is a run down hotel. There was a smell in the hotel that I smelled the minute we walked in. It never went away. My daughter complained of a ringing in her ears all night. Something was buzzing in our room. I thought I really overpaid for this hotel and am not happy about it. Also as we were packing things in our car, many of the cleaning staff were standing outside the door we used to go to car smoking cigarettes. They propped the door open to do this so the smoke smell was coming into the hotel. We had to walk past them and the smoke and smell of their cigarettes. This is something I absolutely despise. Employees smoking right outside a place.
The price and location to NYC was great The coffee and craft brew across the street was perfect Walls were paper thin
Check in was supposed to start at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:00 pm and had to wait more than 45 minutes for a room. Additionally that evening the hotel had some event that occupied not only the conference room but the entire lobby. You could not sit in the lobby and could barely navigate to get in and out. A real inconvenience to guests
Nothing The hotel overbooked and accepted no responsibility for the situation. Rude counter people. No help what so ever . Avoid this hotel.
a great family resort
The variety of things to do ;bowling, pool and sauna, gym etc. Really liked the starbucks located in the lobby and the breakfast at the garden cafe was good.
The band 'Katrina Love and the synergy band' We were booked into a OFF Service room #224. I have pictures. This was the room assigned to us since I requested a higher floor room. The woman who checked us in must have thought this would be funny since she didnt like my request for a room on a high fl.
The hotel was conveniently located near all. Hotel employee checked us into the hotel and was very easy to speak to and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff was courteous & respectful. The continental breakfast was more than expected. The only problem we experience was an overflowed commode and was quickly attended to by staff immediately.
Location is just outside of Monticello. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was large and clean as was the bathroom. Everything worked in the room, bed was comfortable. No noise from other travelers. Contruction on the building at 8 am, to finish updates and revmodeling of the building and rooms.
check in and check out staff staff was friendly and very professional
clean room comfortable bed no newspaper for guests broken waffle maker at breakfast
Clean, large, modern, quiet room. Large high-quality flat-screen TV. Large parking lot. convenient location. Nothing.

Just 10 miles from bethel woods . Good location, clean but older hotel. Good for short stay.
Nothing really The room had a moldy odor and an attempt to cover it up with carpet cleaning powder didn't work!! The carpet was very moist ... Hence the mold I asked desk staff for another room and was told no I booked thru online site Had asthma attach😩
the price was cheaper at the hotel then what you charged it was cheaper price at the hotel then what you charged
There was nothing to complain about, location excellent, everything was clean, staff friendly and helpful, amenities available, complimentary breakfast offered enough and with variety. Would definitely recommend staying there!
My room was in great condition. Everything looked new and better shape than other hotels I stayed.
It was very nice to have a heated pool in the middle of winter. The sauna was a plus too. The continental breakfast was gross. The décor was dated; the bathroom door wouldn't close; you had to hold the toilet handle down for a long time to get it to flush.
Upon arrival I was told that they couldn't find my reservation because their system was down, and I later heard from another guest there that the "system was down" every single time that the guest called to attempt to reconfirm her reservation. The woman who manages the place was apparently never taught simple manners or words like "please" and "thank you," and upon handing me the room key she curtly told me, "NO BREAKFAST" -- which was surprising since the free breakfast was advertised at booking. As I went to the room another couple that was staying there warned me, "I hope you don't have asthma -- this place is disgusting." Fortunately the room itself was not quite THAT bad but there were literally parts of the building that were falling off and hanging over the walkway in front of the rooms. It felt unsafe. Don't expect 24-hour service. Nobody could be found in the front office the next morning. There was just a basket left on the counter with a note indicating to leave the keys in it to check out.
I liked the price compared to the other lodges in the area which can be double. It is motel style so you can park right in front of your room. For only a night or two for sleeping purposes only it's fine. The room was dated and the bathroom was not very clean. The "jacuzzi" tub/shower was weird.
The grounds were very nice and staff was very friendly. The rooms were old and falling apart. But they were clean.
Although it could use some updating, the rooms where very clean. The owner was very nice. I liked that they had seating and bbq's around the property that made it feel quaint. There are also gorgeous gardens w/ info about the plants. would def. recommend
Nothing Puke stains on room floor, bug bites from bed, rude staff.
The room was very large, the bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and we got a good night sleep. The people who worked there were nice and helpful. It's the opposite of luxurious, but our daughter was at a nearby camp and we needed a place to stay overnight, so it got the job done. The internet barely worked, the pool was closed, and "breakfast" was so pathetic that we were laughing. Overall, it felt a little creepy, but really it was fine, just run-down.
I can deal with staying at a moderately run-down facilitiy, if I were getting a low enough price to boot. Certainly $89 was too much for this, however I needed a place in a pinch. When I arrived, your front desk person nor manager was anywhere to be found. I admit that I got there at 12:30 AM, but a reservation was made and it should be honored. Another couple was there as well, looking for their room. The sign on the desk said "if not here, call this #". We called and simply heard the phone ringing in the adjacent room, unanswered. Fortunately, after much searching, the lady of the other couple was able to locate the desk man at about 1 AM. Although the room cleanliness was somewhat bearable, and the mattress decent, clear signs of neglect were apparent: electrical wiring exposed, bathroom tile chipped, and rug stains. And although I had no intention of using it, the pool was shut down for repairs. The morning staff was nicer I admit (and actually there!!). I checked out peacefully and left. Knights Inn is not known for being "top-of-the-line", but it can be a much better go-to name if they simply took care of the little problems, and made their places habitable. Probably not staying here again, unless there's a major change in ownership or attitude.
Everything was horrible
