A very unique and special experience. Elegant medieval decor, very roomy accomodations, peaceful, remote location, excellent food. Warm and friendly staff that spoke english. Gorgeous natural setting with many outdoor activities. Difficult to drive to. You really needed to be able to read maps and have a good sense of direction if you don't have GPS.
Good hotel for reasonable price.
We moved after one night to a much better hotel, better located, at the same price. Depressing, in need of renovation, overpriced for the quality.
It was so terrible, I will never stay there anymore... I was wait for a long time before receptionist came to his working place. The toilet in room was very dirty and it was bed smell in the room. And it was so difficult to find this place.
Friendly people I would liked to have a double bed in our room.
nice location on edge of Biebrza wetlands. typical family run Polish guest house
The peace and quiet of the situation of the hotel and the dinner menu in the restaurant. The condition of the access road.
beautiful nature and a well built complex with character. Frogs singing- it is really worth of driving there even if it not near the main highways -
Nature, birds. The neighbours bathroom was really noicy, like now isolation at all, 2nd floor end of the corridor
The location was perfect for visiting the Biebza Marshes. Much wildlife could be observed from the hotel garden. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a superb view over the garden and marshes beyond. The en-suite bathroom was dated and worn out - the plug was missing, the plumbing poorly installed / leaking, and the shower did not work on arrival, but was fixed following a comnplaint. Dinner was served in a temporary building which was vast, and lacked atmosphere (this follows a fire at the hotel more than 1 year ago). Breakfast was minimal - no fruit or fruit juice.
