Recently refurbished and great, clean, good breakfast, great location near beach, room on 5th floor had nice ocean views. would stay their again.
The room was very modern, clean and bright. We liked the window into the bathroom from the bedroom. While there we used the gym, which had a treadmill, stat bike, and elliptical trainer, along with a weight machine. Really good location - just a minutes walk from Anse Vata beach, and shops, and within walking distance of the nearby lookout! Our room was fronting onto Anse Vata road, resulting in a bit of road noise through the day (no double glazing, and the door wasn't a very tight fit).
The approximativeness of the hotel to the beach, the beautiful view to the Anse Vata bay, the little restaurant next door Snack Ulysse where you can eat delicious dishes of fish (try the Trilogie of yelow tuna). The swimming pool is not well exposed.
Unspectacular surrounds bely the cheerfulness, cleanliness and comfort of this conveniently located hotel. Through illness enroute we had to modify our booking which was changed without demur or cost. A dinner restaurant would have been nice!
So clean, modern, excellent staff, fantastic location, value for money
I enjoyed my stay here, staff were so kind, food delicious, and I slept in a comfortable suite with a incredible lagon view
Notting My reservation was not confirmed and I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours while the staff tryed to sort it out , next morning I had another hour trying to sort it out with the manager , this not acceptable
A really good value for money High quality of service and equipment with the french tradition of gastronomy
Comfortable, good sized, clean room with a view of the bay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good facilities like the bar and restaurant. Looked attractive with the hotels grouped around a large pool. Had a resort feel to it.
For the price it represented good value. The "lagoon view" had a better view of the roofs of the buildings below than the lagoon.
Unfortunately, the maid who cleaned my room managed to trow away my medication, as well as a small tube for a plastic container which is now useless. Furthermore, I do not understand why all the plates + cutlery have to be stored in the microwave, when there is plenty of spece on top of the microwave? Ani=other thing too ; there is no box kleenex tissues
I liked the fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and laundry. It was just like an apartment. That was very useful. I really wanted to ride the bicycles which were parked outside but they were not in good repair so we were unable to ride. I tried to ride them but when I informed hotel staff that the bikes were not in working order they seemed disinterested. I was very disappointed with this. Also, on the first night we desperately wanted to find a supermarket but were told that everything was closed. It was 7 pm. We walked the streets for a while and then a man named Edward picked us up in his car. He said he worked for the tourism department of Noumea. He took us to a very greasy, slimy Chinese supermarket which did not have any decent food. We ate one piece of bread between us for the whole night. That was diappointing.
