staff was very friendly. we stayed during winter and it had a very nice family atmosphere.
Very friendly and helpful personnel. Clean and nice room. Only 1 hour drive from FCO airport. The menu in restaurant was limited and "ancient" style. I won't recommend lasagne to anyone. Check-in an chek-out could be more organized.
The hospitality offered in a beautiful rural setting. It provided a relaxing venue after a hectic tour. Set in a large working farm, this resort/spa has a lovely patio next to the swimming pool where you can relax an sip a glass of wine. They also offer cooking classes, mountain bikes and tours of the nearby Etruscan sites. The owners are hands on in the running of the hotel and are ready to accommdate any wish. I was not aware from the website that the resaurant was only opened during the season. The staff was able to a ccomdate us by driving us to Tarquinia for dinner and providing us with a huge amtipasto try.
Eat, Walking, relax and city trip Restaurang was not open when we var there.
Villa Hotel Valle Del Marta Resort was pleasant and quiet. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. Tarquinia is a charming medieval town and the hotel is very close to the center of Tarquinia. There were spectacular views of the land on one side and the sea on the other side from the top of the town.
The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rural setting makes for a relaxing and pleasant holiday
Wonderful staff, comfortable facilities, good wine/food availability, beautiful surrounding country side Direction through the gates onto the property could be easier to find/follow
Dining Room was clean, convenient and good. A/C on our children's room did not work well. We had to leave a 6 a.m. to get to the airport but they wouldn't discount the rate even though we couldn't eat the breakfast.
Well presented. A loverly view. An excellent breakfast, the fact the best of the five hotels we stayed at. Parking was secured. No
could sleep very old -- needs to be refreshed
Nothing! The hotel was very poorly furnished, carpet was very stained, patio full of bird droppings, no white wine, staff non existent, don't go.
Cheap price. Clean sheets. These people are not very friendly. This hotel is very dated. we would not stay again and we aren't hard to please.
Good location, spacious if not slightly dated rooms, very comfy beds/cushions, helpful staff, fair breakfast Hotel in need of a lick of paint
The location of the hotel is very nice near the centre of Tarquinia and on walking distance from the busterminal. The economy room had a nice size and was clean. A good choice for a stay in Tarquinia!
It was well signposted and easy to find and room was clean The rooms were poorly decorated, very old and gloomy. The staff were reluctant to turn on the air conditioning and only left it on till midnight. It
The Hotel was a reasonable distance from the beach, 10min drive. Cleaned daily and all the facilities you need. For a 3 star I found it a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price
The staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was also above average with a better selection of food than many other hotels.
Friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet with homemade jams and freshly squeezed juice, spacious room Uncomfortable mattress
Nice location, good breakfast No hot water in shower
The staff is very nice and the hotel is close to the ocean .Restaurant is very goood, close parking spaces and the rooms are big. The comfort of the bed is a catastrophe, I am glad I only had to sleep one night.
staff are extremeley helpful, pleasantand relaxing hotel site
The relaxing atmosphere, the beach and the restaurant was excellent and the staff was very friendly. There were no complaints about the hotel, grounds or staff but you must have a car to get around, cabs are really expensive as there are none in the area. You can not get around without a CAR, as you are in the country. The restaurant only opens at 8:00 pm so you will need to purchase food from the grocery store for lunch.
The room. Road directions not accurate and somewhat confusing when coming from the north.
This is a real country side hotel. Very nice contrast after the crowdy and noisy city. Lots of space, very nice and helpful staff & management. We've been travelling in Italy for 2 weeks, and this hotel has the best restaurant we ever met in the country. Besides the hotel is surrounded by agriculture area and has wild beach in less then 1 km distance-nice to walk or you can rent bicycle for free Some furniture in the rooms could have been in a little better condition, but the is a very minor issue. The hotel is very nice
Friendly staff. Restaurant was nice. Musty smell on the room. Not easy to find.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating Needed a few more ramps for full disabled access
Good Restaurant,Good beach Food -and cleanliness -in the "Beach Cafe" was poor
A fantastic place and very relaxing ....Everything was perfect and we would love to come back again. Tutti e perfecto.
close to beach We were left stranded at Tarqunia station for 2hrs we called the hotel when we arrived receptionist was no help it was only when i threatened to cancel booking did she send a guest from the hotel to collect us. carpets in hall and rooms were filthy, hotel decor very outdated, staff spoke very little english, swimming pool was very dirtly also, beach cafe is not a cafe its a shop/bar does not serve hot food i would not recommend this hotel.
nothing stuff, which did not know English? too high rate
helpfull when a english spoken was around when we checked out in the morning not able to to get assistent when we called hotel before arrivel the hotel is not in very good shape
Good position next to the beach, garden, pool. Good food in the hotel. Good as starting point for trips (but need car). The place was boring, difficult to find a solid restaurant nearby. The resort is split by a river and there is no bridge over it.
V disappointing. Expencive food.not a 3***hotel.no atmosfear at all.just with a bit of music could be a lot better.swimmingpool v dirty and they charge daily more then 10€for an ambrella and a dec chair!!u can find much more in civitavecchia for your money!don't raccomend it at all.
The hotel possision next to the beach and the lovely garden with a lot of sunbeds and two pools. Very nice staff.....but it's good to know a few words of italian. The pool was closed between 13.00 and 15:30. And it was mostley small children at the hotel. There was not much to do during the nights. We found tree restaurants and one icecreem bar in Marina Velca were the hotel is located.
