Pros: Adriana made us feel right at home. The house is very large and the breakfast was wonderful. My great-grandfather was born in Cartoceto and Adriana helped us find his birth record at the city offices and drove with us out to where his house used to be. Pros: Location to Montemaggiore is not even a 2 minute drive. Also perfect location to access any city in Le Marche. It's a country oasis and the perfect place to decompress. With the heat of August, they had a small above ground pool installed outstide which my daughter enjoyed. Service amazing!
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations. The colazione (breakfast) fantastic.
Pros: The villa seats on top of a hill with wonderful expansive views of the surrounding valleys. The place is clean and comfortable with air conditioning; the shower is a little small (normal in Italy) but it does have great water pressure. Very friendly hosts and excellent breakfast. Cons: When we arrived at this hotel with our dog (a Maltese, which is a small breed of dog, weighing just 3 kilos to give you a sense), we were told that there would be an additional charge. This is stated in their conditions (“Charges may be applicable”), but we were astonished when we were told the additional charge would be €25 per day!!! We objected right away, since this is 50% of the charge for the room, and the same charge applied to an extra adult in the room, which comes with an extra bed and all the remaining paraphernalia. We were told that based on their past experiences with dogs, they were being cautious since dogs can cause a lot of damage. We asked them to come and inspect the room the next morning for any damage, and offered to pay right away if there was any, even if the cost of the reparations would be above €25. They were unmovable, and since it was late and we were attending an event in the area, we had no other choice but agree. Unfortunately you also state that “WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.” This is clearly a lie: the owner candidly told us that given their remote location, they cannot get any provider to offer decent coverage. This caused great inconvenience to us, since we were supposed to work on a key project and had to leave early the next day to try to find coverage. We expressed our dissatisfaction and suggested to the owner they remove the pet additional charge to compensate us for the lack of WiFi (and no damage was actually caused), but she was not willing to make an exception. Very, very unnecessary.
Pros: Friendly welcome and the little gift of a bracelet for every guest
Cons: Hard to find on day nav as shares postcode with other villages
Pros: I love this family. We got back after 4 years and nothing has changed. All perfect. Giovanna is amazing woman and special host. Her Italiano cucina is amazing and very tasty. For sure I will back again even to see her only. She has created charming location with addition with her ristorante. All perfect. We will remember her smile and special care of us.
Pros: This is my favourite host in Italy. She is the best for everything. I do recommend this person and location for amazing experience during stay.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful! Very friendly owners and amazing location. If you're looking for a place to relax in any way, you'll find it here. The (mostly homemade) food and wine are also very good, rooms are nice and atmospheric. Everything is just right here. Highly recommended!
Pros: We liked the grounds, which were gorgeous. The whole building and room very clean. The breakfast was 2 kinds of homemade cake, plus homemade jam on the terrace with the wonderful scent of nepitella on the air.
Cons: Our only dissatisfaction was that at 9 o'clock a very loud fan came on in the kitchen, but it was a rather rude awakening after a beautiful wedding the previous evening. Not many options if you don't eat gluten.
Pros: An amazing choice for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in beautiful surroundings. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful.
Pros: Great Agriturismo run by very welcoming and friendly people. They also make fantastic dinners using only their own or local ingredients. Great truffles. Really nice stay!

Pros: Liked the peace and quiet of the place. Location was good to explore areas around the town.
Cons: The fact that there was not sufficient parking for visitors.
Pros: We really enjoyed quite everything about our stay. Our room was practically an apartment with 2 TV sets as well. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, the staff was very kind as well. The breakfast was rich and, taking everything into account, the price was adequate as well.
Cons: There were no real downsides to our stay. There was no parking lot next to the hotel. However, the owner gave us useful advice on where to leave the car and escorted us to our rooms personally.
Pros: We had a nice suite with a living area, bedroom, and of course bathroom. It had AC and the host was absolutely wonderful.
Pros: Spacious room with quality finish. Quiet, good amenities.comfortable bed and seating. Excellent location to restaurants and the main avenue of the old town.
Cons: There's a need for better communication: -More options at breakfast. The staff wanted to please, but the available breakfast choices were not obvious. -Booking confirmed a room with 2 double beds, but this was news to the hotelier as there are none such at this facility. -Your GPS may not recognize Via (Nicola) Vichi and you can't drive to it anyway. (Public parking is generally easy nearby).
Pros: It is situated in the main town off the Main Street. The breakfast was interesting at a restaurant just around the corner.
Cons: It was hard to find and parking was tricky but eventually near by.

Cons: Nothing , perfection ! We will be back :)

Pros: Breakfast excellent. Location fabulous at the top of an old castle town. Lovely restaurant. Fair price. Good service.
Cons: It met my expectations. No specific thing needed to be better.
Pros: Rooms are scattered around this little village perched above the Metauro. The village has super personality and a great panorama, it's a real pleasure to wake up there. The rooms are small but they have everything they need and our bathroom was very spacious. The price point is excellent for the high season and they were flexible with our slightly delayed checkout.
Cons: We visited in the middle of a heat wave and the fan provided in the room was just enough to be able to sleep. The village is small and food options are limited, personally I found the restaurant "Da Matteo" ok but not mind-blowing.
Pros: Fantastic restaurant and always a nice welcome
Pros: Fantastic location. Excellent food and staff.
Pros: 1) location 2) ambience 3) romantic place 4) equipped with feeling for architecture
Pros: This is the second time we go to this hotel, and not by chance
Pros: Beautifully decorated and renovated building in a tiny hilltop fortified village with gorgeous views and delightful food in the restaurant.
Pros: The hotel was on the little village on the hill which had an nice sunset view. The room was clean and tidy, all the staff were friendly. We didn't want to stay along the busy beach and it was a great find. We enjoyed dinner & breakfast!

Pros: The room looked like in the pictures and was very big The property is set among the rolling hills of the Marche countryside within a decent distance from the sea. Marco is a fabulous host, he addapted the breakfast buffet according to our taste and made us feel very welcome. He is also a great cook and we enjoyed to have dinner together with other guests. It was a great and unique experience. Within walking distance from the B&B is a horse stall and our daughter loved to see the horses and play with Marco’s dogs.
Cons: There are minor details that could be improved but I think that every one of them makes the experience more authentic.

Guests can enjoy local cuisine at the restaurant and drinks at the bar. A typical Italian breakfast is offered daily and includes hot drinks, croissants and pastries. Locanda Borgognina is a 15-minute drive from Fano Train Station. Pesaro is 24 km away.
Pros: Breakfast was very good, we arrived early, so quite some choice (also vs. late comers). The location is close to the main road (we were travelling with our car) and very quiet. The terrace in front of our room is convenient (there were no mosquitoes yet end of April) to drink a glass of wine in the evening. The owner was very friendly. We had a misunderstanding regarding payment (my mistake) and he was very tolerant and offering help in order to solve the problem.
Cons: There was no window in the room. You could use air conditioning, however, it is not the same. The reception is not operating all the time as they are busy with the restaurant as well. You have to search for them a bit, honestly. Since they are running a restaurant we expected maybe also some "non sweet" choice for breakfast - but this is not common in Italy overall ;)
Pros: We had the room picked for us thru booking.com. We were told it was a 4 star hotel. It was a 2 star at most. What we liked best was the McDonalds next door for food, and for second best we liked checkout when we could leave. The hotel was a dive, very outdated, dirty feeling and just plain depressing to be in. The neighborhood around it was scary and unsafe. Terrible pick on your part.
Cons: We didn’t like anything about the hotel

Pros: House was gorgeous and full of character. Owners were so friendly and nice. Place was spotless. Breakfast was gorgeous.
Pros: I was there on July for work, only one night. I asked them to do the check in earlier and they accepted without any objections. I also texted them at night to get the password for Wi-fi access because I forgot to do it at the check in time and they replied after few minutes with the password. The owner asked my my needs for breakfast and also asked me to take with me the food I couldn't eat because it was plenty. Really beautiful people. If I go to work at Fano again, for sure I will contact them. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes away from Fano, where I was working for the weekend and where hotels were much expensive.
