Cons: Everything perfect
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. The gardens were lovingly maintained with the plants and flowers shown with their names, a nice touch! Well kept surroundings.
Cons: As we were running extremely late due to traffic, it would have been helpful if the host knowing he would not be on the site at 10:00 pm had rung or messaged us to advise us how to obtain the key so that we could let ourselves in the apartment.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very kind host, well-kept rooms and grounds and well-marked from road!

Tasty breakfast with a bit more variety than many morning offerings in Italy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to other travelers.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: If a hotel ever deserved the highest grade on booking.com, it is this one. If been to at least 100 hotels/agriturismi/masserie in Italy in the past three years due to my work, and i can easily say this is by far one of the best - especially for this price. The location is fantastic, the manager extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is amazing, the lunch an dinner are of a really high quality, the pool is awesome, the view from the bedroom beautifull, and so on, and so further. In short: i highly recommend this place; heaven on a hill.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They had a perfect approach to their guests - make it a memorable occasion and treat them as VIPs Nothing was too much trouble and the food was excellent. Pool and views exceptional Nothing to fault apart from the WiFi a little weak. Highly recommended
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel Masseria Grande is situated in the middle of the fantastic hilly landscape. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. From the employees to the managing directors, all are concerned for the well-being of the guests. We have rarely felt so at home and welcome as here. The food was excellent and the pool was always good for refreshment. All our wishes were read from our lips. Even if we rarely or never do this, we will spend our holidays in the Masseria Grande again. Many thanks to our hosts Marco and Marina!
Cons: There really wasn't anything negative for us! The only thing that could be considered negative is that the noise insulation of the rooms could be better. If you are looking for Fun and Parties this is NOT the place to go!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb! Marco and his family could not do enough for us. Plenty of choice, at evening meal and at breakfast, we were offered freshly home-made cereal and hot options....wonderful. Spacious bedroom and large bathroom with fabulous facilities.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike during this visit!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was beautiful! All the bakery was so fresh with so many choices. There were 3 different fresh squeezed juices that were the best favored juice I have ever had! Also, the views were amazing and staff so helpful and kind!!!! Love
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent welcome and service. Very good breakfast and superb dinners. Stunning location and views - overlooking wonderful country. A superb final two nights for out holiday in southern Italy.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We arrived late and communicated through email. Marina was always very responsive and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our dinner onsite was simply amazing and we were impressed by the innovative way they approached traditional meals. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of both savory and sweet. We hope to be back to this hotel for a longer stay next time. We did not utilize the pool as we stayed only one night and was on our way the next morning.
Cons: While we only had a one night stay here, I would absolutely come back for a longer stay if they provided onsite entertainment for both adults and kids. Another masseria we stayed in Puglia had a kids club which may the stay so much more enjoyable when children were entertained and adults were able to enjoy some quiet time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Landscape is amazing and the courtesy of the staff is unbelievable. When we left we felt a bit sed and when moved to next place in our vacation we felt a bit "abandoned" not having the same level of service and kindness. Food and wine was great and the breakfast was amazing with a special treatment for gluten free food upon my girlfriend request in the booking. Thanks for a wonderful time spent here!
Cons: The water of the swimming pool was a little bit cold for us
10.0 Excellent

Situated in Agnone, this bed & breakfast is within a 10-minute walk of Piazza del Plebiscito and Agnone Piazza Vittoria Monumento Ai Caduti. Marinelli Bell Foundry Museum is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) away.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and Carlo was a wonderful host. The place has pros and cons and it’s important to know them beforehand. I traveled alone so I managed very well in my space.
Cons: Some rooms are “little apartments” on the street, so entrance is kind of exposed (nothing happened and it’s not likely to). Then you have to go to another “apartment” for breakfast. (There was a fridge there that was available to everybody, that was positive.) I didn’t read or acknowledged that daily cleaning had an extra cost. I didn’t need it anyway. I think there was no air conditioning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had a good experience in this family run B&B. The owner was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with a nice selection of homemade cakes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a bit of a funny smell when we arrived but this went as soon as we opened the windows. The shower worked fine. Good location to explore the town.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, hospitable owner, clean rooms
Cons: Breakfast selection was relatively small, mostly cakes and coffee.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This b&b was extremely clean.
Cons: The room was small and very close to the eating area. The breakfast was nothing special, including the processed food wrapped in plastic.

B&B Paradiso - San Salvo - Building

Located in Vasto, B&B Paradiso is a 2-minute drive from San Salvo Municipal Park and 6 minutes from Vasto Beach. Featured amenities include an elevator (lift) and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place with country views. Generous owner who is proud of his beautiful b and b and garden. Small hiccup when we arrived was solved by neighbours who had working telephone. Great Italian breakfast. ..mostly sweet. Very good croissants and excellent coffee (we are painfully fussy Aussies). We thought it was a perfect pit stop on the way to Puglia from Pesaro. Thanks for everything Mariano ...including the parting gift of red wine.
Cons: GPS got confused with address . Wanted us to write Vasto rather than San Salvo. May just be our GPS or the way it is sometimes in Italy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, the owner welcomed us when we were checking in. Very polite and gentle staff. Room is spotless, clean and well furnished.
Cons: We were expecting more choices for breakfast as we found in the comment on booking.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, lovely room, staff super friendly even though we didn’t speak Italian.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, fab terrace to ground floor room, lovely grounds, lovely spacious room with great wet room/bathroom. Fridge in the room was a great bonus. Lovely plentiful continental breakfast, very friendly staff. Had a great nights sleep and would definitely recomend.excellent value for money.
Cons: Television location in the room was tricky to watch without a crooked neck, but all in all a fab stay, thank you.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful b&b ! A bit hard to find and I think we were the only guests.... The town is not great and it was cold and rainy, so possibly that did not help. Anyway, room was beautiful and very clean. Good breakfast too!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The area is very untouristic, and the hotel is relatively new, so we almost had the place to ourselves, which we liked. Owner is eager to please, very helpful, lives next door and was always available.
Cons: Breakfast fare was okay, but normal in Italy for Americans, especially people like us who don't drink coffee. Restaurants in the town are not geared for tourists (English can be a problem, but I speak Italian) and not nearby, except for one that is just around the corner and serves excellent local cuisine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host made us very welcome and despite the language barrier we were able to build a very good rapport with the owner. Breakfast excellent! Good facilities including a pool and terrace.
Cons: We had trouble locating the property as the sat nav location was out. The sign for the property was obscured by foliage in our direction of travel and difficult to see in the dark. The property is not manned at night and we were the only guests when we arrived, which was a little spooky.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Il Belvedere is a fantastic place. My wife and I and our two small children had a wonderful stay over a number of days. Our room was very spacious and modern and really comfortable. The infinity swimming pool has incredible views over the nearby mountains. Carmela’s homemade tarts, cakes, pancakes, omelettes and more for breakfast are to die for! Carmela and Enzo were wonderful hosts. Attentive and informative of the local area - they made our stay really special. Finally, we loved the local town Guardalfiera and beautiful Molise which has loads to do for both adults and kids. Highly recommend staying at Il Belvedere.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful place to stop off and have a little luxury to recharge batteries ...
Cons: The friendly host ... and beautiful room ... the swimming pool ... the terrace ...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for two nights (Aug 6th & 7th). A beautiful b&b right in the town. The breakfasts were delicious. Carmela bakes the cakes herself so everyone morning they were fresh fresh fresh. The pool was a lovely addition to this boutique style accommodation especially during our stay because it was extremely hot. Our room was great, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and we had air conditioning which is very important when it's so hot here in Italy: Carmela and Enzo were wonderful hosts and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much. Catherine and Giordano
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but especially BREAKFAST!!!!! We have never had a breakfast like it in Italy, it was like a feast every morning!!!! So much choice from omelette to pizza various home made jams, melon peaches to name just two of the fruits.....Delicious choice of 3 /4 cold meats & at least 6 different cheeses.... Then we move on the beautiful homemade peach tart, marmalade / chocolate crosiants beautiful apple cake, rolls to sliced bread .... SUPERB Then there was the LOVELY LOVELY Carmela.... such a sweetheart so helpful. Our apartment had everything we needed & more from dishwasher to washing machine, spectular views lovely sun terrace we ate breakfast & then the pool... The village is really quaint & the people super friendly
Cons: We only had 3 days there ....... DEFINITELY not long enough We hope to return

Cons: Everything was great. No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were welcoming, took great care to ensure everything you need for a pleasant stay. They went out of the way to help us. We have booked to return again
Cons: Nothing.
6.3 Good
Pros: Carmela is very nice. We got a very nice breakfast.
Cons: Access to the parking is very difficult. No elevator and you have to carry your suitcases to a third floor with very narrow stairs. The cathedral is right in front of the hotel and the bells were being used all night long in fact all day long like if they were in front of your ears.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Carmela prepares the most amzing breakfast spread. Her and Enzo, her husband, go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Carmela recommended a restaurant , « La Terre Del Sacremento » about 2 KM from the B&B , spectacular food, service and view. Planning a stay at Belvedere always feels like going to visit friends. This was our second time at B&B Belvedere and we plan on returning again.
Cons: Parking our car was a bit of a challange but not a big problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything’ our stay was excellent and Carmela (Owner) was fantastic she could not do enough for us, very welcoming and her homemade cakes were delicious.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful people in a beautiful mountain top setting....a true step back in time when life was kinder and simpler❤️️⛰
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Tucked away in a sleepy picturesque hilltop village, it was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Cosy and comfortable and great modern facilities, it was a lovely place to stay. The photos online don't really do it justice. Great for a couple or the entire place would be great to bring friends and family. The staff were helpful and always ready to help whenever we needed - albeit invisible and left us to our privacy.
Cons: Nothing at all to do with the accommodation, there wasn't much to do around the location or eat anywhere. We had a short 10 minute drive to the nearest restaurant for dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived in Schiavi Di Abruzzo late afternoon early evening on Sept.1st, 2017. Two very sweet ladies were expecting us as we texted back & forth to let them know our arrival time. One of the ladies is the Mayors wife and she only speaks Italian. She was just lovely & very sweet & attentive as was the other lady that translated for the Mayors wife. Schiavi is a very quaint and quiet mountain town in central Italy. It's in the Apennine mountains. This is an "off the beaten path" kind of place. We decided to stay in Schiavi due to it being an easy drive to the coast. The two ladies led us to the room and gave us all the information we needed. We had no issues and they were very attentive. The room is really neat looking w/tons of character. Beams and stone and a very old building. You do have to go upstairs to reach the room. It was kind of funny because I didn't get the sense too many tourists come to Schiavi. Both the ladies seemed shocked we were there & shocked that we even found them. What we liked most about Schiavi was that it is a true authentic Italian experience. If you want to be entertained this isn't the place. If you want folks that speak english this isn't the place. BUT, if you want beautiful vista's, peace, quiet & relaxation this IS the place. When we got out of the car upon arriving the first night we noticed that the silence was deafening. It was amazing! We were in Schiavi for 3 nights. There really aren't any eateries so don't be surprised by that. You're on a mountain! We didn't go for breakfast where the ladies suggested because we didn't want breakfast we wanted something light so we had protein bars w/us. The restaurant that was suggested to us for dinner was Antica Trattoria Vittori and it was really great. A local joint w/authentic Italian food and very reasonably priced. It was a family owned place and everybody was friendly.
Cons: There wasn't anything we really didn't like. A couple of recommendations would be a bed topper to make a bit softer, a couple of additional pillows and an additional blanket.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved Schiavi di Abruzzo and the hospitality shown to us at B&B Largo Alighieri was amazing. This town visit was the favorite part of our trip to Italy. We hope to visit again and will definitely stay at B&B Largo Alighieri!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, beautifully furnished room with exposed beams and lovely bathroom. Good local supermarket, friendly village residents, very quiet and peaceful stay. Great communication with the host.
Cons: Breakfast is not actually available at the property, but is just a short drive to a nearby cafe. Not related to the property, but the drive to the village is quite a hairy experience over windy mountain roads, only to be tackled by visitors to the area during day light!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place, everything renovated, we felt really well there. The host is very hospitable and friendly. The area is really worth visiting, there are very interesting remains of the temples in the area.
Cons: nothing really

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant nice with friendly staff. Private parking in front of hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We went to this hotel for a Wedding. Originally booked in for 4 days but stayed for a whole week.
Cons: I wish the hotel had a room to relax in with comfortable seating in which to read etc.,. It should also include computer and electricity points.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff is friendly to the maximum, always offers help and the room is big and clean with newly furnished furniture
Cons: The city is quite and has no attractions except the beach if the weather is good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A comfortable hotel with a very good in-house restaurant and accommodating staff. No real issues for us, as we were using the hotel as an overnight stopover on a trip.
Cons: A bit remote from the town centre and beaches, but this wasn't really an issue for us.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern room with new furniture. Helpful staff.
Cons: The breakfast - pretty well nothing to eat that didn't have sugar in it. Good selection of sweet cakes, sweet croissants, sweet fruit juices and sweet cereals. No granola or muesli, no whole-grain bread, no plain (not filled) croissants... this in a "spa and wellness" hotel! The location near main roads is good for an overnight stop but a bit noisy from traffic if you want to sit on the balcony and not very convenient for the beach.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Dinner under expectation, the quality of food was not so good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy, good sized bedroom with balcony. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food and service was excellent.
Cons: The gym was never open. It would have been nice to just pop to the gym in the morning or whenever and not have to ask to get it opened.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean, modern, delicious breakfast
Cons: The bathroom is perfect, but we really missed a handheld shower, especially because we have a 4 years old daughter and it would make the shower time much easier.
Borgo San pietro - Agnone - Bedroom
17
9.0 Excellent (72 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Bed & breakfast in the historical center of Agnone, city of art which has been awarded an orange flag by the Italian Touring Club (certification of touristic inland environmental excellence). Guests are accommodated, in 3 rooms and 3 apartments (houses), in early 20th century finely restructured palaces. Local artisans skillfully renovated ancient stone walls and arches, reused original pavements (chianche), and restored the existing furniture in full respect of the rural nature of the establishments. Ulterior details, such as early century wrought iron bedsteads and precious hand made draperies, embellish further the establishments and render them particularly refined. All the houses, which may guest 2 or 4 people, have a kitchen, balconies and all possible comforts. They, moreover, all have private bathrooms and independent entrances.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We were not in the main b & b, so I can't comment on rooms there. We were in another part around the corner. Lovely view, sweet room, nice bathroom, very quiet, great value. Very nice owner, arranged an English tour of the bell foundry for us. (Highly recommend this!)
Cons: Listing on booking.com said it had a/c. Our room didn't.

Pros: The rooms were stylish and very comfortable; and spacious enough for a few days. Heating was available to take out the chill at night. We moved rooms halfway through stay. First room had wifi extender and excellent wifi. Plenty of information provided in a well organised pack, about self guided excursions in the area. Arrival was simple and straightforward.
Cons: Second room, higher up and called Tina, had little to no wifi so we struggled to do forward planning, blogging and banking we needed to arrange. It was raining the final two days to the point where it was difficult to get out. It would have been nice to have been able to make a cup of tea in our room or in a common area. But no facilities in our room and It was a wet walk to the nearest cafe (where we had to go for our free breakfast - coffee and cornetto). These are minor things and the unseasonably bad weather a huge impact. But I must stress that despite these things, we would still go back and stay.

Pros: This is our second time staying here. We love the decor and homey feeling of the apartment. It is very clean and the host Valentina is a very nice lady. She has a lot of information about Agnone to share. Agnone is a beautiful town. We walked everywhere. We visited the Marinelli bell factory and the Caseificio Di Nucci cheese factory both wonderful tours. Agnone is a great place to visit only 2.5 hour drive from Rome. Every morning we a a ticket for a cafe and croissant at the local cafe.
Cons: We love everything about it.

Been to Termoli many times, although this villa is 15 minutes from the main town of Termoli it’s the best accomodation if ever had in Italy. And huge bonus only 2 steps into your room lol
