Pros: stunning location, accommodation was super and Marco was really helpful and gave us good hiking advise. wish we had stayed longer
Pros: Everything was amazing. The Perotti family is our family now. They treated us with a lot of Italian hospitality. We could easily do our own thing, but we were welcome at the family table as well which to us was an amazing Italian experience. We had all our meals at the agriturismo just because Theresa is an outstanding cook with a lot of the ingredients coming out of their own garden. The Casa is perfectly located with a great view on both mountains, Monte Vettore and Monte Sibilla. Don’t expect any shops or other tourists in walking distance. Perfect for us, a quiet and peaceful place. There are beautiful walks in the neighborhood and host Marco can tell you everything you need to know about them. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we would recommend this agriturismo to any nature lover / Italy lover and hiking lover.
Cons: The fact that we had to leave.
Pros: Everything was great! Rooms super clean, breakfast with homemade cakes and marmalade. The host Marco always friendly and available to every request. If you want to spend a good time in the Sibillini Mountains, this is the place to be.
Cons: Basically nothing!
Pros: The owner is very helpful and nice! and the view is beautiful. the home made jams and cakes were delicious we had a great time and enjoyed the park!
Cons: the access road is long and there is no restaurant, bar or grocery store near by. (but the view is great....) it takes 35 minutes to the nearest hike
Pros: The place is amazing! It was a huge pleasure to stay there! Thank you Marco and Mama per la buonissima cena and marmellata

Pros: Wonderful view from the breakfast terrace.
Pros: Best holiday ever! Lovely people, spectacular surroundings, genuine village life. No bells or whistles, just quiet beauty.
Cons: Like most beds encountered in Europe...quite firm!
Pros: Amazing place, very friendly staff (feeling like with own family), great breakfast with nice wiew to mountains.
Pros: The owner of the property was very nice, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The decor and finish of the place was very clean and a high standard.
Cons: Unfortunately the bedroom was too small; cases had to be stored under the bed.
Pros: The warm welcome and the beautiful setting and room
Cons: Nothing...everything was fantastic
Pros: Location can not be better. Breakfast was superb. Elio was very friendly and a super attentive host.
Pros: Emilo was most welcoming & prepared breakfast according to my children's taste. It was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing to report there. Couple useful things would be a small amount of milk in the fridge, us Brits love milk with tea. A bar of soap in bathroom would have been helpful. It was an excellent stay, so not a complaint.
Pros: Outstanding property in the most beautiful location. The house has been restored to a high standard and is very well furnished. There are also a couple of lounges available to guests. The gardens were very well maintained and the pool area nice and clean. The breakfasts were delicious and there was plenty of choice. We did not meet Giovanna as she was away but her friend Giuseppe greeted us at the house and made us tea/cake. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the La Marche region. He gave us suggestions for some local restaurants (Osteria al Lago does excellent, simple Italian food). Giuseppe also showed us around the local area, the town of Monte San Martino which is very beautiful. We visited the flower fields of Castelluccio (around an hour and a half drive) and the views were breath taking, definitely worth a visit! La Marche is very underrated and I believe it is one of the most beautiful regions in Italy. I would definitely return
Pros: rooms were to a very high standard/ very clean and lots of areas to sit inside and outside. Pool area clean. Good location and basic but lovely breakfast.
Pros: Beautiful location with wonderful accomodations. We felt like we were staying in our own villa.
Pros: Do not miss a chance to stay at this wonderful place. The dinners are fantastic.

Pros: The Host made us feel very welcome. It was like home away from home!
Pros: Extravagant breakfast. Cozy fire on. Old day. Lovely view in AM before the rains

Pros: We loved the location of the property. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the delicious breakfast.
Cons: One of the rooms booked wasn't perfectly clean and my friends requested to change the bed sheets. The other two rooms were instead clean.
Pros: Clean room, nice outside swimming pool.
Cons: Wifi didn't work in the room-only in the yard, no TV.
Pros: Location is very nice, pool is a big plus after a day in the mountains. Staff is kind and you have nice restaurants nearby. I really recommend visiting sibillini mountains. It is still an hidden gem without mass tourism.
Cons: More salty breakfast (which anyway is given on request)
Pros: It’s clearly well looked after, managed and clean. Homely breakfast and amazing view it’s a perfect place if you want to relax and lose yourself in the quietness.
Cons: When I arrived The gentleman was very quick on showing us the room but without explaining where was the pool or the breakfast room or the BBQ area.

Pros: Very friendly staff, Silvio came to welcome us and immediately asked if we wanted to take dinner in the restaurant, no check-in procedure just dropped our bags, and came to eat. Beautiful location, stunning view to Monte Sibillini. Spent 1 day at the pool relaxing, water is refreshing and you can swim some lenghts. The surrounding towns and nature is beautiful & not very touristic yet, very relaxing not to be in the crowd. Apparently due to the earthquake the farmhouse had damages that is under rebuilt therefore some containers had to be installed for additional rooms & for the restaurant. We didn't mind, it was pleasant & we ate our dinner each evening there. The food was just amazing!!! If you like menu cards rather than surprises it might not be your place. I have to say, even some stuff I would not choose or initially I don't like was so delicious!! (E.g. rabbit or pork). Each day there was one menu (different every day during our 5 nights stay), price quality superb & very good wines from the region. The staff had even attention that they prepared just for us something different when we had lunch on our pool day so we didn't have to eat the same. Marco, the waiter was very kind & Angela the chef prepared amazing food. Since we obviously didn't have enough time to explore the whole surroundings, this address is one to keep to come back! Despite that we usually go new places we'll come back here once! Ah and not to forget Jullietto the cutest small puppy look dog forever
Cons: The bed could be more comfortable, but on the other hand due to all the other good things it can be forgotten and not considered as a bad point
Pros: Stunning location and nice pool. Upstairs room was very nice. There was plenty of space in the rooms with additional beds upstairs.
Cons: The option for proper coffee (I.e not pod coffee) would be nice.
Pros: The mountain views are breathtaking and the dinner was superb. Great walks in the day and a nice swim in the pool in the afternoon.
Pros: La Cittadella is a very rustic but comfortable place to stay near Montemonaco in Marche. It is out by itself and remote. You need a car. From the property you can see Mt Vettore and Mt Sibilla. We were there to hike Mt. Sibilla. As a hiking lodge it is wonderful. It is very casual and friendly. We ate at the restaurant each evening and really enjoyed it. They serve a set 5 course dinner. The food local cuisine and is hearty and delicious, and includes a liter of very good table wine. We loved it. The staff was friendly and engaging, and we felt right at home there. We will definitely be back at La Cittadella!
Cons: The shower doors were a little fragile, and it would have been nice to have a table in the room. There was one, but the TV was on it. All else was great.
Pros: The owner is extremely friendly. The dinner is superb and seems very local. I love the wine, cheese, and environment. Feel like home. Tips : Try to reach here before sunset. Roads are difficult to drive at night.
Cons: Just the tiles on the floor are very cold at night. Breakfast timing is a bit unclear.
Pros: This is a beautiful ,rustic hideaway in the mountains ,on a gorgeous property that was once a small village. The hospitality and care offered by Silvio and his staff were excellent! We loved the delicious 3 course dinners of typical local cuisine served in the restaurant, and the outstanding service provided by Marco. Our every need and request was attended to and our stay was memorable. Even more noteworthy is the ability of the local people to rebuild and carry on after the destruction and devestation of an earthquake!
Pros: owner and family delightful. views stunning. room quiet and generous, good bathroom. food served home cooked, no choice but fullsome and excellent! value for money exceptionally good ( April)
Cons: no complaints whatsoever.
Pros: Nothing very disappointed, very run down
Cons: It was very run down, the pool was empty & the restaurant still had dirty dishes on the tables, the host was no where to be seen & uncontactable. Also make loud banging noises under our room at 3am.
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Hot coffee, fruit juice, cereal/yoghurt, boiled eggs and toast, croissants, cake etc, cold cuts. The staff are friendly and hospitable. Silvio is knowledgeable about the area and always willing to offer advice on places to visit or local walks to do. The views of the mountains are incredible and the grounds/gardens/pergolas with trailing wisteria, roses, scattered ceramic art works and alfresco areas are enchanting. We had dinner here several evenings. The food was excellent - very tasty, varied, copious amounts, and at a very good price. We look forward to our next visit. As we drove around we saw for ourselves the devastation caused by the previous earthquake. We had not realized the extent of it.Everywhere we went we were impressed by the friendliness and strength of the local people rebuilding their lives.
Cons: There was nothing to not like although would have liked a bit more sunshine (no fault of the property!). May has been unusually cool throughout Italy this year.
Pros: Great location with beautiful views of the mountains and a short drive from a hike starting point in Foce. Friendly staff who cooked a good dinner for us. We really enjoyed our stay.
