There are many benefits to Matisse but the best, by far, is the owner himself. In my career, I was fortunate to stay in many 4 and 5 star hotels. However, I have never been treated with as much friendliness, hospitality, and service as Roberto gave us. He is a real gem. The location is fabulous - two blocks from the Coloseum and forum. The area and B&B are very safe. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Maid service changed linens daily. The breakfast area is open all the time for toast, cheese, juice, etc. Please be aware that this is not an American style hotel but a large suite of rooms in a European building. It may be better to phone Roberto before booking so he may best assess your needs. 389 978 7112.
Within walking distance of the train station and easy to find The bathroom was not ensuite it was down the corridor and could only pay be credit card if staying 4 or mor nights
Roberto was accommodating especially as we arrived very late. Great location and very quiet, perfect for us. The all day breakfast was a really good idea and meant we had freedom not set to a specific time. We will stay there again. Beds were a bit hard at first but we got used to them in the end. I is a B&B not an hotel so very good value.
Rooms do not have their own or private bathrooms as specifications say. Bathroom water is either boiling or freezing, no interm point. Kitchen is really leaving too much to desire, old and dirty. You have to wash your own dishes. If travelling with kids, please do not consider this as an option, not children friendly!! Eventhough is says they are welcomed. Manager was rude and insulted my family to a point that I requested money back and changed to a much better place 100 mts from there. Think twice before booking, pictures not even close to what you will get.
Roberto's service and hospitality were excellent. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. He made made bookings for us to the Vatican as well as our return trip to the airport. He made us feel right at home. The noise from the street below is fairly constant, so earplugs are advised.
Big room for 4 persons + 1 baby. Good location near to Termini Too simple breakfast, entrance door to the room is not automatic scaning and it is control at the reception area by their staff. not convenient to go in and out.
The Orlanda is very convenient to the Roma Termini station without being too close. The rooms keep out most of the outside noise and are very clean. We got great advice regarding the hop on/off buses and local restaurants. We really appreciated the hotel storing one of our bags while we made an overnight trip to Siena. They couldn't have been nicer.
The building does not look promising from the outside, but I had a very enjoyable stay at the Orlanda. The location is good. I had been warned that the area around the railway station was unsafe, but I did not feel at all unsafe in the hotel or in the streets around it. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was fine. I have no negative comments to make; I would stay there again and would recommend it to people looking for a moderately priced hotel room in Rome.
The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, very secure, very close to main train/bus station. The staff were helpful and friendly Having to go up 3 floors before arriving at reception, OK for us but difficult if you have large suitcases
The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect, however we have explored the whole city on foot. Room was clean and enough big. The breakfast was sufficient. I've had some problems with the WiFi; but it was not a big issue while there are some laptops available to do my job.
close to train station and sites the stairs
Convinient location, helpful staff, clean rooms! Breakfast - enough to start the day. A lot of places to eat around. Nothing else is needed!
Decoration in the room, staff, location.
great location just a couple of minutes from metro, train station, bus links etc. Rooms were really large and spacious for rate. Much better than the 2 stars awarded and have stayed in far worse at much greater cost. perfect for a standard city break when your busy, busy, busy.
Close to Termini Station, good size room
modern in room facilities, spacious room, nice garden, free parking and internet access. you have to take a 20 minutes bus ride to the city, the hotel is difficult to find due to road construction and no signboard to the place. the bath compartment in the toilet is really small
1. Nice rooms with new furniture. 2. Good breakfast (relatively to other Italian hotels, don't even think to compare it to Germany or so). 3. Free internet. 4. Good hotel restaurant, not cheap though. 1. Small rooms. 2. Somewhat hard to find even with the gps. For newer visitors, few meters after the University just before road construction begins, leave the main road (ignore no entry sign if you see one) near the gas station and turn right inside, go to the end of the road. 3. Expensive outside pool.
1. Modern, clean room with well fitted bathroom. 2. Good breakfast buffet. 3. Safe, internal car park. 4. Located in quiet outskirts of Rome. Also direct bus link to city center (but takes 40 min). Overall pretty good value for money. 1. No sports / gym facility (except outdoor pool - in summer at an additional fee). 2. Restaurant should change CD - 4 days of continuous Abba is a bit taxing :-)...
excellent breakfast that I have ever seen at the hotels in Italy, it was very rich. Clean room and tranquility due to the farness from city center. Considering all together, good price for family's budget. Very small bathroom and whose old equipments.
The position is a bit outside (above the Vatican) but it's really not a problem to get to the city via public transport (for 1€) and the bus stop is really near. There's also a McDonalds restaurant near the bus stop, which is really convenient. It's nice and quiet, and birds wake you up. What I loved the most about my stay was the friendliness and the readiness to help, the staff is just fantastic. The shower cabins are really small. I disliked the plastic glasses in the room. They could add some more bathroom goodies like cotton pads, tissues etc. The hairdrier is really weak. I wish they had a shuttle service option to and from the airport.
Way too far away from any public transport into the city. Over a 20 min and quite dangerous walk to the nearest metro and no shuttle provided
Nice hotel in a very beautiful and green zone of Rome. Internal private parking. If you want to get downtown just take a bus (907 - 913) from the near bus stop and you will be taken in 15-20 minutes to the Vatican area or to the Cipro metro station. Excellent breakfast. You need to climb stairs to get to the reception, therefore this is not ideal if you have a big case.
Room was well sized and had a stocked mini fridge. Breakfast included! Top notch staff!
We travelled with a 22 and a 2 months old and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was located too far from the Roma historic center and necessitated a 30 minutes bus ride into town.
The size of the room - its value for money and the facilities provided. Excellent restaurant. Great breakfast. It is not on the tourist map of Rome - geographically out of the zone. And although, the Vatican for example is just 3km, connectivity is poor.
Good location, 200 metres from Termini station. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Lovely garden for tea time.
Closesness to things of importance bed was not up to standard
The location is very good, five minutes walking from Tirmini station. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in quite area. Good price for that area The room is very small. Could hardly walk in the room. But for this price and location, it is worth it.
Quietness and location small rooms and inadequate housekeeping
I liked the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom the best, and the furniture was not old and run down. Next I liked the location near to the train station which was important for me. The room was a little tight, but still O.K. I also would have preferred a better restaurant in the hotel. Fortunately there are lots of restaurants in the area.
The rooms were clean and just as described. No surprises. Staff was friendly and the rate was exactly what we were told. Ice and coffee were brought to the room upon request as were pillows and additional towels. The room was surprisingly beautiful as was the bathroom, which could use a little clorox, but otherwise huge and lovely. They provide hand towels rather than washcloths. I would have preferred wash cloths.
Staff very helpful full marks, breakfast plenty and good. Room comfortable. Very central for train terminal and underground although underground very busy. no
Nice large room with jacuzzi bath, good continental breakfast replenished reg by attentive staff. Staff very helpful and friendly, found train times, family friendly resteraunts etc for me.Great location, close to termini and metro. Bed was very hard.
excellent location, best value for money, recommended
Friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious rooms. Great tv/wifi facilities. Close to transport connections. Good access to tourist spots. No
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was very good.
friendly family run hotel but a little expensive for the facilities
Location was great. It was within walking distance of many places and close to a bus stop if needed We liked that they had a full restaurant and bar area. Room 212 had an extremely small bathtub/shower. It was very difficult to stand in!!!!!
The staff were great, helpful and enthusiastic. All spoke good English. The information given in the room (hotel facilities / Rome guide etc) could be more extensive
Our stay was an excellent one. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The service was top rate. The location was very good too. The bar in the hotel is lovely and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Loved it!!!!
Staff was helpful. Had to have our room changed due to smoking outside of our window. They moved baggage for us. Breakfast nice and included. Helpful with directions and arrangements to airport.
Excellent breakfast. Staff helpful and good facilities in the room, for example wifi, films, minibar. It was too far from the nearest metro station and because of this, I don't think I could stay again.
room spacious and very clean breakfast choice rather poor
the room was too small for the money, it was not as close to sites as advertized.
The intimate atmosphere of this beautiful corner in historic Trastevere and the fact that the breakfast was included (despite my booking not explicitly mentioning so), made up for the fact that the room was rather small.
The staff were very helpful. The location was very central and safe. It was good to be in an old Italian building. I loved room 23 where I stayed for the first nights. But I did not like room 20 where I stayed for the last night; it is too small to be used as a hotel room. It was very uncomfortable. It was the only thing I did not like in this hotel.
good location, friendly. 24 hr doorman. Be on your toes when you pay the bill- they tried to add 40 euros unexpectedly. Also requested a wake-up call that never happened. Bathroom was dirty with a broken toilet seat.
Fantastic, quiet location in Trastevere. Paper-thin walls mean you can here everything from rooms next door.
Staff is extremely courteous and friendly, hotel is clean, very convenient location in Trastevere. This hotel is very affordable for Rome. Rooms are teeny tiny, beds are uncomfortable, bedding and decor is shabby, and I've been in phone booths bigger than the shower! Skip the continental breakfast - stale cereal and instant coffee.
The staff were wonderful - friendly, welcoming and helpful. It made my stay feel like a home-from-home experience and added to my overall enjoyment of my holiday.
nil. The breakfast was very basic and consisted of pre packaged croissants. The heating was turned off during the day and put on a timer which could not be overridden. If you returned to the room early you had to put up witha cold room until the heating turned on. The showewr was far too small. threre was no room to be able to comfortably wash yourself. The room was very small and for women there was no hairdryer. For acomparable price one could get a much better accomodation within metrs of the hotel
I picked this hotel mainly for the price and location. What I got was a real treat. It's a 15 minute walk to the Arch of Constantine, Colosseum and Roman Forum. On the way, you pass the Bocca dela Veritate, Circus Maximus, The Palatino. Walk even further you'll reach the Vittorio Emmanuel ii memorial. The hotel is in the quaint Travestere area, where walking around will get you to all these great restos and gelaterias. The historic Fiumi Tevere is just across the road. And there's even a Catholic Church, San Benedetto a Piscincula right beside it where the priests are dressed in tunics and boots making them look like knights. The people at the front desk are quite helpful, orienting you to the sites nearby. Really enjoyed my stay! For one thing there was no wifi available in the hotel. I had seen a website (not the hotel's) that had stated it was available at this hotel. Other than that, I was ok with everything.
staff and breakfast rooms are a bit small
The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to places like Campo d' Fiori. The staff was amazingly helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel when we went to Florence for a night which was immensely helpful. the airconditioner was really noisy, and also the walls are extremely thin and we could hear the people next door snoring, whistling and yelling. We also got reprimanded for whispering at 11 pm by the guest next door.
The staff was very friendly and they offered us a lot of assistance. We could not use credit card, but I have to say that the staff told us about the problem well in advance, so in the end it was not a problem.
they give maps and can advise the shortest walking routes. the staff are not quite friendly apart from only one ( indian guy) at the reception.he spoke English but not the rest. the sign on the wall in front of the entrance said the hotel was on the second floor. when we got there , a cleaning lady in a very rude manner showed us the door and said that the reception is on the ground floor.we had to go back wth the luggage...
staff was very helpful. location was close to a major bus stop, so no matter where you were, you could get a bus back. breakfast was not great. et there early because things run out early. coffee was not too bad, even though its from a machine.
They provided free access to wireless internet. The location was situated very nicely in the center of roma. Toilets smelled , the elevator's lights went off many times,
I liked its closeness to the city center and also the fact that the staff was very helpful.
Quiet, comfortable, helpful staff. Lack of wi-fi for guests
Good breakfast, friendly staff. No wireless connection in the room.
price toilet seats are too high
Pleasant well-meaning staff TV, lights not working (and apparently could not be fixed)
Great staff, excellent served breakfast choices eat all you can everything is exellent....I love to stay there again
I liked the breakfast team and the breakfast itself, the chef Irma was fantastic: competent and friendly!!! In general, my staying there was pleasant, the room was cosy, spacy and clean. I would suggest only to refresh mineral water everytime it is finished.
no free internet conection
Delicious brealfast with a good variety, The ladies in the breakfast-room very nice and polite. The reception area ibbeing recinstructed but still works fine. the people very nice and helpful The internet did not work and it was very bad because it was a business trip. The room was too hot and it was not possible to change the floor heat. I had to have the window open, but it is quite noisy outside,
The hotel was ok: Clean, beautiful room. The breakfast... was gorgeous! A wide range of variety! The location is not the best, but it's not a big problem. The metro station is about 15 minutes from the hotel on foot, or 8 minutes by bus ( number of 341/ 311) 10-12 stations with the metro, and you are in the downtown. The whole journey is about 35-40 minutes.
only breakfast! the room,
New, modern but cosy hotel, 3 stars but could qualify for 4, nice lobby and breakfast area, newly renovated rooms, excellent breakfast, competent staff, 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The hotel was undergoing a renovation while we stayed there (october 2010) - rooms had already been finished but the hallways were not done yet. It caused some inconvenience but no noise.
good position if you have business in that area of the city. the daytime front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, but the night porter was rude, unhelpy, unfriendly and absolutely arrogant.
The breakfast and the staff The general state of the room - broken mirror, dirty fridge, no air conditioning, damaged bath.
It was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was ideal to start the day. No hot water before 6am.
we were very impressed with the hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for us, they were knowledgeable about Rome and gave good advice about getting around, places to eat etc. There were lots of extra touches e.g. sweets on the counter, fruit juices and coffee in Reception and tea and coffee available in the rooms. The room was of an excellent standard and we had clean linens every day. We would recommend this hotel highly. We had read that the area the hotel was in i.e. the University district was not always safe, we didn't find this the case at all in fact we enjoyed the upbeat feel.
Eventhough the breakfast room is small (sometimes some guests had to wait for max 5 minutes to get a table for breakfast), the breakfast-staffs (the ones who organized the breakfast) were really tried their best to do their duties during the breakfast time. I appreciate their work. Me and my family (four of us) we stayed in quadruple room. Unfortunately in the first day, the toillet amenities (towels, tissues etc) were prepared only for 2 people. And also in the next days there was only one small bottle of soap (which just enough for 1 people). About the internet facilities, unlike some hotels in Spain, it was not free of charge ( they should have mentioned it before in advance that we had to pay an additional charge in order to get the internet connection in the room).
Buffet Awfully noisy air conditioning. Very small room.
Good price, decent room Found some hair on the towel ...
Very clean room, value for money, great breakfast slightly distant location
Was a really nice hotel for our family trip to Rome...the rooms were spacious and very clean. There was no noise to speak of during the night,as you are in a more residential area. It's a 10 minute walk to Termini station, just 4 stops from most of the major tourist points. The metro is very easy to use and isn't too crowded most of the time. We had a great stay here and loved every moment...parking was also easy and not too expensive but do reserve a space when you are booking the hotel, if possible. We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and it was really great, as was the selection at breakfast. Would stay here again anytime!
Hotel staff were very helpfull and welcoming
We thought it was excellent for our trip to Rome.Very friendly and helpful staff.Could not be faulted.Thank you.
Clean, bright, spacious room. Good air conditioning and TV. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent value. Internet was down the entire 3 days I was there, and staff was completely unapologetic or helpful about it. In general, front desk staff was terse, not very friendly, but that seems to be the norm. Waitress at dinner spoke no English, but was very nice and we got by.
Good price, good room & hotel facilities, good breakfast. There were no problems with parking. Quiet area. Frendly staff. Inconvenient location: to far from public transport. Partially it is compensated by shuttle bus (but it departs from the hotel only 3 times a day).
Way out of Rome, not a good shuttle service and rude reception staff.
nice view of Vatican city has not much access to any stores or shop near by.... subway is far away
Breakfast. When we arrived at the room, one bulb would not light up and the rest were too dim and the room appeared too dark. They sent a technician to replace the bulb but still the room appeared dark and dull. Bed and sheets were not clean enough. First day - only bath towels; no wash towels; Second day - no towels at all, they sent some when asked. The bathroom layout was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel, because the sink was the largest I have ever seen. That resulted in only a ten-inch space between the sink and the toilet to manuver to get to the bath tub; it was quite an effort. Hotel staff is not friendly; basically, you don't feel welcomed on asking any questions. If you are not with a tour group, dont stay here. Bad location.
More informations about cultural events and more facilities of transport to the center
we were upgraded to their "luxury" floor. seemed standard for a US hotel but was definitely the nicest European hotel Ive been. a buffet style breakfast was included in the price, great cappuccino card keys kept decoding, 3 nights in a row we would have to get them re-prograqmmed to get back to our room, was kind of inconvinient to get to Rome city center unles su took a taxi at 0600
it's clean and quiet, comfortable bed, helpful staff, not far away from the bus station. no
cleanliness of the hotel. furniture in the room are too old
Room is quite nice for Rome standard. Variety of food at breakfast. Staffs are helpful although not very pleasant. Can arrange taxis to airport at good fix price..Shuttle to city is helpful althouth not frequent enough.Good dining at the basement dining room. Location is in residential area and far from tourist attractions. There is nothing around. hardly find any resturant..but there is a supermarket about 300 m. away..u can hear lot of noise from the next rooms..
the breakfast small rooms, very thin walls
For a budget hotel the quality is good. Breakfast is included and for italian standards good. it´s a bit further from the city centre
The cleanliness of the room surprised me. Good buffet breakfast, and friendly staff. The double bed was two single beds togheter, that was a bit problem for us because we are a couple.
The Location is excellent
close to the Vatican and within walking distance of all the sites. Good breakfast sign for hotel very small but directions to hotel easy to follow but would recomend printing off map. the free mini bar consisted of 2 bottles of water so not a mini bar booking .com get your facts right
location is quite good. Bed is too soft and hotel needs re-painting.
Location was optimal for the trip planned. Area was cozy. Hotel was dated but we enjoyed that fact.
location to the Vatican. Convenient to go around. The room is quite big very comfortable. Only the smell from the pipe.
It is very close to the Basilica (2 minutes away) Breakfast was very good, rooms neat, clean and towels changed daily
good location, near Vatican and San Pietro Station, very friendly staff, old building and interior, bathroom is too old
It was in a great location. The room was clean. Other than one front desk hotel clerk, the staff was rude and not very helpful. The breakfast staff needs training on customer service. The breakfast meal was not very enjoyable and the coffee was terrible. Overall, I would rate the staff and breakfast about a two on a scale of one is poor and 10 is great. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel.
The location and the breakfast the check out process: there was no one available to check out at 0500, the time we needed to leave to catch our flight. Apparently they had designated check out times that were not posted.
took less than 10 minutes to walk to St Peter's Square, through the walkway under the busy road.... and was on bus routes that can take you about anywhere... the fact that it has not been updated in years (and some tears in the wallpaper) did not bother us, it almost added to the charm... run by the owner and his son with a few others that we could see... I really highly recommend for it's proximity, I believe you wont find another as reasonably priced this close. the fire alarm woke us up in the middle of one of the nights, and we werent sure what happened
location - breakfast
The location was great and Breakfast was very good
The breakfast - very very poor
Room was very comfortable. room service also excellent. Location - transport is not near the hotel. Administration - when we checked out, early in the morning, breakfast boxes were not ready, though previous day we were promised thet boxes will be ready in the morning.
The staff were professional. The need for our children's during the stay was well taken care of. The relative distance to Vatican city was favorable. The room has a contemporary design and the bathroom is pleasant. The room was very small. There was no facility in the hotel of note. Breakfast was marginal. The area around the hotel is not interesting.
It was ultra-contemporary with all the technology present designed for comfort of the guests. The room--we had a suite--was spacious and soothing. The staff was super-attentive, too. My husband, son, and I spent three weeks in Italy. This was by far the best place we stayed. I feel I got real value through Booking.com, but then, you have never let me down. It was a bit far away from the action. (To say that it's close to Vatican City is a bit of a stretch.) However, it was also nice to be away from it all, and in a neighborhood with "real Romans." We went to a snack bar nearby, and it was amusing how we were treated since they didn't see many tourists. I would stay in this place again in a heartbeat.
continental breakfast and friendly staff hotel room cold and settings were hard to fix
staff friendly, the room was clean and warm and breakfast was fine for italian taste. The parking space is free e it's not far from city centre by car...I'm not sure with the bus or underground as I did not use it..
Hotel staff were polite and knowledgeable. They provided excellent directions to many local attractions.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There aren't any restaurants near the hotel.
Very spaced out. Excellent breakfast. Pretty quiet setting. None
the room was great and comfortable - good location very poor breakfast -bad coffee
Brand new place, nice service, clean and very affordable prices in a centric area of Rome (half way between Terminus and the Colisseum). They don't say in the webpage it's placed in the 5th floor of an appartment building. The rooms are so new they still lacking some things, such as a proper light in the bathroom. They don't accept credit cards so you have to pay in cash. Plus, they didn't give us an invoice, which is quite weird. Anyway, overall I would recommend the place.
Staff were very helpful and the position was excellent The room was very small and we had problems with the hot water
Great location with 2 metros nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Instead of a double bed two single beds had been joined together. Very tiny shower cubicle. The room got very cold in the nights. no heater in the bathroom.
The hotel was central to many things. The breakfast was good. Staff proffesional.
The location is brilliant. Hotel is clean one. Air condition is very usefull during the summer. Big bathroom. Poor breakfast. Hotel looks old inside. There is strange smell when you just enter the room, but in few minutes it is ok.
Staff were very friendly and always there to help. The location of the hotel was first class for tourists plenty of restaurants and bars and shops etc not to mention the proximity to the spanish steps and the trevi fountain The bed wasn't great a bit hard, one door of the wardrobe couldn't be opened properly because of proximity to bed.
I loved the personal at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel couldnt be better!! we walked everywhere...and just took Metro once to go to Vatican...afterwards we came back walking...Everything you want to see in Rome is near by the hotel. The Metro station to Termini and aerport is 2 minutes walking from the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and the location was excelent.
The location was great. A short walk to the Barberini METRO station. The front desk claimed they could not give me smaller Euro bills if I wanted to change a 50 Euro bill.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Hotel location was very convenient for us. Reason for our trip was shopping (answer for Question 4 - 2 below) Air conditioning was not good in the first night. When we comlained we moved to another room.
Excelent Location! Staff very simpathic.
cation near terminal, large room, breakfast It was cold at night, we asked to heat the room, they told us that they had to economise and we changed the hotel
the location is very convenient.the staffs are very passionate to give help. facility ( e.g. TV ) is a bit old-fashioned, and not much international program available.
the roof terace is very good and the view is breath-taking-saint peter church in the night, the room was really big, they expect us with the extrabeds done and offered us a bottle of wine
The roof terrace has wonderful views, and the hotel overall was very comfortable The hot water could have been hotter! Unfortunately, the service on the roof terrace in particular was poor, slow and amateurish, unlike that in the rest of the hotel.
The hotel is in a fantastic location about 5min walk to the roma termini and the metro that is next to the termini. The staff at the front desk are business-like who are generally helpful. The room we had were very clean and well laid out. We had a wonderful room with a open view of the city. We did return to the same hotel when we went back to rome to transit to go home. Breakfast at the hotel is abundant and staff in the breakfast area are fantastic. Very prompt and very friendly. Food are replenish quickly. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. We wish price were less expensive and internet access free of charge will be excellent. The hotel could also stock a couple of adaptors suitable for vistors from asia at the front desk. The staff did direct us to get suitable adaptors from a little shop nearby to buy.
View from roof top bar Check-in not efficient. Initially taken to a room that was already occupied
Very nice room. Best we had in two weeks in Italy. Excellent breakfast included. Very convenient to train station, metro station and bus tours. Easy walk to Colesium, and most major points of interest. Easy to get everywhere. Front desk and wait staff efficient but stand off-ish--not what you could ever call welcoming or freindly. No different, however, than the typical lodging in Italy.
big room, clean bathroom extremely poor breakfast; to expensive for the services offered
Hotel location could not have been better (across the street from Termini). Breakfast was much better than expected (full breakfast not just continental). And the rooftop bar was a great place to relax.
This hotel is in a great location for public transport. It's 30 seconds walk from the bus/train/metro station which all connect. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. I had no bad experience or difficulties during my stay.
