10.0 Excellent
Pros: Place, environment and the view
Cons: The view
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Service. Aesthetics. Bar area and spa.
Cons: Drink prices were expensive. Sometimes service was over attentive. A little removed from the city center.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Stunning hotel in a great location! walk outside and turn left and find a heap of bars/cuisines to eat along with a huge shopping centre 10-15 minute walk away. Views from sauna room and gym are fabulous.
Cons: There was no outside pool or sunbathing at this facility
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have visited Lisbon before and really enjoyed the renovated Universal Exhibition area especially the aquarium. We saw the Myriad hotel like a huge sail and decided that if we came beck we’d like to stay there. We really enjoyed walking along the waterfront, taking the cable car, visiting the aquarium again, hanging out in the lounge like cafes. We visited the traditional heart of Lisbon by bus and by car (which we parked so we could walk everywhere) - both easy - and loved the atmosphere but were glad to come back to the calm and the huge view over the river. The best of both worlds. The service is truly excellent and very friendly. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We didn’t have time to try the pool and spa - next time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds. Amazing breakfast. Tasting menu with wine , very nice experience.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing. All was excellent
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly - food very good. Not sure about the open-plan bedroom/shower situation. The grey/red/black colours in the room are not my thing. But clean and very comfy bed.
Cons: The breakfast area was chaotic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and style of the hotel. Hotel was so sleek and contemporary in design but, the staff was warm and very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the spa as well.
Cons: Menu items were limited. I think they could have a few more choices.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ouur stay was great, exceeding expectations. Fantastic views from the hotel room. Room itself spotless. Staff were very helpful in every aspect and the hotel couldn’t be faulted. we will be back!

Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room
Cons: very very over priced bar and restaurant, exactly the same beer was four times more expensive in the hotel than in the local bar, the same with the food prices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is good
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden, palace and outdoor swimming pool
Cons: Nothing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel without being pretentious
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The palace itself has been restored to its original condition with wonderful public areas whilst the accommodation is in two modern attached wings. We were upgraded to a suite which was vey spacious and comfortable. Meals were outstanding if a little expensive. All staff that we dealt with were very courteous and helpful. The quietness and seclusion of the location makes the slight inconvenience of a taxi ride into Lisbon worthwhile.
Cons: Having to dine in the bar on our first night due to a private function booking out the restaurant. A hotel of this class should have an exclusive dining area for house guests available at all times.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The building itself of course, a wonderful travel in the history of Portugal, Pousadas are not to be compared with any luxury hotel, they are far beyond as they provide a unique historical experience. The welcome of the people working there, their elegance and dedication, with a special mention for Rita and Manuel who took great care of us and made our stay trully wonderful.
Cons: The first room was a bit noisy because close to the air conditioning system
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Superb breakfasts!
Cons: Under flight path to Lisbon airport so aircraft noise always in back round.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: very opulent...
Cons: the sauna and steam room areas are not the best. and steamroom was not working at all...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The gardens were a refresher from the city. The palace building is beautiful.
Cons: The facilities need updating. Also, renovation to the palace will give it a better look and feel. It feels now as a museum more than a hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful. They gave us an upgrade on arrival and let us have a late check out the next day. Faultless.

Pros: They remember so nicely our anniversary <3. Room was unbelievalble, so charming. Delicious breakfest was brought our room, exactly time we wished. Good location to go there everywhere. Ten points!

Pros: Beautiful rooms and hotel interiors. Centrally located in a quiet street in Chiado. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: There being no elevator was not an issue for me but might be a challenge to disabled guests.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great Location and great breakfast. Close to Metro station. And staffs are friendly and kind. We have good days in Lisbon.
Cons: I can hear voice from outside. It’s noisy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was massive, bed very comfy, breakfast excellent. Whilst all the décor is very nice the lack of facilities would lower it's star rating for me.
Cons: We didn't like the terrible building noise which was directly opposite our room. What was disappointing was that the hotel knew that it would be noisy but make no mention of it before you go nor do they offer anything by way of compensation. Starting at 8 am breakfast was spoilt. Not finishing till after 5 there was no chance of a quiet moment before the evening. They did apologize though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gorgeous big room, lovely views and central location!
Cons: Open toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, spacious room. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast that is brought to your room is awesome because it's not pre chosen for you. You decide from a small menu what you would like and they bring it over at the time your schedule (within breakfast hours). The hotel is perfectly located a stroll away from all the shops, and the Rossio and Praca do Comercio areas. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The bathrooms are missing a bit more light. But that´s about it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and lovely, great location near metro.
Cons: Construction noise during week directly across the street made it difficult to have open windows on Friday. Thankfully this was not the case over the weekend.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view, wonderful breakfast and very good location.
Cons: could have at least one elevator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Delicious breakfast while sitting in our robes.

Pros: Front desk and restaurant staff was terrific and helpful, breakfast was excellent quality and offered a great selection.
Cons: Television made loud, crackling noises on several channels, upholstery on a chair was extremely worn, carpet had a bad stain.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean hotel, delightful staff in a different location providing a different view of Lisbon both figuratively and actually.
Cons: Roof top bar rowdy, check in issues requiring 3 visits to the front desk, previous customers' mini bar usage on our bill, bed saggy in the middle & a little worn, just a few of the niggles....
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel with great choice communal areas and lovely excellent restaurant and breakfast.
Cons: The lighting in the room is over- complicated.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel!! Amazing decor, great rooftop pool, lovely spa, tasty breakfast, beautiful big room and fantastic staff!
Cons: Loved everything but we were a bit disappointed that we left the room at 9 am and they were cleaning it at 6pm! They then came back to clean the bathroom when we were in the room!! But such a small thing for such a lovely hotel :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The decor, the staff and the bathroom were all excellent. Breakfast is also brilliant, they have everything you could possibly want. I requested some blueberries , and the waiter returned with a variety of berries for my wife and I.
Cons: The only negative experience we had was having to ring reception 3 times to get fresh towels to our room. We stressed that we needed them asap however over an hour and a half passed and still no towels. After ringing a third time, the receptionist seemed shocked that our request had not been addressed by housekeeping who she had instructed to bring us towels. The secretary did apologise but this was no good to us as both my wife and I had to go out that evening without a shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel - wonderful breakfast, luxurious room, attentive and professional staff, amazing roof-top pool

6.2 Good
Cons: When we (group of six people) book with paid in full and check in to hotel, we DID NOT know that we have to pay the taxes 2 euros per day and the person help to check in did not mention that either. After we signed our name on the card which we DID NOT see the taxes 2 euros per day on the card, but when we check out someone put that taxes 2 euros per day on the card afterward. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS THE MATTER OF PRINCIPLE. They can put any amount on the card after we signed. We REFUSED to pay the taxes. I hope that the hotel do not charge us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super hotel. Alles klopt
Cons: Alles was top
7.5 Good
Cons: Messed up my reservation despite booking weeks before. Double booked our suite so ended up with 2 adjoining rooms- not the suite I paid for. No goodwill gesture, just offered to cancel my stay and refund me - after I had arrived!!

Pros: Location
Cons: Not an easy access to the reception for handicapped and elderly people

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great property all round including rooms, lobby area, great gym and outdoor pool. Location is very central and it is an easy walk to historic areas and central square

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant sevice, great food, stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. Staff were very helpful and a perfect location to see the sights and sounds of Lisbon.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location is fantastic! It is right on the main street and within the walking distances to all key monuments, businesses and restaurants. It has a lovely lobby and plenty of meeting rooms
Cons: Rooms are old and tired. I did not like the pool which is kind of oddly designed and outdoor. I think because it is so highly occupied, there isn't enough free time to do a proper Capex which is much needed for this property.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Staff is ok, but the so called lady executive mgr was not friendly and not try to solve problems. She did not try to make a six dollar error on a 3 nite stay. She said that mistake had to make by their executive DIRECTOR . That six dollar had to charge when we check out( they did not tell us when we checked in. And our was a PREPAID stay). The washing sink basin was made of kind of soft pastic( in a 4, 5 star hotel ??).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was fabulous. Staff very good.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: super kind staffs, nice location
Cons: there're only few kinds of food at breakfast, and the fruits were NOT FRESH (this is because all the refrigerated food such as fruit, cheese, ham, etc are put outside at 3am.... I saw staff putting the food outside at this time), room quality is very normal, nothing special to say, fado live performance was not really good....
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was really good. Going for a run along the water front first thing in the morning and coming back for a really good shower set me up for the day!
Cons: The breakfast wasn't great. Eggs had been under the warmer so long it was like they had a plastic skin on them. However, there were a fair amount of options, so I did manage to have an ok breakfast. Just not sure it matched the 15 euro price tag.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ideally located close to the centre of things with possible views of the Tagus River. Staff were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
6.3 Good
Cons: Décor & Visual ambience. Breakfast room was emotionally grey and dull. there was nothing to inspire you and say wow that was amazing.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location, very clean.
Cons: It is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel to have such lack of bathroom privacy. It is essential to have proper walls and doors that separate bedrooms from bathrooms and not just a glass wall and door that doesn’t close properly. The rate they charge for this hotel is inadequate to the product you are receiving. In addition to that we were woken up at 9am in the morning by a very loud cleaner in the next room moving furniture.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed rooms and spacious with high ceilings. Cool, contemporary bathrooms.
Cons: The mattress was al title firm and the pillows not very high quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel, peaceful, lovely restaurant and breakfast room, pleasant, helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing not to like.

Pros: The concierge Ines was extremely helpful, as was Jorge the valet. The customer service was outstanding. We only had a few days to enjoy as much as we could, and this Pousada made it happen. The location by the Praca do Comercio was very close to so many sights within walking distance.
Cons: Our stay was too short!

Pros: The bed was like a cloud and the room was very modern and nice. Beautiful sophisticated hotel with incredible staff, especially Inez.

Pros: Browns was a small boutique hotel in downtown Lisbon. It’s location made exploring easy and the staff at the desk and the bar were amazingly helpful and always happy. The room, although small (small room with street view) was perfect. All the little details and extras made up for the lack of size. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Cons: If I had to find anything to dislike it would be trying to get in room the first time. There was a little trick to opening it with the key.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the room had everything we needed.
Cons: The breakfast could have been a bit more better, especially offering some more gluten free things. They just had bread.

Cons: Dark hallways
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the quirky decor. Bedroom felt luxurious and the bar was a great place to unwind. Central location was perfect for exploring Lisbon.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location & staff professionalism
Cons: Requested 3 double rooms and only one had a double bed
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location and some of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Some staff were dismissive when we asked for bedding that was to perfumy to sleep with. They never delivered new sheets as many guests requested, we ended up sleeping with wool blankets and turned the A/C very low as it was July.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good
Cons: I had the hotel call for a hotel private car to carry me to the airport / it was not on time - so I got a taxi - the hotel didn’t offer to find a taxi for me and it was raining

Pros: Loved everything. The location, the staff, the amenities were all great. The room was very modern and spacious. Would definitely stay again if I return to Lisbon and recommend to anyone!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Overall good value for money. Good breakfast. Very nice service at the reception.
Cons: We chose the suite apartment, however it is not worth it, as most of the space is occupied with a long corridor. There is very little space in the closet, as half of it was occupied by the kitchenette. The quality of the room in terms of curtains and sound isolation was very good, but so what if the designer chose to fill in most of the space with mirrors which maybe help pretend the room is bigger but in fact are magnets for multiple lights and LEDs from switches which are impossible to turn off. Therefore it is not possible to make the room really dark at night - can be bothersome. As they say, 'design is how it works, not how it looks' - which I guess makes the room poorly designed:)

Cons: Cleanness

6.2 Good
Pros: Location was excellent
Cons: ...but couldn't get over the floors- just slabs of cold, scratched up concrete- no carpet/rug/wood- felt like was in a hospital- but at least hospitals use linoleum. Walls were also just plain white, so felt even more stark. Staff also not super helpful, they seemed bothered by any guest asking them questions
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a lovely hotel surrounded by details directed to the life of poet Fernando Pessoa. It was my second time at the hotel. They have upgraded my room to the one with terrace and served champagne and lovely chocolate cake with a very precious note which I would never ever forget. Thank you for every kind detail, nice hospitality and delicious breakfast. It is appreciated. I would definitely come back.
Cons: Nothing at all..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Paulo’s breakfast was amazing. He is super nice and professional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lisboa Pessoa Hotel is a writers' dream hotel, celebrating the life of Fernando Pessoa with manual typewriters, books, and photos on display throughout. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a beautiful view.
Cons: This is not a complaint, but a warning: if you arrive with a car use great caution in the typically small (with very tight turns) underground parking garage. Otherwise very convenient and safe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well located in a very nice area. Amenities were perfect with access to the pool and sauna. Perfect rooftop bar/restaurant. The room was very comfortable, well designed and clean.

Pros: The location of this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were extremely quiet and clean with everything you needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the Lisboa Pessoa hotel! This was our return to Lisbon before we flew out. The hotel is new, super clean, cool, and modern. The staff is SO professional and welcoming! The communication prior to our visit was great! The breakfast, though we were in a hurry, was the best we had all over Portugal and the coew was beautiful. Also the neighborhood was super cool with a great selection of restaurants open til the later hours and it’s close proximity to Time Out Market and the main square.
Cons: Not applicable!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, very central and close to the main squares. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice and an amazing view from the terrace. Loved the swimming pool and spa area also.
Cons: It would have been nice for the spa area to be accessible after 9PM, but it closed at 9 pm sharp. By the time you are back from tours and dinner it is at least 8:30 pm so that leaves you with only 30 mins for a quick swim.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: Every one of the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. Reported this and they did respond quickly and sent someone to fix. Still too warm though and we could not leave the terrace door open for cool air due to construction next door.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. Very nice staff, also the restaurant is good !
7.5 Good
Pros: location and reception, bar staff the room also nice
Cons: the breakfast was really poor and staff not nice, also the refilling of food that was over ba, bad selection or options to offer. Unfortunate that a Hotel like this has such a poor breakfast Also the room service poor, one day we left early morning and came late night a nd the bathroom was poorly done or cleaned, it has the same stain in the toilet that we left in the morning so obviously the bathroom was not done, unacceptable
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent and friendly staff. Nice sized indoor pool. Healthy but doable walk to scenic areas and metro.
Cons: Has the "modern" room set up with a glass door bathroom, so the other person is disturbed by the light shining through. Beware that you will be charged 2.5 euros for each coffee pod beyond the two offered! Gym is small but workable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, staff friendly and very helpful. Great facilities.
Cons: Nothing not to like
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in a very good area of Lisbon. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and bottle of champagne. The location is great just 15 mins walk to city centre. Swimming pool facility was really good.
Cons: Breakfast was overly priced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful palace built by a 19th Century cocoa importer made a Count by the King. Magnificent building, professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast included, comfortable rooms and good (not great) fitness center, spa and pool.
Cons: Not as many drawers for clothes as would be ideal; no facecloths in bathroom (only towels), location is 1+ mile away from the main activities so cabs are required.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable room. Excellent restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff .
Cons: We ate in the restaurant on both nights of our stay. On the first night the service was excellent - staff were very attentive with all our needs met quickly. By comparison on the second night the service was much poorer. Staff not so attentive and food and drink service much slower.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Poor service! A five star hotel is not just a nice piece of real state on a hot location. It's about people making your experience a top one. Rude people at front desk, sloppy service....BAD!

Pros: breakfast was excellent but would prefer if it was extended to say 11 am.- location was good in relation to noise especially at night as the night life was hectic just a few short streets away
Cons: no major complaints - would have preferred a slightly larger room

Cons: None.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely nice. Welcomed us better than many hotels. The decor is beautiful. The beds are comfortable.
Cons: Small bedroom but good enough for one night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The common area was welcoming and comfy. Our hostess was friendly and helped us find our way around the neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for us. Make sure you know which room you are selecting when you book. I knew I was picking a small room for one night. If we were staying longer, we would have stayed in one of the larger rooms. I would very highly recommend staying here for location and comfort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautifully decorated in modern chick style. Breakfasts were amazing staff were great and the views unbelievable
Cons: The room was tiny but the views made up for it
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Really kept you going through the day. The roof terrace was a hit with both the kids and the grown-ups. (Wasn't the cheapest drinks in town though.) Location was good, just around he corner for the old bullfight arena. The area itself wasn't that interesting I guess, but the Metro was just 20 steps from the hotell entrance, and took you to any area in Lisbon in just a few minutes. (A day pass made the journeys very easy.)
Cons: I have no complaints. We were kept waiting for service at the roof top a couple of times, without many guests around, that was a bit annoying, but that's it really.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good Hotel, nice infinity pool, friendly staff and good location outside of the usual tourist spots in a charming residential area. The breakfast is huge. Good for families with kids too.
Cons: A bit noisy at night due to the proximity to one of the main roads. The tube is closed by but you need to change line to go to the center. There are also plenty of buses that bring you to the center. A taxi to the center is roughly 6,5 euro. You can find a supermarket just on the other side of Avenida da Republica. There are plenty of cheap and good tascas (small family restaurants) in the neighborhood.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: ajj good staff especially
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely pool area. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: 45 minute walk to main attractions. Expensive breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms with very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Very good breakfast
Cons: A bit too far away from the centre to walk, however the metro is in front of the hotel and brings in 10 minutes to the centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooftop bar and gym
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is gorgeous. The staff were lovely. The bed was huge and so comfortable. There was a rain shower in the bathroom in the room. And the rooftop pool and bar area was lovely. You could watch the planes dropping over the city.
Cons: The location was quite far outside where you wanted to be in the city, there wasn't a lot around. It wasn't a big issue as we just got Ubers everywhere for less than 5 euro but meant you had to plan where you were heading each day. The indoor pool was 12 euro each to go into per day. It is really nice and relaxing but the price is a bit steep for a swim. Breakfast was also a really expensive addition to the room so we didn't opt for it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff & breakfast very good.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good facilities, awesome poolside music in the evening and gym was suitable for a decent workout.
Cons: Expensive for food and drinks etc.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The style, cleanliness and service. The staff was very good, especially at reception and at the restaurants
Cons: No iron board in the room and lacking hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom
8.0 Excellent
Cons: location is far from main touristic attractions and not much around (walking distance)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel which exceeded our expectations. Little one loved it. Lovely breakfasts with live pianist! Good location; 5 mins walk to metro and mainline station so very easy to get around town and day trip to say Sintra. Would highly recommend.
Cons: I'm probably being veeeery picky here. I'm used to there being a kettle in the room so I can make a cuppa, however there was no kettle for tea making within the room itself. Had to call room service and they delivered our tea (with pastries, which was nice actually), but would have preferred to make it myself at my own convenience to be honest! There was a coffee machine with sachets in the room for coffee lovers! May not be an issue for most people though I suspect!

Pros: The breakfast is fabulous and the bed is very comfortable
Cons: The location isn’t close to the center of Lisbon
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It had good conference facilities.
Cons: The location is in a dull, out of the way district. The rooms are too small. The small amount of counter space was cluttered with overpriced offerings for food and drink. The check in and checkout procedures were inefficient and time consuming .
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is just excellent!
Cons: A bit noisy because of the airport proximity, a bit far from the center of Lisbon (but there is a Subway line 5 minutes away from the hotel).

Pros: Wow!Tough question especially when the product is first class and ran like a "well oiled machine".
Cons: There is nothing I can say to improve perfection
My Story Hotel Tejo - Lisbon - Building
16
9.0 Excellent (3,987 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Established in April of 2018, My Story Hotel Tejo brings 135 rooms of elegance to Lisbon. The hotel is located in a 19th-century building, bringing elegance, comfort, and modernity to a traditional site. The delightful design of the building spans over six floors of the charm and history that's inherent to this location near Praça da Figueira, which is one of the most famous and historic squares of Lisbon in Downtown Lisbon or “Baixa." The hotel is also near the typical neighborhoods of Mouraria, Alfama and Bairro Alto. This hotel is close to every attraction in Lisbon that should be visited: The Castelo de São Jorge, Terreiro do Paço, Rua Augusta, and Chiado - a favorite place of famed poet Fernando Pessoa, where guests must try a "bica" (an espresso) on the terrace of A Brasileira, where the legendary writer is immortalized by a statue. The streets near this hotel are also filled with plenty of other exciting shops and venues. From Rua do Carmo to Praça Camões, the area is filled with bookstores, cafes, restaurants, museums, theatres, boutiques, and even more. Guests will find it difficult not to enjoy a day on the town before returning to the comforts of their elegant hotel. Speaking of comfort, each room in the hotel offers modern, updated amenities like air conditioning, private bathroom, LED TV, free wireless internet access, a minibar, and a safe deposit box to protect valuables.

Pros: Huge modern apartment, very helpful staff and easy walk into town
Cons: Balcony was too small for three bedroom apartment, few more sun loungers would be good

Pros: Location, cleanliness, good sized bathroom and comfortable bed!
Cons: Room itself was not very spacious. Only had the bed to sit and relax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff could not have been nicer, very professional considering, especially considering their current lack of a working front desk. Breakfast was available at a great little restaurant only a few doors down from the hotel staircase. Great hot and cold variety of buffet items for any taste. New rooms are pretty great and very quiet. Convenient location to central tourist sights. Hotel is located in a flat part of Lisbon which is helpful at the end of fabulous day touring, eating, and drinking.
Cons: While I had been warned of the renovation in progress, I had not been prepared for the extent of the renovation. This was my second stay at Hotel Lisboa Tejo. I really enjoyed the old style hotel for its large, open rooms with hardwood floors and big windows. The newly designed rooms are sleek and comfortable but could be in any hotel in the world. As of July 2017, there is no public space - no lobby, registration desk, restaurant, bar, or breakfast area. Guests access the tiny temporary registration desk, which is also the landing for the elevator to above floors, by climbing a steep marble staircase. Anyone with accessibility issues will not be happy here until the renovation allows better hotel access.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice design, Ritual bath products. Great location
Cons: The room was way smaller than in the description of what we booked and completely different than on the pictures. It was like a shoebox where you could barely even turn. I’m so glad we left our suitcase at the airport there is no way that would have fit in the room, not even closed. The room was also very dark, you could never quite tell what time of the day it is. I wouldn’t have stayed here for more than 1 night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: everything was perfect. Staff happy to assist. rooms really great and comfortable. Stayed in both the smaller and the larger rooms and both were awesome. can't go wrong walking distance to everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy room and placed well in the center
Cons: Breakfast was always same options, hoped there will be different option of eggs even

Pros: Modern, stylish and comfortable hotel in the heart of Alfama. The famous 28 team stops virtually outside the front door, making it incredibly easy to get to the rest of central Lisbon as well. The staff are friendly and very happy to help you plan your exploration of the area. Great base for a holiday in Lisbon!
Cons: The pool in the main area is more like a paddling pool, only a few inches deep. Good for dipping your feet in while enjoying a drink from the bar, but don't bother bringing a swimming costume!

Pros: Great location, excellent indoor and outdoor lounge, great interior design, friendly and helpful staff.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were ever so friendly & inviting, very accommodating, they were happy to assist with any tourist information and somebody was available 24hrs/day and all spoke english very well. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel in the heart of Alfama down a quiet side street. A little oasis of calm away from the hussle and bustle of the city. Beautifully presented. Very clean. #28 tram stops right along the street. Lovely little bar (Alfama Gourmet) across the road for a pre dinner drink. Similarly, the Hotel courtyard is a wonderful place to sit at the end of the day with a beer. Breakfast also taken in the pretty courtyard. Staff were exceptional and could not have been more informative and helpful. Check-in was wonderful, explaining everything in great detail in word perfect English. A particular mention to Carolina who was absolutely amazing with her local knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience of Lisbon. A truly wonderful trip and would highly recommend. We hope to return !
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The size of the room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Right beside Escolas Gerada and the Porto del Sol. I felt part of the neighbourhood. Once the taxi has the full address they can drop you and pick you up at the door. Very important in Alfama if you don't want to drag luggage along steep cobbled streets and stairwells.
Cons: The single room was a bit small but spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed

Pros: The breakfast and the dinner room

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cool hotel in a nice area. The breakfast was good and the bed confortable.
Cons: The gym was really bad and the equipment in bad condition.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location, area has many great restaurants and bars and a grocery store. Room itself is big compared to others in the same price range. There is a nespresso machine in the room with capsules, free of charge. Besides the good location, i do not recommend, the room quality is not a 4 star quality in our opinion. Will not return here.
Cons: This is a 4 star hotel with bad room amenities. The shower and bed are bad quality and not comfortable. Lighting in the toilet is very dark and make you feel you are using a toi toi. We stayed at the upper floor, which had a constant bad smell. We voiced it at the reception, then they fixed it for the first night, but the smell remained for the rest of our stay. The reception area nice and fancy, but the floors and rooms did not get the same attention when the hotel was created. Room and bathroom floor is like a dorm room floor, grey and rigid.

Pros: Amazing hotel, friendly knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service. We felt like royalty

Pros: The food at the restaurant is really tasty. You have access to the fitness centre across the street which includes gym, pool, sauna. Very close to the business park. Friendly staff
Cons: The pillows weren't really comfortable

Pros: Lagoas Park Hotel never disappoints me. Excellent breakfast with quantity and variety, helpful staff and everything super clean. It is a great place for 1 night business stays.
Cons: This time one of the waiters was too eager to have everything clean and took my things too soon (plate, yogurt, ...)! That was not pleasant but forgivable...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Professional. Very well kept.
Cons: All good. Except they couldnt provide me with a usb adaptor to charge my phone. That felt odd in a business hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods. Free garage parking. Very close to the highway.
Cons: Nothing in particular...if anything, the windows could use a cleaning. The view was not spectacular from the room, which makes it easy to overlook the issue.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room are pretty spacious which is definitely a plus. Breakfast is good (both in variety and quantities) and all amenities are what they should be for a 4 stars. Staff is courteous and efficient. Nice place definitely if you are on a business trip
Cons: Located in the middle of a business park... that means not much in terms of restaurants or other entertainment possibilities. In the evenings when business shut down you either have transportation or you’re pretty much stuck with hotel restaurant. If you’re working you probably do not care (I did not in fact) and the food at the hotel restaurant is pretty good and reasonably priced.

Pros: The staff at this hotel are just amazing...! From the welcome they provide to the ease with which they processed requests. The restaurant is also excellent. We had 2 dinners that were great. Would love to visit again and highly recommend.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Huge Tv! Good Wifi.
Cons: Weird placement for hair dryer. Installed inside closet. I had to call reception to find out if they had hair dryers in the rooms. Didn’t care for the pillows. Although they are big and soft to lean back to watch TV, they are too big to sleep. Instead of just placing my head down on the pillow, I ended up with head and shoulders over the pillow. They were too soft for my liking.
7.5 Good
Cons: Breakfast should be way better
