The location is silent but a bit off hand if you want to visit the Lake Garda parks, Verona... a car is a must. It has parking spaces in front of the hotel and an underground garage so parking was not a problem but we were there in mid September. Although the room looks luxurious on the Internet, there is no desk in the room, no place to put your luggage on (there is a wardrobe), the bathroom is big enough but everything is too big in there so you need to fully open the door to get to the toilet. There was no soap for hand washing. I expected more.
It's a well designed hotel, clean and friendly surrounding, close to the beach, some restaurants near by. The rooms and the floor under the roof need little windows in the roof at the highest point, in order to have fresh air circulation.
Apartment was very spacious and clean with efficient air conditioning. The location was good and the pool area was well maintained. The staff were friendly ane very helpful. Due to the pizzeria and ice cream parlour/bar which is under the apartments there was noise until midnight most nights. The kitchen area was not particularly well equipped. No microwave, kettle toaster or oven.
The hotel has a very nice location, view on the lake from the rooms balcony. Extremely comfortable and fancy rooms. The breakfast buffet is big.
The young lady at the front desk was the greatest
It was a very nico hotel, staff were very friendly, nothing was too much to ask, erverything was done immediately. Breakfast was very good, everything there anyone would want. Rooms were very clean, fantastic view, we had an apartment on the top floor. Parking under the hotel, free of charge.
quiete setting would not except any credit cards, asked for cash only
We have a very confortable and large apartment with wonderful lake view. The pool was also ok: clean and big enough. The breakfast was every morning the same: prosciutto, ham and gouda. An other thing not ok was the pillows very unconfortable.
An ideal spot for enjoying the lake
- great location with views over the lake, - friendly and helpful staff, - good pool - breakfast could have been better, little fresh fruit and fruit juices a bit like squash
Relaxed atmosphere, welcoming but also efficient. Good garaging for car at no extra cost. Our view was limited because of trees but great view from roof terrace. Nice large balcony with shade from sun until evening. Lovely pool area with plenty loungers and cushions. No hairdryer in room but not essential. road in front quite busy during the day and dusty due to access to two caravan parks. breakfast choice limited, but ham cheese bread and rolls were plentiful and delicious. Would recommend having a car to stay here.
I particularly liked the attention we were given by one particular member of staff who spoke english and helped us when we went for our meals. The food was ok but could only be described as basic and ordinary.
Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel offers great privacy and calm amidst the busy Garda-lake tourism, while still within acceptable distance from beaches. Swimming pool is not too big but nice for small children. Private parking is also a plus. Breakfast buffet a bit poor, not so much choice.
The service at the hotel was very kind, and we felt very welcomed at all the time. Our apartments (three) were beautiful and clean and air condition worked well all the time. I'd stay at Miralago Manerba again any time!
Excellent quality structure, location very suggestive and relaxing. Awesome staff both friendly and kindly. One of the best restaurant I've ever eat, with top tier italian dishes and very competent waiters and Chefs. Not too expansive for "what it "brings to the table" in every sense :)
The staff were very helpful and the facilities were great. A lovely hotel.
a very nice hotel . staff attitude was very cooperative .very recommended
On arrival Stefano and Alessandra made us feel welcome and relax. They explained to us where all the facilities in the hotel were. We enjoyed using the sauna & spa & most of all waking up to fresh breakfast in the morning which i miss. The hotel was always clean throughout and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing and helpful, the stay was amazing.
Nice pool, close to good friendly restaurant (good prices), very close to the lake and beach. Friendly staff. Room would have benefited from having air conditioning
A good stay, friendly staff, a little overpriced, a good location. no ATM for 3/4km
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very clean hotel finished to high standard. Well located. Uncomfortable bunk beds if used by adults.
We would highly recommend this great value accomodation, and will definately stay here again, should we visit Lake Garda again. Ideal base for touring Lake Garda, only an hour from Bergamo airport. A car is essential. The view from the huge balcony over Lake Garda surpassed any view that we have had in a 5 star hotel. Excellent value for half board, and good prices for wine served with dinner. Also a nice bar on site, open to outsiders, which had a good atmosphere, and nice swimming pool, that was never overcrowded, due to most guests touring the lake at some stage. As stated the hotel was excellent value, so the following should be taken as constructive ctiticism only, to improve on the good service being offered. By making a small investment in new bedding, this would give the apartmetns a whole new lease of life. The half board option is only offered for a minimum of 5 nights, I would have prefered it if there was no minimun requirement, as the choice offered, and quality was good, but did not change during our 8 night duration, so became a little repetitive.
The hotel staff were brilliant, Nick was very helpful. The views were unbelievable. If we return to lake garda in the future this is where we will stop.
Our family of four stayed at Hotel Bellavista in July 09. We can only describe our experience as excellent. The best feature of our stay was the wonderful hospitality shown by hotel staff, in particular, Micki, the owner/manager.Other great features included the pool and and the view. The hotel is located beside an excellent bus service which serves all local train services, so one can stay at the hotel and visit all the best attractions of Lake Garda, without having to rent a car. We will definitely return! The part our family did not like about Hotel Bellavista was having to leave it!
Hotel staff was very helpfull. The view was brilliant. Absolutely worth to go again!
The fact that we had the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The view of the lake was spectacular and the staff were very friendly. Very clean apartments.
Spacious apartment with kitchen, big balcony (room 3) with wonderful view. The rooms on the back have the best view and biggest balconies Note there is some noise from the pool bar downstairs in the evening, but after 11 or 12 it will be quiet. It was no problem for us.
just to say....perfect
The pool is great. the apartment has a lot of space and are very convenient. the location of the hotel is also vry good. the reception is open only 4 hours a day with a person that speaks English. the rest of the stuff doesn't speak English so it was hard to communicate with them.
Quiet and charming village location, rooms clean, spacious and tidy with fantastic view over the lake.
The views were stunning. The apartment was spacious enough for a family with 2 teenage children. Well situated for local shops and market. Atmosphere very laid back and relaxed. Staff had good local information at reception and were willing to help look up information for us on computer. Felt that change of towels and bedding should have come free with booking price when staying for 2 weeks. A more acurate description of closeness to lake would have been appreciated.
