The first Canadian hotel to be affiliated to the innovative Design Hotels label, the St-Paul offers chic yet comfortable accommodations to the discriminating urban traveler. Combining Beaux-Arts architecture with a modern interior inspired by the Canadian elements (ice and earth), the St-Paul is a boutique hotel offering to its guests the recent and trendy Hambar restaurant (opening April 2012), 4 meeting / banquet rooms, business centre and a 24 hour exercise room. This historic building houses 119 elegant rooms including 23 suites, all showcasing large windows, comfy beds, along with a convenient workspace equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. Located in fashionable Old Montréal, hotel guests are treated to the charms of the old city while having easy access to major highways and Montreal’s public transportation.
We valet parked our rental car and it was returned with a flat tire. The staff refused to help us in any way and would not even comp the relatively small service charge by our rental car company. Hardly 'boutique' service! I would never return to this hotel.
Very helpful staff, very kind and welcoming!
Nothing at all!
Location was great
Staff at front desk was extremely helpful with directions to restaurants and highway connections.
Air conditioning was very noisy.
I liked the friendly staff, convenient location, attractive minimalist style, and large comfortable room. The giant soaking tub was a highlight.
There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.
location, staff very nice and helpful , food excellent
the bed was hard, most beds in the U.S. have soft fluffy mattresses.Unfortunately the parking attendent smashed my car into another car....so I am currently dealing with my insurance company and repair car shop in the U.S to get my car body damage fixed. I hope that this is a smooth transaction, your hotel manager was very nice about your accident. I will see. thanks
Wonderful staff - very helpful and pleasant
Room was a bit small and not much space to sit or to work.
Location was good, room was nice
