There was hassle-free parking, the room was really nice for the price I paid, and the neighborhood looked peaceful. Only stayed one night, so can't say much.
The upgraded look It's like staying in an aluminum box, every noise is magnified by ten including the drunm couple havimv sex. Woke up the second floor and I was stuck sharing a wall
For the price and it being Pittsburgh, I was expect to pull up and go into a worn down motel. The room to be old and outdated. But instead I walked into a beautiful front desk! And the room was even better! So many new updates. Clean. Quiet. Private. I loved it! Definitely know where I'll be staying whenever I need to go to the Pittsburgh area again! And a restaurant called Armstrong's close by has AMAZING food
clean sheets, pillow cases, towels, bathroom . close to airport with free shuttle lots of places in room that were dusty, hit with chemical smell as soon as entered room, general feeling of less than full effort in keeping the whole place clean
The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean. The heat had been on full blast when we got there. The room was at least 80-90 degrees. But at least we knew the heat worked!
It was reasonably clean. Parking was free. We changed our stay from two nights to one and they gave us a refund for the second night. A very loud train whistle woke us up several times during the night, so getting a good night's sleep was difficult. The curtains did not block the outdoor light at night. Getting a wifi signal was difficult & when we finally did it was quite slow.
I was a little bit nervous about staying in a cheap motel but for the price it was great!
Loved the hot tub, and I loved how clean it was! Wish there were travel sized mouth wash and tooth paste.
The bed, super soft and comfy and definitely a wake up call that my own bed is horrible. Well, not so much what I didn't like as to things of concern, one the tv in the room had two pretty big black holes in the bottom left corner of the picture which I discovered were dead pixel areas in the leds of the screen, second, the creepy sex shack looking shed in the back corner of the back parking lot. Third, the other what I'm hoping were travelers but it was the amount of kinda shady looking individuals just hanging around the lot and in the stairwell, kinda unsettling but not too big of a deal. Lastly, there needs to be more parking areas because I'm not sure if all the spots taken up were by actual visitors to the inn.
I loved that the bed was very large and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We checked in late in the evening. The hotel was further away from the airport than expected. The map showed that it was practically next to the airport. The hotel was on the far side of the airport.
From desk staff atentive and polite I waited 1:30 hrs for a shuttle, it never arrived, had to pay 17$ for a cab ride at 1 am. Person who handled the issue over the phone was rude and challenging. Electric key of the room did not work, switched me around to 3 different rooms at 2 am
Very clean. The bed was uncomfortable.
I liked the Price and the fact it was off on its own. The driveway has a huge pothole, they have free internet due to them stealing from neighboring hotel, no poke stops, no elevator, and only one way to top floor.
Staff was accommodating and pleasant rooms were fair. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about limited area could use more pillows better description of location it's not on Golden Mile Hyw
