...between the dog barking and the adult activities taking place in the room adjacent to ours, it became a little awkward for me and my teenage son to have to listen to. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was a real disappointment as well. Between the hair and chewed gum on the floor? No thanks.

Staff friendly, breakfast very good, very clean, location excellent. Bed was much too firm. Both of us woke up with backaches. Pillows way too "full". Heads up way too high with just 1 pillow underneath. Had to sleep without them.

Nice indoor pool. Did not keep the coffee in the lobby as fresh as other competitors. Hot breakfast items were of very low quality.

Didn't honor my reservation.called me 11 pm to say could not accommodate my confirmed reservation.really distraught .chose this hotel because of its close proximity to lake Norman medical center where I flew to emergent lay to see sick relative.was really disappointed.was traveling with my 83 year old handicapped mother who was really upset that we were left in the dust ,during an already stressful time

The room was big and clean with pretty good toiletries. One of the elevators did not work well; had to replace my key card twice in one evening; hotel was under construction; depressing breakfast.
