Pros: Everything was excellent, the staff was great, very recomended, que food at the restaurant was amazing.
Pros: The staff were very attentive. It’s a very private hotel. A one off.
Cons: Not over impressed with the built in addition of en -suite. Not to our taste but was functional. An architect might like it but we didn’t.
Pros: Food was excellent and beautifully presented
Pros: Excellent position near the National Park and in easy reach of Madrid. Both the evening meal and breakfast were outstanding.
Cons: The bed was too hard for me personally but it suited my wife!
Pros: Great getaway weekend. Has a lovely spot with a nice chimney (for the winter) and a pool and great garden space for the summer. Staff makes you feel at home!

Pros: The service is gread, the hotel itself is pretty, warm in cold seasons and relaxing.
Cons: The Spa is just OK, didn't want to repeat, as a suggestion, request a room with a view, otherwise its not so special.
Pros: Everything!. Marvellous views. Staff really polite. Beds very confortable and cleaness
Pros: The views. The location. It’s fairly close to the most popular ski stations
Cons: They had two individual beds put together, instead of a long or queen size bed. It makes sleeping a little uncomfortable for a couple.
Pros: The staff, the hotel location, the hotel itself was beyond amazing I would come back here every time I can
Pros: the location was very calm and the view is great, the staff was good to us, the food was really good and affortable, the only thing was to get to the ski places you need to get a cab and it costs 20 euros each way.
Pros: The views were amazing
Cons: You don't have room service. You can't eat in the terrace of your room.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and facilities.
Cons: Bear in mind that if you do not have a car, then accessing the hotel from the pueblo of Navacerrada involves going up a steep hill for approx. 10 mins and then navigating a couple somewhat hard to navigate dirt tracks. Doing so with luggage is not super easy. Other than that a great hotel.
Pros: Location was fantastic, great views to the Navacerrada dam, comfortable room, short walk to town center and dam, good breakfast and dinner. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing I can think of, our experience in general was very god
Pros: Our stay was perfect from the beginning to the end. The place is marvellous, the staff very smiley and helpful and the location is a privilege!
Cons: Since we did not have a car, it was a bit difficult to get to the town centre. Taxis were never available...
Located in Moralzarzal, Hospederia La Canada is within a 15-minute drive of Monumento al Cantero and Canto del Peso. This hotel is 15.7 mi (25.2 km) from Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial and 12.8 mi (20.6 km) from Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort. Business, Other Amenities Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing to dislike it was a quick stopover.
Pros: The price was reasonable. The hotel is within walking distance from the bus station (buses to Madrid) and there’s a supermarket right next to the hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom had a lot of amenities which I didn’t expect to have, as they weren’t mentioned on the website (e.g. hairdryer, toothbrush kit, razor, etc.).
Cons: The staff didn’t speak English and some of them were annoyed that they had to talk to me, as I didn’t speak Spanish. The room smelled odd. The air conditioning didn’t work when I was out of the room which resulted in a hot and stuffy room for the night. My room was on the top floor and had a tiny window and a sloped ceiling, so not enough natural light and I also had to bent in some parts of the room. There were shampoos and shower gels only when I checked in. The following day they didn’t leave any, although I’ve used the ones from the day before. Then they got annoyed that I asked them for shower gel and gave me one which was in a sticky bottle. Initially I had to show them what I wanted because they couldn’t understand the words “shower gel”... You really need to speak Spanish to have a pleasant stay there!
Pros: A very nice room - very clean and great bathroom. The breakfast was a bit basic.
Cons: The breakfast could have been better - not a lot of fresh food.
Pros: Room and the breakfast.
Cons: Staff didn't speak English.
With a stay at Hotel Rural Spa Hacienda Los Robles in Navacerrada, you'll be in a national park, within a 10-minute drive of Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort and De Pino a Pino Navacerrada. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Welness/Spa is poorly equiped and expensive. Missing refreshments (tea), 69C sauna with allowed swimsuits as bedsheets were missing, not so warm pool with some spa functions. Dissapointment as we wanted to enjoy wellness at Madrid countryside and this hotel looked as the best one in area.
Pros: Quiet location not much noise in the hotel and the rooms were very clean.
Cons: Nothing special and we paid 170 for the room. Expensive for what it is.
Located in Alpedrete, OYO Hostal Rural El Caño is within a 15-minute drive of Monumento al Cantero and Canto del Peso. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: The hostel has got a friendly atmosphere and the host is really friendly. Also the accomodation is really central. All in all a hostel I would recommend.
Cons: WIFi connection did not work and breakfast was not included.
Pros: The location of the property was really good and easy enough to find. It's very close to the centre of a pretty and pleasant town with plenty of shops, bars and places to eat. The staff we met were really helpful and obliging and the breakfast was quite decent as well. The hostel/hotel is located directly above a bar so very handy for a drink. There is reasonably 'secure' bike parking for a few euros a very short walk down the road as well.
Cons: Just a couple of minor points to mention. 1. The property is located on a main road and unfortunately the bins (directly opposite) were emptied the morning we were there - it's worth being aware of this as it is quite noisy, additionally there was a fair amount of traffic noise on the road outside until quite late - although to be fair that is outside the control of the hotel. 2. The room itself (which was fine) was fairly noisy with noise seemingly from other guests romantic exertions and finally for the benefit of motorcyclists 3. Although there was 'secure' parking for our motorbike it wasn't the most secure, in so much as the bike remained visible from the street and could have been removed despite there being entry/exit barriers for cars - BUT it did seem a reasonable area and the car park is covered by video cameras and we had no problems at all.
Pros: Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great location and value for money.
Cons: WiFi was very weak
Pros: Clean hotel
Cons: As it is a hostal it did not offer breakfast
Cons: there was no elevator so we had to carry our suitcases but just one floor gladly
With a stay at Hotel Rural Las Postas in Navacerrada, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort and De Pino a Pino Navacerrada. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: staff very helpful and friendly
Pros: Staff is super nice and attentive
Cons: Rooms could be updated
Cons: The room was very cold.
Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff. Good restaurant. Room was comfortable and warm.Plenty of space.
Cons: We had a bit of trouble finding it, but staff were very helpful when we phoned them to say we were lost.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, quiet peaceful surroundings, a short walk (10m) to shops and restaurants. Very good value for money.
Cons: The window didn't open very far which might affect the air circulation in the room: it was a little bit hot. Then again, it was the middle of August so maybe that's a better explanation. The fans in the room work well and keep the room fresh.

Pros: Close to motorway, large room. Great breakfast
Pros: The included breakfast was excellent not only buffet but menu of bacon, eggs etc etc to order all included. Evening meal excellent too
Cons: The bed was rather firm but my preference would be memory foam
Cons: Dank, dark, dirty, over priced hotel Old nasty bead spreads and furniture
Pros: The room was a good size and comfortable Gardens were good And the parking exerlent
Cons: Spotlessly clean
Pros: Good location just off motorway and near petrol station. Good parking too
Cons: The main restaurant was closed but the alternative cafe was excellent
Pros: Nice and spacious rooms, free parking on the spot, kind and professional staff. Nice view over the mountains and village, if you are given a room on the backside.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated, they would need a refurbish. Absence of complimentary tea, coffee and water, something a 4 star hotel should offer. Location is practical if you have a car, otherwise the hotel is quite far from town.
Pros: Nice view Courteous staff
Cons: Twin beds No books or games available in the lounge... Location
Pros: Welcoming, nice staff
Pros: receptionists were very polite
Cons: it was very dirty dust everywhere all on the corners and they had cigarettes marks on the blanket. shelter quality but hotel money.. i paid €79 for a night on the weekend and i think it was to much for that place
Pros: Nice clean hotel. Secure parking for motorcycles
Cons: Air con didn't work well, restaurant seemed closed, or at least not active at all.
With a stay at Rural Hotel Las Gacelas in Becerril de la Sierra, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort and Monumento al Cantero. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Situated in a small town on our way to Madrid. We had breakfast and dinner there and the food was of good quality served by staff who were as helpful as they could be as we spoke no Spanish though on the reception they did speak English. There was a good sized pool which seemed to quite busy and free parking which was a bonus.
Cons: The bathroom was very dated and the shower was extremely awkward to get into and possibly dangerous. there was a notice warning customers of the danger of slipping in the bath/ shower but no safety mat was provided.
Pros: I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!
Pros: Extremaly clean. We traveled with 2 kids and got one baby cot and one extra bed for free. Spacious parking.
Pros: Location, view, food. Very friendly staff who speak several languages.
Cons: The location was nice and the restaurant was fantastic. Good food and huge portions. The place is a little run down. The main problem was the children's soccer team and their parents. The noise level was unbelievable. The staff did ask them many times to quiet their kids and stop them using the hotel as a playground, but it did not help. Also, music from the salon came up loudly through the staircase until midnight.
Pros: We stayed here for 3 night at the end of June and had a wonderful stay. The staff is really very helpful and pretty relaxed which I really loved. The location really worked for us as we have family locally. The swimming pool is really lovely, super clean and with gorgeous views of the mountains. The rooms are adequate, clean and comfortable. We had a little balcony with lovely views of the mountains and air conditioning which was great. The breakfast is basic but perfectly fine, the room where they serve it has amazing views so that and coffee was enough to keep me happy. Also, we spend some time in the outside bar on the front of the building, it was a really great place to have a drink at the end of the day and enjoy the fresh air from the mountains. The hotel is a little dated but the building, pool and outside bar are really great. The price is so so competitive I would recommend it to anyone who feels like having a few days of quiet. I am definitely going back!
Pros: Pool lovely.
Cons: No air con. Not a problem normally. But was stuck in a heatwave at the time.
Pros: Personnel very nice, open for requests (info on the area, musli for children for dinner although not in menu, antibiotics taken with no problem to the fridge). Great view, especially from the restaurant. Children do not pay if they do not need extra bus so the price / quality ratio was perfect.
Cons: not perfectly clean, especially the bath. Room relatively small. We sent a message through booking to the hotel and it was not answered. To the interesting hiking paths you rather need to go by car several minutes.
Pros: the location and the kindness of the receptionist that let me swap the room. so i wouldn't be facing the road.
Cons: the matress of the first room had no firmness whatsoever. the breakfast was bad, the coffee was water. the bread available wasn't completely defrosted. the cheese available was dry and had a bad flavour. it was so bad that i had it once. the food of the dinner on the first night was horrible. what they considered tomatoe was a green and unflavoured type. i had dinner included but the menu they were offering was limited and simply bad.

This hotel has facilities measuring 3229 square feet (300 square meters), including a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: No aircon even though website says there was. Extremely noisy at night as there were schoolchildren staying on every floor. They were running up and down the halls shouting and banging doors until after midnight even after reporting to reception several times. Woke our 2 year old a number of times. Staff didn't speak English very well.
Pros: convenient location. Staff
Cons: the bed was way too old
Pros: Placed in a double which linked via internal door to anotroom and was woken at 12.15 by two lively Irish lads coming back from a night out. Not their fault totally hotels. They moved next night to an inferior room than what we paid for but by then had lost the will. Note no tea or coffees making facilities in the rooms. Buffett breakfast awful. Give it a miss.
Cons: See above.
Pros: Good coffee, plenty of food options walking around, nice location.
Pros: Nice location and the breakfast was fine. The room was clean.
Cons: The furniture is old, although comfortable.
Cons: No refrigerater
Pros: everything ok
Pros: The room and bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a good location from the town and only 15min walk to the train station.
Cons: Very noisy overnight with children shouting, talking and running up and down the corridors until about 1am. It would be better if other guests were placed away from school groups as my friends at the other side of the hotel did not have the noise. Plenty of breakfast but the coffee unfortunately tasted like instant coffee.

Cons: The quality of the room was not good for the prize you pay
Pros: The front booking was good
Cons: There wasn't any air con. We were given 1 fan but this didn't help, needed 2 fans really
