Pros: My girlfriend and I are traveling through Portugal and Spain and the Vincci Porto hotel has by far been the best. The location is a good walking distance from the city, however it is doable and the tram stops right outside of the hotel. The staff is friendly and the facility is amazing. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Porto
Cons: WiFi connection wasn't that great
Pros: Great for travelers wanting to go back in the historic past of Europe.

All rooms have Wi-Fi and some feature views of the Douro River, the Wine Cellars of Gaia and the D. Luís Bridge.
Pros: Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The location is not a problem, we took Uber and it cost 7 euro to get to the bridge.
Cons: Well if I must find something I didn't like, I'd say the view from our room was nothing much, but then we were out most of the day, and the Club Room view was very nice, it had a balcony.

Pros: The historic atmosphere, the breakfast and location
Cons: Too dark..ALL WINDOWS WERE COVERED
Pros: Breakfast is great
Cons: The bedroom is too small
Pros: Central location
Cons: Hotel is very difficult to find - I drove past it twice as the sign out front is tiny. Staff was brusque and disinterested. Breakfast was mediocre food with limited options, although the dining room is quite beautiful. Air conditioner in room was ineffective - had it on max all night but room temperature only dropped 2 degrees. Wifi was very slow, when it worked. Parking was inefficient - took about 20 minutes to retrieve my car. Bathroom layout is dangerous - both my friend and I fell when trying to step out of the shower.
In summary, I could have paid half this price to stay at a business 4* in the same neighborhood, but I paid more to stay here because I wanted the historic, 'grand' experience. When I showed up, none of that was here- instead it felt like a bad hostel.
Pros: Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior design in the public areas in the ground floor has character.
Cons: My room even thou was clean and neat, it smelled like humid. I think the room could have better ventilation.
