10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the stay at Marie's place a lot. Marie and her sister in law, Annie, are very welcoming. Once we arrived, Marie greeted us with orange juice and showed us around. Her house has a nice front yard with reasonable parking space. And a backyard with a lovely swimming pool. The house is in gated area and Marie provided us with a remote control. We feel safe parking and sleeping inside and convenient to go in and out without having to bother her. The room itself is way beyond my expectations. I booked a deluxe double room and I ended up getting a well decorated suite with living room, bedroom, vanity room, bathroom. Breakfast was just amazing!
Cons: There were some flies in the front yard. Might be because it's summer time and the neighbor has a horse so we could understand.

Pros: Extremely charming and cozy property, easy to fall in love with. The owners are the most attentive and nicest people. Cons: Not a single thing. I absolutely loved every single aspect of my stay.

Pros: La Banasterie is a delightful Bed & Breakfast. Our hosts Véronique & Fabrice were charming and helpful. They organised a taxi for us at each end of our stay, which was very much appreciated and they went beyond what was expected in so many ways. They are a couple who seem to genuinely enjoy welcoming visitors into their home. La Banasterie is in a great location, only minutes from the Palais des Papes and within easy walking distance of a number of squares, cafes & restaurants. We really enjoyed use of the terrace beside our room. There were a number of other shared spaces for relaxing in that were scattered throughout the home, each comfortably & attractively decorated. The breakfasts were delicious and presented with panache. I would highly recommend La Banasterie as a welcoming and restful base from which to enjoy Avignon.

Pros: Beautiful property with a pool and large dining table outside; the room was tastefully furnished with good design and excellent materials; we had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s sleep, plenty of wardrobe space and drawers for our clothing, good WiFi; the hostess put a very nice breakfast out for us and gave us an excellent restaurant close by for dinner
Cons: The property shares the same address as several others; better instructions would have helped us in locating the property; as it was, we ended up driving into the two properties with the same address and were directed down the lane. Once at the property, we needed a code to open the gate; I had to search through my emails to find the code. Coming back to the property after dinner in town was challenging on dark roads with no street lights.

Staying at La Mirande is a journey back through centuries of exquisite French decorative art. Carefully restored to their original splendor all guestrooms have authentic period interiors with boiserie and chintz wall coverings and invisible state of the art technology. Downstairs is the authentic 19th century kitchen, which offers table dhte dining and is also the venue for popular year long cooking classes.

Pros: nice location, helpfull owner.
Cons: the bed was not stable, no dark curtain for the early light.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly family run establishment, with suggestions of places to visit. Very accommodating when we needed breakfast earlier than normal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and local restaurants and bars. Very easy access to L'Isle sur la Sorgue.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything inside and out was extremely clean and well-kept. There were lovely trees in the courtyard for shade - breakfast was served under them. Breakfasts were delicious - lots of home-made pastries and goodies, fresh fruit and eggs cooked perfectly to order. Excellent coffee. The pool was very clean and comfortably cool and the bar fridge stocked with refreshing drinks (at vey reasonable prices) were a real bonus. The sheets were good heavy cotton and well-laundered. Towels clean and soft. Very good restaurant just around the corner. Our balcony fridge and the aircon were very welcome.
Cons: Through no fault of our own (Eurotunnel delays) we were held up for three hours on our journey down, which we communicated to the owners in the morning. This meant that we would be arriving at 10pm instead of 7pm. We were told in no uncertain terms that check-in at this hour would be impossible and that we should stay overnight somewhere else en route (and then criticised for trying to do the journey in one hit!). After several more phone calls (a relative who lives locally suggested coming to squat in the room until we arrived!) the owners finally agreed to leave the room keys in the door. Had we been arriving after midnight and had the b&b been in the middle of an unsafe neighbourhood this attitude might have been understandable but it was very unwelcoming from people supposedly in the service industry. No apology was ever made although other than this the owners were friendly.

7.1 Good
Pros: We were there for the Avignon festival so everything was more expensive, but I found the price of the hotel a bit too much in comparison with the quality! The hotel is located near a big street, kinda motorway, in an industrial area! Not super nice! Once we were inside it was more cost luckily, but it looks a bit like an American motel from the movie! The room was clean, but tiny! breakfast was excluded and if you want jut a coffee you need to wait until the breakfast time is finished! The wellness centre is nice, but for summer time you don’t really wanna spend time inside and the swimming pool is covered! Might be nice in winter!
Cons: The free private parking! The shower! The big TV!

6.7 Good
Pros: The location is perfect, right in the historic center. The staff was nice.
Cons: Everything was small in the hotel: the elevator, the corridors, the meal room, the bed. The breakfast was not very diverse.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed our stay wished we had been able to stay longer than one night. Very well located, comfortable beds and friendly, professional staff.
Cons: Nothing to say.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I really like the friendly check in and out, at the reception there are always young and smiling people; they are very kind and find quickly response/solutions. I like to find free water in the room and also the possibility to buy 50cl water bottle to go at the reception. The position is very closer to the main attraction (Palais du papes) and it overlooks in a great square, where you could find a lot of restaurants and bars.
Cons: Few things I found that I don't like, and to be honest, related to the price, I liked everything. So If I had to say something about "bad feeling" - probably it's just for the room dimension, which is really little and there is few spaces to arrange things. However this is the overall situation in most of the hotel in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location cannot be beat. The main reason to visit Avignon is to be in the old town and this is in the center of everything. The room was clean with it's own bathroom.
Cons: Since the hotel is in the old town, parking was confusing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location location location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Sound proof windows Clean room, nicely furnished Excellent position just in front of the main square
Cons: You can’t reach it by car No window nor fan in the bathroom
7.9 Good
Pros: We liked the location of the hotel and the staff were very friendly. We were happy to find a hotel that could accommodate all four of us in one room.
Cons: The rooms were okay. There was a slight odor in the room that was unpleasant, perhaps from humidity in the carpet. It was very noticeable when we walked in.
7.1 Good
Pros: Maria very friendly and helpful
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cozy hotel right in the center of the city and next to Palais des Papes, very convenient for a short staying to visit the historical center. Room was small, but well equipped and with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Kettle and tea bags in the room. Staff was kind and helpful, but not particularly welcoming.
Cons: The mini-fridge in the room was not cooling enough (or not at all...). Bed was narrow (140cm) and access on one side quite difficult. Soundproofing from outside was good, but not so good from the aisle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good place in there, high CP! push it!

7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is about 5 kilometers outside Avignon, it has a good secure car park and a really good restaurant.

7.5 Good
Pros: The proprietors for this B&B were warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and I particularly liked the choice of home-made jams and fresh fruit provided. The pool was nice for cooling off in but not big enough for serious swimming. There is plenty of outdoor seating and tables on the patios and sun loungers around the pool.
Cons: The bedroom was nice but the decor could have been a little less gender specific; i.e. it would very much appeal to the female species. The bathroom/shower-room could do with an uplift. The provision of a soap holder in the shower-room would be nice. Lights either side of the sink mirror (instead of the up-lighter above the mirror, which was useless) would be nice plus the addition of a magnifying mirror affixed to the wall near the sink. I'm not sure why the toilet is mounted on a plinth as it very uncomfortable not being able to place both feet firmly on the ground, whilst contemplating the world (OK, so I might have short legs!). For the price, or maybe just a fraction more, a half-board that included an evening meal would have been very welcome since the nearest town of Le Thor (approx 1km) has no restaurants open, except pizza parlours, past the hour of 5pm. A car or some means of transport is almost essential to access this very charming converted farmhouse.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming hosts. Personal space. Good facilities.
Cons: Room slightly in need of a refresh. Not much choice of restaurants in the immediate area.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Quaint farmhouse location. Pleasant host. Standard breakfast. Room size good.
Cons: Very hot in rooms as July and no aircon and a basic fan. Pool not very clean. I think the photos make it look more fancy than it really is.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Great location, near many great towns in the Luberon. A restful place to come home to after a day of touring. I took a nice bath in their deep bathtub. Nice continental breakfast to start your day.
Cons: No complaints,everything was great!!!

Pros: The staff is truly outstanding and very friendly. The Manor is a beautiful old building with very comfortable rooms. The pool was wonderful as well. Furthermore, there are numerous places to sit and relax. The food is excellent and so is the wine list. We loved our time there and I would definitely come back here. It is also close to many sites such as Baux de Provence and Les Carrieres de Lumieres.
Cons: Perhaps a few more cushions for the outdoor seating.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and stunning room
Cons: Communication with the staff was hard and nothing was explained. They seemed nice but shy. Unfortunately I didn’t speak French, so I’m sure it is another experience when one does .
