i was going to Nascar race and they even gave out complimentary bags with sunscreen, chapstick, earplugs and rain poncho. That was nice added gift.
very Clean, comfortable and upscale. The King bed was to die for. breakfast was great even the lime and lemon water with cookie or fruit were refreshing. More like a 4/5 star instead of 3. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was great too.
It was worth the price but cheaper or discount would of been even better. Paid XXX. for 2 nights.
decent place, but way overpriced
elevator was broken. our room didn't get serviced.
Don't get me wrong, the room was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really nice. Way more than you normally get. The staff was super polite. Just based on the area, the price was a little high.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while renovations were underway. The first night we were on a floor with no construction. However, the water stopped working for an hour and we did not receive any notice. We were then informed we would have to move to a floor that was actively having work performed. Consequently, we were awakened in the early morning hours by hammering in the room next to us. Additionally, the internet hardly ever worked. I spent valuable vacation time attempting to talk to some outside internet customer service. When attempting to talk to someone at the front desk about these issues, they showed no remorse, provided no apologies, were defensive and offered NO concessions or discounts. Additionally, Holiday Inn Priority Club will not recognize the stay if the per night rate is 30% less than the STANDARD RATE ! This all amounts to misleading advertising and substandard service. I would be wary of participating in any Holiday Inn program and would strongly recommend against any stay at this particular facility until there is a management change.
When we arrived the power was off due to a summer storm, the staff was able to quickly help us even under such conditions. We were visting to drop our son off at Carson Newman college for his senior year. Our usual hotel was full and we decided to try this property, we will be BACK ! ! ! !
This was a great hotel... Felt like we were in a 5 start hotel w/ the comfy beds/bedspreads, etc. We will stay again.
