Pros: The location of the property was very pretty but you had to drive to find places to eat. The room was very clean and spacious. The indoor pool looked good but we did not try it. Good location for driving to Bayeux and the D Day beaches. The bread and pastries for breakfast were very nice.
Cons: There was a strong unpleasant smell in the toilet all the time even though it was very clean. The breakfast was served at 8.30 each morning which was a little late as we wanted to get off sightseeing. On request, breakfast was served at 8 am on our last day. We would have liked to borrow an iron / ironing board but was told that it was not possible.
Pros: The breakfast was just perfect. A lovely selection of food to choose from and a little local treat to taste. Our room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The children had a lovely time in the pool and on the go-karts. Our host was most kind and helped us out when we needed it. Thank you.
Pros: The property is beautiful and even has two black sheep! Sofie and Oliver made us feel so welcome in this beautiful home. After a hard day walking the bathtub is a welcome respite. Our two rooms were perfect for a family, we even had a little living room.
Pros: A short drive in the countryside just outside Bayeux, A great location for visiting the town, the Tapestry museum (or the WW2 Normandy sites if you're into those) and the whole region. The accommodation is in brilliantly converted farm buildings, modern and comfortable. We stayed as three friends over two rooms, each room with own bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, The swimmer among us enjoyed the heated pool, and we all enjoyed the wifi. Catherine is a generous and friendly host who has all the info about the region.
Cons: Nothing at all to dislike - absolutely lovely.
Pros: Beautiful working farm. One of the barns has been converted into a charming Chambres d’ote with wonderful guest rooms. Charming hostess who made us feel like family.
Pros: This is what we envisioned when looking for a B&B. Helpful owners, wonderful room, convenient location, good breakfast and beautiful property with easy parking. It was our favorite location in France.
Cons: It was a little too chilly to use the pool. Next time we’ll come in season.
Pros: Lovely countryside house. Perfect Normandy feeling. Very polite and friendly owner. Highly recommend!
Pros: Location, lovely host, breakfast, clean room, indoor pool....Everything.
Pros: Buitiful location excellent rooms warm welcome delicious breakfast. Parfait.
Pros: Lovely and quaint B&B located in the countryside. Our hostess was friendly and showed us around this great property. The room was big and clean with a large bathroom and comfy beds. A perfect size for a family of four. There were nice places to relax outside in the garden and even a pool to cool off at the end of the day. The breakfast was fresh and we had a great opportunity to meet our fellow guests.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
