The place is beautiful and I can say that the breakfast view is “breath taking”! Mari Louse, the person charge, was super kind and helpful with us all the time we were there, she mades the difference in our experience there! The room was very nice and clean with a big bathroom! From the hotel to Santos Beach is around 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car. It’s easy to find a place to park a car in the city, so I think it’s better go by car! We had a great experience there and, for sure, we would like to go come back soon!

The staff were so accommodating and treated us to complimentary chocolate and coffee during our stay. We also thought it was amazing to have a large bath tub in the bathroom with candles and lavender bath salts. The breakfast was lovely and the views into Mossel Bay were stunning.

Our major complaint was that we didn’t satay longer! As we were visiting in the spring we can also say that the pool was a bit chilly (but manageable).

Everything. Louise-Marie is an absolute gem, one of the friendliest people I have met. We were tired and sweaty after having a very long day filled with lots of activities so I wasnt really the chattiest person at that very moment upon check in but that did not stop her from cheering us up and offering us a welcome drink. She explained all the restaurants close by and how she would rate them, her advice was spot on! The finer details in the rooms are really appreciated - rusks at the coffee station, face cloths, all the amenities in the room and bathroom! I have stayed at numerous B&B’s and 5star hotels and some of them dont even come close to this place. The service is impeccable and they really have that home away from home feeling. Oh and did I mention the beautiful views?! You cannot go wrong in staying here, you will never want to leave! And to top it off (which I didnt think would be possible as I was impressed from the first moment), one of their staff members decided to was my car before we checked out! Simply AMAZING!

Our room didnt really have WIFI access - I do feel that you need to sort that out as the signal is extremely bad in that specific room and also having the full DSTV package would be really great. You might also need to rethink your check in times as 20h00 is a bit early especially in summer times as the sun only sets around 20h30-21h00 (just a suggestion and topic of discussion between management).

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Location is convenient and had a nice view.

NEVER warm croissants and buns in a microwave - they become soggy like "slapchips" If you want to serve warm/hot croissants and buns, then put them in the oven. NEVER EVER a MICROWAVE. Rather serve them at room temperature. Warming them not necessary (unless they are fresh out of the oven.).
