room was nice
pool was blocked to the public due to a religious party(passover). The hotel is under obligation to ALL their guests for use if common such as the pool if included in pricing. The pool area was rented for a private party until April 8th. Double dipping and completely illegal. Same with breakfast area, not available to clients. Poor imitation of breakfast served. Once again double dipping. Poor, Poor, Poor
Liked the price, liked the covered parking. All personnel we came into contact with were very nice.
Room was dirty. Carpet had hair and dirt all over it. Bathroom was a mess. Weird gunk on the floor. Hair on the floor. There was a heater vent in the shower just filled with dust bunnies. Our theory is that at this point the hotel isn't often at capacity. With the Eagles Parade the next day, they had reservations well beyond what their current staffing could begin to accommodate. We wonder if anyone had stayed on our floor in the past six months. I'd like to think they were just overwhelmed. If not, it's just a hotel to avoid.
Loud guests. Children running in the hall. No consideration for smokers. The room was advertised as a smoking room but the whole hotel is nonsmoking. I was overcharged and my money wasn't refunded. I'll never stay there again or use booking.com.
Friendly stay and very comfortable beds !
Fine stay nothing spectacular
It had a comfortable bed and a convenient location
The elevators took forever and it was kind of dingy. They seemed overwhelmed by the number of people checking in at one time.
Okay but could be a better!
I like that they had a restaurant & bar in the hotel! They also had lost of outside sitting areas that was great
Needs renovations, and updates pool area wasn't so clean! Lots of people complained about there key cards not working, also when I check in the hotel they gave me the wrong room, and it's nothing like the pictures online!
It had a pool.
The room looked tired. We were given a handicap room and neither of us are handicapped. The room was through Hotel.com and I think they looked at us differently because of that factor. The room was cleaned but they didn't replace the toilet paper roll in the dispenser.
Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Room was spacious and had nice work area
We got a room with a king bed and sofa bed and were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a full-size sofa with a double bed. Pool was nice. Staff were helpful.
Toilet continually made dripping noises--never fully stopped after flushing. Bed was really hard! No free breakfast--especially with having 2 kids with us this would have been great.
The food! Thumbs-up to the Blue Room!
Nothing I can think of.
