Pros: The staff commitment to making sure we were comfortable and has everything we needed. It was clean and beautifully set out.

Cons: The room could have been warmer when we arrived but I think it improved after a few hours.
Pros: We loved the charm and character of the property. The common areas, the bar and dining room with their open fires are so inviting .The hosts and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The home cooked food was delicious. The rooms are very clean and very stylish. Although we were not in an “upgraded “ room , the bed and soft furnishings were updated , the bathroom was not updated but very clean and not at all unpleasant.
Pros: The hospitality was great, very friendly owners. The place was in a beautiful spot and the surroundings where excellent.
Cons: TV was not working in the bedroom for the whole stay. If you have a TV in your room it should work, no excuses.
Pros: Our hosts Gary and Denise were marvellous

Pros: Excellent food and just what we were after in staying at an old hotel

Pros: The management and chef were amazing - son has allergies and were so accommodating for it
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property
Pros: Nicely renovated room. The shared bathroom was a bit dated but clean, and the shower was nice and hot. I had a nice quiet sleep and awoke 10 hours later ready for the day! The cooked breakfast in the downstairs café was really nice.
Cons: The wall between my room ( All View ) and the room next door was not so well sound insulated - the children playing there unfortunately could be heard loud and clear. May have been a problem restricted to my room only.
