Pros: They did refund my money without 24 hour notice for the second night. The hotel staff was friendly.
Cons: Our room had a HORRIBLE smell that did not go away. It smelled like cat urine. The décor is more than outdated. I would consider it ancient. The free breakfast was cereal. Our room was clean, meaning dust free and no hair in the bathroom, and the sheets smelled clean when you put them to your nose. One of the lights didn't work. The smell was so bad, we did cancelled our second night. I would sleep in my car before I stayed there again.
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: The first room I was assigned had flies and the bed was covered in hair, even the mattress cover.
I was quickly reassigned another room which was cleaner.

Pros: The friendly staff, and that when I showed my neck that had red bumps, they graciously changed my room. The second room inside the building was better. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: The room that smelled like pet urine with chewed chair arms and stains on the chairs. Also, some insect bit my neck and caused itchy bumps.
Pros: Friendly staff and clean.
Cons: Disappointed in the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were cold and the bagel were stale. The room was in need of repairs.
Pros: When we upgraded to a standard room from a substandard room. The rate on the substandard room was a 'come on' and did not meet the standards I normally expect from a Comfort Inn--the standard room was fine.
Cons: odor in the substandard room
Pros: We checked in late and the overnight receptionist was very friendly then and in morning when I saw her again. The hotel was right off the expressway, which was convenient, and everything was very clean.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and well kept.
Cons: The crayola wallpaper. But of course that didn't effect our stay!
Staff was friendly but after a very long road trip I had to wait to check in because one of the staff was in training.
Pros: There was in rom coffee
Cons: We could only have a room with 2 full beds. There was a small table in the room with 2 chairs makeing it very tight. When I asked for a room with a king bed all they had were suites. Wasn't all that clean.

Cons: i needed to check out at noon and was rushed to do it at 11. wifi is not reliable.
Pros: There weren't many options available in Ozark, AR for lodging, so we were glad to find a hotel there. The beds were good, the room was clean.
Cons: The continental breakfast is a joke. A drip coffee maker and some plastic wrapped Little Debbie breakfast pastries in the lobby. Office is only open till 11 p.m., we almost didn't make it. We wanted a rollaway, but they wouldn't give one due to rain.
Ok if you need to stay in this area.
Cons: Just old, could use some amminities. Pool was not open. No hair dryer in room. No breakfast...

Pros: Quickly moved us to another room when it was evident the a/c didn't work in the original room.
Cons: Can't understand why the first room was even available since the a/c wasn't working. In addition, the bathroom vent wasn't running and the bathtub plug was broken so you could not seal the tub to take a tub bath. (or at least I couldn't).
Cons: Nasty room ,no fitted sheets, door would lock you in bath, heater knob broke ,elect. not safe ,spit on bath wall, live beatles in room,NEVER AGAIN PLUS first room they check me in was already occupied and they where in shower when i unlocked door &walkd in
