Easy access; friendly and helpful Staff; very good breakfast
Excellent staff very keen to help and go the extra mile where necessary
Staff friendly and good location. Room especially Shower, rather small.
Lovely top floor room, almost like an apartment. Bad leak from shower
The size of the room and things like mico-wave, hot-plate, fridge and coffee maker was there No
Location No access to food at certain times
The hotel is just in front of the railway station, very close to city center, very quite, very comfortable and clean
Easy to find and had everything we needed.
Everything!Amazing hotel!Absolutely perfect in every way! Absolutely nothing!
Beautiful room, charming little town center, superb attitude and helpfulness of the owners. Always there when needed or just to be enjoyed, never obtrusive. Truly likable, well-informed, well-educated, enjoyable people. We extended our stay with them. Absolutely nothing!
The Friendly atmosphere and staff. The location was excellent for our needs. Not having a bar or tea making facilities in the room
Incredible nice room, with a big terrace and nice view over the garden. The old style decoration is magnificent. Good breakfast with homemade cakes, crepes, mermelades... The family is warm and helpful with your plans to visit. The best experience of our trip
This is an outstanding hotel - friendly, welcoming and personal. Excellent advice and help about places to visit. Superb, carefully designed decore. Excellent room facilities, including best bed ever. Has less the feel of an hotel and more that of a great chambre d'hote. Well located within Guingamp.
The hotel is very quiet in 18th century style, very comfortabe with big rooms-we had a suite which was more a complete appartment - clean. The lady (and her parents) who runs this hotel talks fluently English, is very helpfull and friendly. It was a joy to stay at this place. The hotel has no restaurant (but is working to start one) and in town on Sunday and Monday evening virtually al restaurants are closed (which is not something this hotel can be blamed).
Comfortable, well located friendly Hotel. Home made bakeries. Nice walled garden. Quiet location. Friendly.
An excellent hotel - more like a home-from-home. The house and general decor of the rooms are fabulous, and the english-speaking owner makes you feel very welcome. If there is a negative about this hotel, it's the small niggle that parking is in the street.
Family run, relaxing friendly atmosphere. Refreshing swimming pool. Ideal base for visiting regional tourist destinations.
The Manor and it's grounds, it was very quiet, and the hospitality of the owner no
The building is wonderful and staying here is an experience not to be missed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The fact that the owner speaks fluent English will be of benefit to those visitors from the uk who have limited French. They are gradually renovating the hotel and only renovated rooms appear to be let so the standard of the rooms was good. They do not offer evening meals at this time and this would be a useful addition to the services in the future once more rooms are being let however the local creperie was very nice and very reasonable. The creperie can be busy so if you are arriving late and want dinner locally it would be best to ask the hotel to book you a table.
The XVc manoir had been obliterated in the bedrooms. No character left. Urgently requires redecoration and a good clean. Showers around pool un-useable - didn't want to disturb wildlife, Over-priced for standard of room. No tea making facilities in room.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the historic old Manor building is interesting. We were made welcome on arrival and the breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) were first class. The room was adequate but nothing special. The pool looking inviting but the weather was not good enough for us to make use of this facility. Being left alone in the Manor as the only guests was an interesting experience! It was very remote - a long way from the nearest village.
