Male receptionist did not make much of an effort on arrival and we found that off putting. No nothing.
The Spa and baths. The room was poor for a 4 stars hotel. The menus of the restaurants were bad and expensive.
Staff were good. Good location The food in the adjacent hotel where one has dinner was very poor and not good value for money. The special offer re treatment was also very poor and one got the impression they would give the least service as this was part of a special deal. Not worth taking up.
The pools and spas were excellent. Space and beds were in good supply. The limited spa treatments we used were good. There was a need for better understanding of available treatments, directions to these ,and prices for them....perhaps asking for english notice translation is a bit much!!!! But it would help!
Excellent service in the area of Thermal. Programs for health and relaxation. No dryers for robes and towels.
The quiet and the peacefullness of the whole experience.I would recommend it to anybody who likes to be pampered.
The actual spa facilities are good. Leaving the place a day early felt good. Waitress service was abrupt. Superior room 134 was sparse ,smelly and noisy (located above loading doors). Food very basic . No information in English for the hotel or treatments. If you have to go then only go for the day not an overnight stop
convenience to spa facilities
I liked being able to walk to the Balneario and enjoyed and benefited from the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent for people who enjoy eating healthily with a good selection of fresh and dried fruits. The reception staff were not very welcoming and the rooms, while comfortable enough are somewhat functional.
Location and facilities available Room had no mirror in the bedroom - very irritating!!
The Archena massage was superb. Pool facilities excellent. Room very comfortable.
Very relaxing, enjoyed tapas and wine in the Casino cafe/bar Restaurant disappointing and rather overpriced for what we got in the evening. Breakfast good.
nice room, lovely mountain views, trendy style, helpful staff (organised flowers for my partner and also arranged massage I've asked for) restaurant closed, spa expensive (17 euros...there is a lot bigger and better place just around the corner and well worth a visit)
the hotel was close to other places in the ricote valley
Furnishing and fittings of the room: surpasses any 5-star hotel we've stayed at - top class.
Very good service and set in an ideal location. Near to an excellent restaurant called International.
The accommodation was clean, modern and the staff were very friendly The off road parking facility was quite difficult to access and the exit gate confusing
The spa and the staff One the barhrooms were poorley finished there was grout missing around the bath which my wife cut her fingers on and two there was a lot of noise from building work outside our room as we asked for a room with terrce which we were not told about when booking
Modern hotel in central location The spa facilities were not as comprehensive as we would have liked and we would have liked more information concerning spa facilities and treatments that were available.
Good location. Modern and comfortable Couldn't get the wi-fi to work
Excellent room with great facilities, very funky and modern decor. Lovely bathroom with phone by the loo! Highly recommend the restaurant, all the food we had in there was excellent and great value for money. None
This is a very stylish hotel, with easy access and good private parking facilities. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom. Our room had a nice terrace with views over the town and hills. The breakfast was rather disappointing - although a breakfast buffet was advertised, it did not appear to be on offer during our stay.
Got another room in the opposite hotel Termas, because they where overbooked. This is a more luxury hotel, but we reserved a room with a terrace, and we got a very nice hotelroom, but NO terrace, which was a bit disappointing The menu card and the quality of the food in the hotels for dinner are below normal standards. So take your lunch in the pool restaurant (very nice) and go out for a dinner elsewhere in Archena or an other town, but not in the hotel restaurant.
The setting was wonderful and so peaceful outside of the pool area you had total quiet, no noise from the pools could be heard anywhere else. The buffet evening meal was good with plenty of choice of hot and cold foods. There was very little information in English in the hotel and few of the staff spoke English, I had enough Spanish to be able to cope but others may not. The leaflet they give you on arrival is totally in Spanish and could do with translating into English.
We enjoyed the stay. The spa was fantastic and everyone had a great visit. In the resturants around the spa and the casino needed more staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was relaxed and personal. The hotel was bright and very clean with pleasant interior decor. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel itself was great and excellent value for money. We had our own transport, so it was easy to reach the hotel, at its convenient location just off the a30 between Cieza and Murcia. Also we were able to find restaurants etc in near-by Molina de Segura or Murcia. This would be more difficult without a car.
Quiet, clean, comfortable and relaxed
The staff looked after me,even opasying the taxi bill and adding it to the account.Very new ,modern, and well run family hotel.
Exquisite food, superb location (if you want to be away from everything) and wonderful views of the mountains.
The hotel was superb in design and was immaculately clean. The staff provided personal service and were so helpful and kind. The food was freshly cooked every evening and was exquisite No
