Love the accommodations. the room and bathroom facilities are beyond comfortable.. Have stayed at the casino several times. rooms are gorgeous. but, this time there was a pulsating "noise" that kept us from sleeping. probably the location of the room
The property is new...or new enough that makes no difference. The rooms are aesthetically appealing and clean. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Traveling frequently, the bed rates among the worst I've ever experienced. I attribute my absolute inability to sleep to the quality of the mattress. The staff did not show any courtesy or interest at any point during our stay. During check-in, the associate had a laundry list of policies and rules that he rattled off in a monotone voice at lightning speed as if he were giving the terms and conditions at the end of a radio advertisement. He stopped halfway through when a maintenance employee interrupted him. The desk associate then proceeded to have a separate conversation with the maintenance person for several minutes, before continuing his speech without apology or inflection, as if nothing had distracted him in the first place.
Rooms have always been very comfortable; layout of casino floor is excellent, plenty of space to move around in, and plenty of machines available to play!
The service was good and the room was comfortable. The wifi and the tv did not work. Traveling with small children, this was not acceptable.
Room was clean and well kept. Quiet.
I like the fact that there was a handful of food merchants on the grounds. The smoke that I inhaled each time I walked into the Lobby. As a non-smoker I do not want to breathe in the stench/toxins unless I choose to go into the Casino.
The hotel is still new and clean after being opened for over two years. Rooms are large and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff, view, and comfort.
The valet that greeted us was stellar, positive and patient. Discarded at Lobby Desk! I was amazed! The valet was the best supportive person to assist us. He welcomed us and took all or bags right on to a cart. I walked to the lobby to check it. They said you do not exist in our data base. Good bye. I was like excuse me? Anyway after this they pointed down the hall and told me to look up my reservation on my own. My cell phone had died in the long drive, so I walked down the hall expecting a bank of computers for guest? No I was sent to a gaming room and told to pay 5 dollars to use the computer!!!!! I then looked up my reservation number and proceeded back to the lobby. (THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME) The same clerk took my reservation number and walked away. No explanation, No apology, No Service. I then asked for a manager. After 15 minutes they returned and said your booking date is incorrect, we cannot provide you with this rate tonight, 220 buck is all we have. I was blown away. The manager and the clerk were unfriendly, no supportive and obviously did not want to deal with us or any customers. They obviously do not desire kayak.com customers and they did not desire my business. We as a family will never return to Twin Arrows Casino. The advertising also stated non-smoking this is not the case, the only casino area they had was all electronic slots and all smoking and very dirty.
Clean Quiet location
Very few have Pai Gow a card game we love, friendly dealers and not smokey. Wonderful rooms for those who just want to relax. Our tv reception was on and off.
Very beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms in room were wonderful. Casino is too smokey wish there was a non smoking section and the public restrooms were extremely dirty

Location was amazing. Boynton Canyon was gorgeous and there were a lot of activities to participate on the properties. Facilities were top-notch. Had multiple issues with the staff. Service at View180 and Che-Ah-Chi was pretty slow. Had to ask on multiple occasions for drink refills or to get a check. They ran out of towels at the pool and weren't able to send anyone down in the few hours we were there to put out new ones.
Spectacular venue and uniquely situated. Property is run down. Massive investment needed. Rooms: had a junior suite and found it fine. Curtains were a thin sheer fabric that was dirty. Shower head didn't function properly so shower wasn't relaxing. Furniture outdated. Porch dirty and unkempt. Spa: Shocking that the spa is so highly rated - locker room lockers didn't work, showers grungy, dirty towels everywhere as attendant never there, the masseuse was 15 min late for one of my treatments. You get it.
So many things if this hotel is a 2 or 3 stars. When we arrived to checking in, no Welcome, just "last name on the reservation"... rude... The second day, our room was not clean. Their answer was "room are clean every two days"... So they sent a cleaning lady...We asked why we have a cheap room for disable people, not convenient for people who are not disable, they said "you reserved from a Third party", like those website company, so they treat us like a Third class people with disdain
After 7 AM no complimentary coffee. $14 for a roll, donut, coffee, cold cereal, some canned mixed fruit, or a green banana. Come On! Comfort Inn's give you a better breakfast than that for free! It's no wonder no one was eating breakfast in the restaurant. Even the staff shrugged their shoulders and shook their heads. They suggested a great little place for breakfast just a short walk away.
Was surprised to find this placed doubled as a kennel.....the barking and howling of the dogs was a big nuisance. It was handled after 3 calls to the front desk...was not told of this when we checked in...
The staff and concierge were very helpful. Concierge booked a wine tour for us on Saturday. We stayed in a suite poolside, and enjoyed the view and sound of water flowing. The two free drink coupons on arrival was a great gesture. The bartender struggled with the pace of handling customers, failing to acknowledge new guests on arrival or making eye contact and a simple "I will be right with you". Timeliness and order, such as maybe offering a food or appetizer menu. We asked for a menu after 30 minutes of sitting down, at the bar. We actually made light of our situation along with other customers, saying they're definitely on a "Sedona" pace. We didn't come to Sedona to hurry, however, we were hungry and there are some expectations of The Hilton having higher standards of customer service. Very nice people, again, but way too slow. We also watched multiple people, new guests stand and wait 10 minutes without being addressed. I greeted guests myself, along with my boyfriend. The restaurant was fairly steady, due to rain, however, definitely not busy.
Staff, amenities, spa, and view were all five stars. Hilton Bell Rock definitely will get my business again. I wished I could have stayed longer ;)
Great location, very nice hotel facilities and resort services Quality of bath towels poor, similar to ones that are used at a fitness club (thin, smells like bleach and washed over and over again type of towels). Shower water pressure weak.
Great location and staff. Rooms were great Complicated to get on Internet and the Internet service was unreliable and when it did work was slow
They could not find our reservation, so we had to wait for a long time to check in. They did not seem to be organize d.They were not helpful with direction either. As we travel often domestic as well as international, we feel their stuff need to work on custmer service more.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable visit for a few days. Great views of surrounding area and no trash of any type anywhere at the facility. The Sedona area enforces their anti-trash policy with a $ 500.00 fine that is strictly enforced as it should be elsewhere in the U.S. Resort is located about five miles s of Sedona so it has more of a country feeling, but is still close to grocery store ( iga ) and restaurants. Perfect location with many vistas within ten minutes. Great photo op'S. Maps and local info in print provided by The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort of area attractions. Great bbq area on multiple gas grills provided at scenic location. Must visit.... The Chapel of the Holy Cross ten minutes away wedged between two rock spires . Although it was No hassle, the facility is a time share operation.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff was pleasant, the surroundings were clean and inviting, the location was perfect, and we played golf three of the days we were there. The two courses we played were minutes away. We want to go back.
My kitchenette didn't have a stove so that wasted all my food I had brought, so I left early.
The room was cheap. The hotel was going through a "remodel" at the time of our visit and had changed over management and had a few issues...The front desk was not really helpful when we had issues with our room. There are no on site eating facilities and the resort is fairly far from town. I would stay here again, only if I could get the same rate and not have to go to a timeshare presentation.
We found the place to be excellent for families. I liked the fact that it had a nice little kitchen. It located in a nice area near nice restaurants. I would have liked it better if it had a restaurant on the premises. Overall it was a nice place. I would stay there again when i visit sedona. Not having a restaurant on site and not allowing pets. i like to travel with my little dogs.
The location was beautiful as was the room. The staff was informative and courteous.
Location was great. Right on the creek, with places to walk around. DQ right across the street. Allows pets. Nice to be out of Sedona and away from all the tourists. Quiet. Definitely want to come back with my family or friends and rent a bigger unit. Most rooms have jacuzzis and late at night, the pipes in our rooms were making some crazy and scary noises! We plugged up the tub and put a towel over the drain which stopped it but it was super weird. Room was a tad small, but fine for my boyfriend and I. No cell phone service here!
I loved the personal service that the staff provided from recommending restaurants to helping with directions. The traffic at certain times of the day was difficult, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.
While not downtown, if willing to go a couple of miles from the main drag this was a nice option. Brought my family along. The kids loved the place. The lodge located just a short walk up the road from our unit was a nice place. We took advantage of the mini-golf and the movie night for children. They also played ping-pong and used the playground. I enjoy the option of having your own kitchen and the freedom to do some simple cooking. Eating breakfast in the room saves time and money. Also nice to have a microwave in the evening for popcorn.

I would go back again. Great restaurant just 10 minutes from Hotel, short drive to Sedona and scenic drive to Grand Canyon. Love the pool and club house
