10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and location was first class
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and modern with friendly staff.
Cons: Honestly, I have no complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So I've never in my life written a review, but I just had to this time! My stay at the Croagh Patrick hostel was amazing!! It is honestly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! It's so new and clean but also very cosy, it's very well equipped and the breakfast is delicious! Not to mention the owner Mary, who made me feel so welcome from the very start, made sure I had absolutely everything I needed and even gave me a lift into town twice! Mary, thank you so much again for your kindnes, I will definitely be back! Take good care!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What an incredible experience. Everything went just perfect. Easy way to get to the hostel from Westport. Mary (the owner) is a lovely person, made us feel like we were at home. Gave us many tips to make the most of our time there. We had a blast. The breakfast was good and gave us enough energy to climb the Croagh Patrick. If you're looking for a place to revigorate and relax, I'd definitely recommend this hostel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, modern hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to climb Crough Patrick (2 minute walk to visitor's center).
Cons: There is no atm nearby and not even a convenience store for water or snacks. They do have water and junk food in a vending machine there and offer a (European) continental breakfast but go prepared with cash, drinking water and healthy snacks for your climb. Otherwise it's a great place. This is not really an issue if you go with a car. The bus to the nearest town is 5 euro one way and doesn't run on Sundays, easy and safe to hitchhike though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was made feel really welcome by Mary the proprietor of the Hostel. Property was warm and very clean. Breakfast was fab
Cons: There was nothing not to dislike- fabulous

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was treated like royalty. I will recomend this hostel to anyone visiting Ireland. Beds where comfortable, howers worked great, full laundry service within a few hours and always greeted with a smile and politeness.
Cons: I wish I had something to list. But the hostel delivered.

Pros: Location was amazing with beautiful views of the tidal bays and mountains. The house is very nice and well maintained. The owner was wonderful to talk with and was very helpful. She called and made a dinner reservation for us at a local restaurant which turned out to be one of our best meals on our vacation.
Cons: We had two rooms. In one room the mattresses seemed new but in the other room the mattress is close to needing replacement. In both rooms new pillows are needed. Advice: Don’t open the room windows in the evening with the lights on. We had the windows open and the room and bathroom became filled with flying insects. This interfered with our sleep. There are no screens on the windows. We did not have this problem at other locations that we stayed.

Pros: This property is in a lovely location, with the interior being beautifully-appointed and tastefully-decorated. At the breakfast service, Sue ( I believe that was the lady's name) was very warm and charming.
