Cons:The “condo” was one small room, and I was expecting a full kitchen, but there was only a toaster, microwave, and mini fridge.

Pros:location and beach access were fantastic. pools, spa, fitness facility were all top notch - there was a ton to do and most was in great shape.
Cons:we stayed in arrowhead court condos - they were just ok. dated, dark, musty, an unappealing porch. tv didn't work in master bedroom due to lack of cable box, really cheap-o appliances - or missing altogether (toaster?). lacked basics - filters for coffee maker, dish towels, paper towels. it was painfully clear why airbnb is so successful - its as if zero effort was put in to make this a comfortable condo rental experience. I am not a fan of a hotel chain renting out homeowner properties - and this experience proved it again. there were nice condo rooms on property, but this wasn't it.

Pros:This property was great. Beach was large, many pools on the property that could be used. Everything was clean, well manicured and inviting.
Cons:My only negative comment is that you have to be very careful navigating the property. Especially at night it can be very confusing. Make sure to follow the signs very carefully.

Pros:that they offered shuttle service to thier spa and pool area and other local businesses that were near the hotel
Cons:the staff was impolite when asking questions about the room..when asked if there was an open room they seemed a little distracted from me and it appeared that were more concerned with getting people checked in then worry about the problems.. plus they wrote down the wrong room number for me and had to go back into the lobby and get it rechecked which went a little bit more smoothly with a different person assisting me

Pros:Loved location. Shuttle available. Maintenance had to come and change filter for ac. I ook a while to cool the room. Worst part of the trip: dirty coverlet at foot of bed and dirty bolsters had been taken off the bed and put in closet. I like Kingston plantation but I would not stay at the South Hampton again if possible.

Pros:The villa was great didn't know what it would look like.
Cons:I didn't like that we couldn't have the pleasure of eating the breakfast and the happy hour at Embassy Suites, but got to enjoy the other perks they offered. I was a little disappointed about that . Was our first time using Kayak.
