Rude staff, unfriendly, very tiny rooms
Hotel was just ok. Room was spacious and good sized bathroom. The picture on the internet did not really show the hotel layout as it was such that the dooor to the rooms was just along a corridor that was out side. That is, immediately you step out your door, you are out side. And the stair case to the upper level rooms was not covered so when it rains (like it did when i was there), you got wet right from the reception to your room.
The atmosphere was nice.
hotel was in a quiet area outside the main town so easy to find for someone unfamiliar with the area & worried about inner city driving.
Excellent staff, great accommodation, fantastic view None
boutique hotel with best river view on the green hill, very romantic place to spend time on after touring the city but need to have a car.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the hotel was so quiet one was able to get a good nights sleep.
The location near the river and the home relaxed atmosphere and great antique furniture
The ambiance in and out of the hotel
Very conveniently situated for Toulouse if you are travelling by car. We had two very pleasant rooms. The one on the first floor with a river view was particularly large and thoughtfully furnished. The propietor and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would certainly consider using the hotel again - we particularly wanted somewhere quiet where we were not likely to be disturbed by the sound of a city at night and this hotel was lovely and peaceful. Not really, while the decor is very dated it adds a certain charm.
The quiet location and lovely river views. The very large room. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bathroom décor is a bit tired
Picture postcard views from the bedrooms facing the river
Its location and cleanliness There was nobody available in reception when we checked out at 09:00AM
Very convenient for Tour de France 2009. At the base of Col d'Aspin and close to Tourmalet.
quality bed & shower, nice swiming pool, remote area, quiet& peacefull, sunny days but cool at night. andora, pyrenese, toulouse & some beautifull villages within a short distance, 2 hrs max. very clean & fantastic views.well impressed with ladies i spoke to at booking.com,when i had slight problem with initial booking really polite, friendly, helpfull & efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them. difficult to communicate,no one spoke english,& we dont speak french , to be fair the staffs english was better than our french and they did try
Friendly staff and clean, warm room. Lots of open space around the hotel and parking very easy. Free Internet worked well. Most suitable for people with own transport travelling on a budget. The hotel was very hard to find as the address was vague and signage inadequate. It took us 1.5 hours to find it and we had to seek assistance from locals. The room was very small but there were five of us, so for two people it might be fine in that respect.
