Somewhat centrally located, clean & modern room (if a bit small). However, we would not give this a 4-star rating due to the lack of special touches, low-quality toiletries an bad coffee. I did complain to the desk staff about about these things. We were not charged the £24 for 2 days parking, which was a nice gesture. I e-mailed the manager and told of our displeasure and was offered 50% discount and an upgrade next time we stayed in Bristol.
Pros: Less than a 10 minute walk into the main shopping district of Bristol city centre.
Cons: Beds too firm, room too hot, toilet paper & facial tissues were thin and rough, coffee in restaurant horrible.
Pros: Very close to railway station, and not far from shopping centers. The room looks quite new.
Cons: It lacks the safety deposit box.
The reception staff were very helpful and called us prompt taxis :) the service and drinks at the hotel bar were also excellent.
Pros: We booked this hotel for its excellent central location near the harbourside and Cabot Circus. It was actually in an even better spot than we hoped, not far from Temple Meads. The room was very clean and pleasant and the staff were extremely helpful.
Modern, clean hotel. Food was good and staff very attentive. Would recommend.
Pros: Price, cleanliness and staff.
Cons: Was a bit of a magnet for hen and stag do's. Probably because of the price!

Pros: The room overall was clean, but we as a couple found it too hot. The hotel were lovely and helpful and the facilities available were excellent,
Cons: The location was a little tricky but we managed to find it in the end. The TV channels that we paid for kept freezing as the TV in our room only had channel 1-5 and not free view but the hotel staff kindly waived the fee of £16 so can't complain really.

Cons: The hotel is situated in a rather 'run-down' area of the docks. Also on a corner so there is traffic noise which couldn't be avoided as we needed the window open.

I would recommend it to friends and family traveling through Bristol for its awesome centric location with river front view.

It was a terrible racket noise coming from the above floors in the early hours that woke us up, bit uncomfortable considering I was looking forward to a longer sleep in.
