Room was clean and beautiful. Beds had feather beds, down comforter, down pillows. Beautiful marble bathroom had robes and and all amenities. Very generous with towels. Breakfast from wonderful bakery next door was included and they pour you a glass of wine on check-in. Rooms had coffee maker, and they deliver water and chocolate later in the day. Walking distance to all of downtown restaurants, etc. Free wifi & parking. It was just perfect. nothing! It couldn't have been a better experience
Went with wheelchair. Despite an old hotel, everything looked new, although maintaining the old fashion look, and barrier-free. Right restaurants on the block, right behind is the river with paved ramps and walkways, perfect for strolling in a wheelchair. Breakfast room service comes standard with the stay. Best wheelchair vacation.
great value for your money subpar lobby
The staff was very attentive and hospitable during our entire stay! A staff member greeted us at our car upon arrival to ask us for help and another member (RJ) turned on the fire pit for us when we were having a family lunch. My son gained a new friend. None
Good size room. Clean and functional. Common areas. Lobby and bar were very dark and uninviting. Looks like they may need a redo with some lighting. No bellman -- you're on your own with your bags.

The hotel is localized in a wonderfull place.Our room was at the river side,it was fantastic!! We didn't like the lack of room in the breakfast.
Hotel location is very good close to downtown riverfront and a quick walk to the oxbow market. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Nightly free wine tasting. They had smores kits available at the fire pit at no charge which was nice treat. I thought the shower was not hot enough and wish it was more high pressure
Bed was comfortable. They placed us in a room that was the first one by the lobby and restaurant. It was loud and noisy. The balcony overlooked right into the restaurant's outdoor seating, which was very disturbing. So the 2nd night, I requested a change. They placed in another room that smelled like hospital. I wouldn't stay here again with cost/reward not attractive.
Very clean people at the front desk were very helpful and were to go and how to get they! Would say just a very quint place to stay if you are going to wine country
The lobby area/bar was inviting, clean and comfortable. We had a glass of Napa wine by the fireplace and ordered appetizers. The back patio was inviting as well! Just a nice set up. People who had been in the fitness room working out, very sweaty, came straight to the breakfast room to eat without consideration for others. Gross!

Decent room, most staff was very friendly Lost our reservation and ended up with a King + sofa sleeper instead of 2 queen beds. The staff at the restaurant seemed really rude.
I loved the bathroom, it has a very romatic setting. I also loved hearing the birds in the morning very peaceful. I would recommend that you offer a welcome wine and cheese infront of your fireplace area. That would have topped it off for me.
The rooms were spacious and I loved the pool area and the beauty of the facility. Being so close to the Silverado Trail was a bonus. It was pricier than it should have been.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a winery visit. Several of the "amenities" were closed or inaccessible during our stay. We were also placed in a room adjacent to the massive ac system which of course droned on during the whole of our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the balcony much less get a good night's sleep.
Standard Westin property. Good location for Napa Valley visit. Property seemed to be trying just a little too hard to be a super-luxury resort, but then came up short in delivery. Had to ask multiple times for items promised earlier. Front desk lost a package we left for another guest.
Informal but attentive service,comfortable roomwhere everything worked . Young friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Walking distance toany shops and sites. I was at a Hyatt property,Pier 66, in Fort Lauderdale last month and it was BAD, a disaster and i almost canceled this booking glad I Didnt
The bed was uber comfy. Bathroom slider style door doesn't afford any privacy. Street rooms are very loud making it impossible to leave slider door open to enjoy the crisp Napa air. Inconvenient self parking, no real self park entrance to lobby for check in. Overall the condition of the room lacks consistent maintenance between guests, i.e. Unknown origin of wall stains in sleep room and bathroom. Will NOT return to this property for future stays in Wine Country.

hotel itself is nice - rooms are great, location is great, free parking. check-in process and staff are not service-oriented at all. i was told the room would be ready (early) by noon, then when I arrived they said they didn't know when it would be ready, but they only guarantee by 4pm. At 4pm, they said that housekeeping was making up the room, but when I walked by the door, I could see that there was no one there. no apologies, no empathy. at 4:30pm, here was my exchange with them: check-in staff: they're working on your room right now me: 'no they're not, i just walked by the room and no one's there check-in staff: i'm not sure but they're working on your room right now me: i literally just walked by the room - there's no one working on it check-in staff: they're working on it right now, and we'll let you know as soon as its ready oh, and did i mention I have diamond status with Hyatt? Can't even imagine how they treat 'regular' customers.

Close to the sites in Napa that I was interested in. Staff was friendly, but not helpful. Desk clerk had been drinking when I checked in. Safe in room was broken, and staff didn't offer any solution. Probably only needed a new battery. Room was smelly
Location Broken handle on shower-bath fixture. Out dated furniture. Was on the third floor and the ice machine was on the ground floor and was outside the security door.

It was convenient and we were able to make a reservation last minute. The room was comfortable enough. How it looks when you approach the building. The arrows directing you through the parking lot send you what feels like the wrong way. There was a loud window unit in the room that did not have a temperature control and it did not work as it was supposed to.

The location was great, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Napa wineries were only a 15-20 minute drive away. Very informative and friendly staff. Mostly clean. Small bed, funky smell in the room, what seemed like a couple blood stains on the wall behind the headboard and on the lampshade. The bathtub wouldn't drain one night, and then the toilet clogged on the same night. A staff member came as soon as we called to fix it. Used the plunger in the toilet and then used it again in the tub. Could hear upstairs guests walking around.
