Do not know, we didn't had a chance to stay there. We've been sent to another hotel near by "hotel de la villa" upon our arrival. Stuff didn't speak English. So we didn't know well the real reason behind. But we've been told the system is working by then, So we end up booking a room that is not available.
They claim they are sending us to a similar hotel, the front desk men said everything is the same and the price is the same. We doubt the other hotel, but there is no other option for us than accept the reality. The other hotel " hotel de la villa" looked terrible, only had smoking room quite dirty. No stuff speak English. the only plus is relatively close to railway station, which on the other hand is not a pleasant area to stay. Definetly not recommend.
It is a very friendly and well-maintained family-run hotel. The room was very clean, with excellent bathroom and good breakfast. It was very conveniently located near the Garibaldi train station.
Everything was great.
Good budget. Nice staff.
Doesn't have lift
Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful. The hotel offered reasonably priced pickup from airport.
When we attempted to pay bill with credit card, we were told machine was not working and asked if we could pay in cash. It was weird that after paying cash, money was put in desk clerk's pocket and no receipt was issued. I then ask for receipt and he did not hesitate to provide, but I felt it should have been immediately given without my having to ask. Tour offered by hotel was overpriced for one hour.
we have been here twice now ,never seen a more friendly staff, never seen better value for money.Environment perfect.
The hotel is fair ( not a 3 star as noted), convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, very poor breakfast, but the area outside is the worst and unbelievably filthy I have ever seen in my 30 years of business travel around the world. Just like a neglected garbage square in Lagos - Nigeria. We had prepaid for 6 nights and left for Sorrento the 2nd day. (No refund of course). Couldn't stand the dirt any more unless you close your nose with a clothes peg !!!! We certainly love Italy, but downtown Naples, no , thank you....
Rather a 2 star hotel. Ridiculously poor breakfast.
Staff were friendly and the room was excellent
very basic breakfast.
Room was clean. Good coffee. central location. Inspite of the daily market in front, it was reasonably quiet
Room size small but adequate. Breakfast was basic & same every day, a different menu every day would be nice
very quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Staff friendly and helpful
breakfast, little choice but mainly cultural differences, ie: all Italians like sweet bread and cakes for breakfast. and great orange jiuce.
Noise from the market early morning. Poor breakfast.
It was slap bang in the middle of the daily market so a bit of a pain getting through the crowds to and from the hotel
