The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Everything was dated. We arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes on someone to get back to the office. There was a sign on the door that said "be back in 5 mins" yea....that didn't happen so we couldn't even check in. Got to the room and it was okay for the most part. The shower was slow to drain so I'm standing there in a tub of shower water. It finally drained after being out of the shower for a minute. I guess you get what you pay for, but I will gladly pay more next time for a better place.
The staff should get credit because they work so hard. Also, for 65 dollars you get what you pay for.
The hoel is the farthest thing from Nashville or opreyland. The rooms are dirty and most of the lights don't work.
Cleaning guy barged in without knocking. Completely inappropriate. Staff are miserable. Non smoking toom smelled like smoke.
It's a short cab ride in to town
The peddlers and nightclub were a big turn off. No I don't want to buy your rap album, sorry I don't have a dollar but that other guy just gave you $5, and I'm trying to sleep but the walls are shaking from the music.
The TV, shower, and sink were all broken. It was outdated, but it could have been kept up better.
It was a cheap rate for travelers on a budget.. it gave hotel staying that adventurous flare I never knew was possible.
I felt compelled to wear flip flops in the bathroom, sleep in my sleeping bag, and hide my valuables under the mattress while I was away.
I was surprised. Considering the location, but all was well, clean room comfy beds..great water pressure for the shower, staff was friendly and actually saw no reason not to stay there again
Hotel was in a sketchy neighborhood and the adjacent room reeked of weed. The toilet was always running. House keeping was very unhelpful. Can not stress enough how sketchy of a neighborhood this is located in. Stay away.
The place was dirty, and reeked of cigarettes!!! I was scared of bedbug also!! Had to put my shirts over my pillows!!!
The room was very spacious, and the staff were the friendliest hotel staff I encountered on my trip. It was very clean and well worth the nightly rate! I'd go there again in a heartbeat.
The only think that I didn't like was the lack of a microwave.
Hotel room was clean and maintained good, staff were friendly. This is a best hotel for short stay and good location and Value for your money.
I don't see anything that I hate.
Convenient driving distance from downtown and Opryland. Staff was friendly.
Bathroom was a little dirty. On the outskirts of town, but it didn't feel unsafe.
Terrible bathroom, water leak, smoked stained, not that close to downtown as described
Minutes From Downtown.
Next To Nightclub, Loud Music Until 3AM. Scetchy Neighborhood. Dirty, Moldy Bathrooms. Dirty Parking Lot And Elevator. Comfortable Beds. Breakfast Was Stale Cereal And Small Pastries. Front Desk Person Had A Hissy Fit When We Moved The Coffee Pot That She Had Left Open For Fifteen Minutes.
The bang for your buck compared to other hotels, motels and resorts for a quick one or two night stay is a pretty decent value for a central location in Nashville. The bed was comfortable and there was a breakfast at least.
I did not feel very secure with the area. On several occasions we saw many beggars and even some possible prostitution nearby. A couple of times people looked through our window and then proceeded to enter with our door locked up Since this hotel is closer to the interstate, there is the ongoing sound of 18-wheelers and other vehicles traveling which can be drowned out by the a/c unit in the room. The continental breakfast was only danishes, mini muffins, cereal and instant grits with milk, orange or apple juice. No waffles like the advertisement states. Enough to shoot your blood sugar through the roof. Some of the women at the desk do not dress according to professional standards. One woman wore a white see through shirt obvious of bra and way to tight and short of a skirt. We were afraid she was going to show her thong! lol
I was impressed at how clean the room was. When we arrived the hotel did not look that great but the rooms were extremely clean and staff was very friendly.
The staff was very friendly and even joked, which is a plus. The location of the hotel is just a few miles from where all the action is, but not so close as to deal with annoying people, too much traffic, or noise. The two rooms we had were very clean and comfortable; they were also adjoining, so we only had to open the doors to both rooms and didn't have to walk outside at all. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded, so it was perfect to cool off on what turned out to be two of the hottest days of the year. In addition to the free breakfast, there are a few places to go for food or snacks within walking distance that are open 24 hours. We were in town for my college graduation and the rooms were comfortable. If one is expecting the Hilton or a more upper-class hotel, this is probably not the place for you, but I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, comfort, and location. I must say again that the staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and I loved the free wifi in the rooms.
I travel with my own coffee pot and it was a good thing i did because my room didn't have one, whereas the other room I purchased did. The remote controls for the televisions in both rooms did not work properly (the volume buttons were broken), but not really too inconvenient. We were given rooms on the third floor, which was fine; however, the elevator broke the first night we were there and it took maintenance until later the next afternoon to fix it. This could have happened anywhere, though so things happen. I am disabled, though and having to climb the steps after being out walking around for several hours wasn't the greatest, but I survived. All-in-all, I really have no major complaints and would recommend this hotel to anyone for short stays. It is family friendly and surprisingly quiet.
Dangerous parking with shady loitering going on.
It was in the ghetto
Bed was comfortable.
Bad neighborhood. Went to both gas stations by the hotel and had to lock my car doors when my gf ran inside. People a outside of both places begging for money. Def not a good area for a family.
We expected this place to be terrible, and it wasn't at all. We were pleasantly surprised by the how nice the room was considering the price and area. The tv is huge, the bed is huge (but in my opinion too firm) and everything worked.
The bed is very firm. Also the outside could use an update. It really turned us off, but then we saw, the room.
