The service staff were helpful and courteous. The location afforded great harbor views. The room was not luxurious but it was more than adequate. The bathroom layout was spacious and well done. We got a quiet night's sleep despite a cheer-leading convention going on during our stay. One complementary bottle of water right next to a four dollar bottle (you can by them at the front desk for a dollar). The parking situation is confusing. Tip: You can park overnight in one of the huge parking garages for $18 rather than paying $35 for valet. If you go in and out of the parking garage, though, you'll be charged the hourly rate for the time you parked.

Large, clean rooms with facilities as described. Comfortable, large beds. All new, well equipped kitchen. Little noise from other guests. Cleaning of romms, supply of fresh linen and bed making had to be specifically requested. This was not made clear at check-in. No waste bins in one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
2 bedroom unit is nice size and beds are comfortable. Excellent location. Laziest staff in the world. Takes days to get a simple request done and constant complaining like "more towels" or "tissue", etc. Front desk staff very unfriendly but yet play and talk loud among themselves when guests are waiting. Horrible consigniorr's service. Go to Gaylord Resort to get all your activity needs done since Wyndham's people can't tell you even if there is grocery store around the corner. Spent $1650 for five days and ended up speaking with General Manager about the horrible poor experience and lack of general items in the room upon arrival which did not arrive until the day before we left. Also complained about lazy and "careless" staff. Basically, we could not count on the Wyndham for anything other than knowing we had a place to lay our head at night and shower. All staff members didn't want to be bothered and our requests were ignored. We even had staff raising their voices at us from the front desk if they had to show you where things. were.. To make matters worse, I have been a Wyndham OWNER for over 10 years and this is the treatment received. I will be dumping my Wyndham for Merriott ownership after this horrid experience. BWY, the General Manager who has been at the hotel for two years could only listen apologize for the neglect we received and did say about his own employees, 'UNFORTuNATELY, THEY ARE LAZY!" How's that for service!
Maxine, at the front desk was superb! She seemed to single-handedly take care of new arrivals, telephone calls and a problem with in a room with grace. She worked late and was her professional self early the next day. She needs a raise and a promotion in my opinion. Marsha Alan
Very unique hotel. A nice experience. Pillows are too small but not a huge deal.

Extremely nice hotel There were more hidden fees than I have ever seen at a hotel - $15 resort fee for phone use and other little things, even an extra $5 just to get a coork skrew in the room.
The Gaylord Hotel is a beautiful. The location and the strip itself are great.

The entire staff was very responsive and when there was no solution, e.g. no unbrellas in any of the stores, they went out of their way to exlain and help. The oopenness and high security give confidence in safety while being low key. Lots of locals enjoying your wonderful facility. The beds are too soft and are not not supportive for old people with bad backs.

The reception, restaurants, shops are excellent. Outside the hotel room the fountains, gardens are nice. Yes, The Bath room needs work. Specially the shower, we stayed in 2055 and the noise from possible exercise room was anoying. looking out the window we noticed employees were sitting outside (taking brake)
Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good location. Clean. Staff at breakfast (jenie) was great. Beatrice our housekeeper was awesome. Roof top bar was closed. Wait staff in steakhouse left something to be desired. Coffee bar poorly run. Lobby bar poorly staffed. Drink machine didn't work properly.

This design hotel lies in a recently built district (namely National Harbor) on the Potomac river. In particular, it is on the opposite shore of Alexandria which can be reached in 20 mins by boat. Connections to Washington downtown are available by taxi or shuttle buses, shared by the hotels of "National Harbor". Several restaurants can be found in the neighbours.
The staff is courteous, the location is perfect and the room is comfortable. The noise from the street permeates the room at times.
Large TV screen, two large beds, good shower, large area around sink to lay out cosmetics, etc. $200 per night too much for being so far from the airport and city. No way to close bathroom noise from main room. Coffee machine made poor coffee. Bed linens were probably clean but not ironed and full of wrinkles. Linen not very soft.

Service/ facilities are not always constant. Lack of eyes for details, which a person staying will appreciate. Not childfriendly; for exemple not even a decent "bed" for a four year old child. The roomspace is short.

The room was a breath of fresh air after staying in so many cookie cutter hotels in the past.
The staff was great, super friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was absolutely the best I have had in a hotel, and I have to say, most of the time when you get a free breakfast, you know right where to get it because it looks like a cafeteria. I had to ask where to get the breakfast because all I saw was what looked like a beautiful comfortable restaurant with nice atmosphere, comfy chairs, flat screen tvs. Well, that was the place for the free breakfast! I loved that you were getting a free breakfast in a much more luxurious atmosphere.

Breakfast was adequate at best. Then again, all Hampton Inn breakfasts are that way.

The bed was very comfortable and it was so easy to fall asleep in. The staff were helpful in answering questions that I had and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Would have liked to have had bacon for protein rather than just the sausages.
Good range of breakfast items; breakfast seating area is nicely decorated. Hotel was quiet (no street noise) and perfectly located for a conference across the street at the Gaylord Resort. Parking nearby. Did not understand that I needed to keep my room key after hotel checkout to be able to get out the parking garage (since parking fee was put on my hotel bill). Had to back out of garage exit (with other cars behind me), repark, walk back to hotel to figure this out. Bed not very comfortable (mattress saggy and needs replacing).
I like the fact it was right next to the Gaylord No refrigerator, numerous guests were complaining. No cups only coffee. Bathroom was not stocked. The walk from the garage to the hotel is less than pleasant. The garage is a public garage. Minimal parking, one elevator. Trying to move luggage from elevator across a street with numerous other people parking and riding elevator. Very small loading area in front of hotel. Not what I am use to when it comes to Hampton Inn.
With the storm passing through I was bumped from my hotel across the street. The staff was very friendly and the night auditor was extremely helpful getting me a cab in the morning even with the icy roads.
Across the street from the convention center The heater in my room rattled loudly, waking me up several times a night. The door connecting my room to my neighbors was not well-sealed or did not provide much of a sound barrier--I was disrupted from sleep and work multiple times by neighbors loud conversation.
Good location, amazing value, comfy rooms. Free wifi for up to four devices. Parking was come-and-go-as-you-wish, totally awesome. They also managed to add my husband's car to their lot after they'd closed the lot (stellar, stellar service). I needed to add someone to the room, but I didn't know their name exactly. They first told me that my other guests could add them. That was wrong. Then they told my guests that I could phone down the addition. That was wrong. The right answer was that I needed to go to the front desk in person with the additional guest. VERY FRUSTRATING. Also, the new security they hired for the even was a tad mystifying.
