10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel totally surpassed my expectations! Very modern. Everything new and high quality. Very quiet room. But still close to the train station the shopping district and some nice gardens. Plus, it had a mini kitchen.
Cons: I had some trouble with internet in my room. I was told that this is highly unusual since they have invested a lot in their internet capabilities. It was no problem to use internet in the comfortable "bar" area downstairs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a hotel that clearly wants you to have a nice stay. Squeaky clean and modern facilities. Fluffy comfortable bed. Great shower with lots of hot water. There's even a Senseo coffee maker in the room. Even though it's located right on a busy tram stop, the room itself is quiet and comes with darkening curtains, so we slept like logs. And the staff is just incredibly nice. Would gladly stay again!
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The hotel is very modern, quiet and clean. Great en-suite facilities and the beds are very comfortable without being too soft. Non-smoking policy throughout the hotel. It is located about 4 or 5 minutes' walk from the railway station and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Tram stop just around the corner. I'll definitely book a room there again the next time I visit Mannheim.

Cons: They used my Visa card many times by mistake and it was approximately 4000€ and when I spoke to them they returned most of it but still waiting for the result of money to be returned to my account appropriately 1000€
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location couldn’t be better for a family vacation, right in the Center of the city. Didn’t eat at the hotel other than breakfast which was very good but more expensive than usual. Staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, ready to go an extra mile to help. Whenever in Mannheim we would only stay at this hotel.
Cons: Nothing really
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean, great breakfast, great staff. We would stay again next time we are in mannheim.
Cons: The price, but I understand. With the con just down the street it's a supply and demand scenario.

Pros: Location, new , very clean . Staff very friendly. 20 min too the Hockenheim ring .
Cons: House keeping finish just after lunch . If your working in your room , it can be a slight hassle too get out of your room for a clean .
5.5 Okay
Pros: At check in I asked if breakfast was included. I was told clearly yes. At check out I was charged euro 80. The person checking me out implied that the mistake was mine and that the check in person wouldn’t have made a mistake. Really poor service accordingly.
Cons: Incorrect information from staff member which cost me euro 80.
5.5 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: Housekeeping
7.5 Good
Pros: the location is perfect
Cons: all was perfect
4.3 Okay
Pros: Facilities, comfort, location
Cons: Staff were rude racists with little or no interest in the guests. Myself and my wife were treated like inferior class people while other guests were told they were not welcome because they spoke English... when complaint was made at reception they had no interest even though they said they were concerned about the mater. Formal complaint being made directly with Radison group. Won’t darken the door ever again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It started with a misunderstanding, because the reception had information from booking.com that I had booked an apartment for 2 people but it had made it for 2 adults and a 11 years old child, after showing my confirmation, an extra bed for the son was quickly arranged, everything was taken care of properly. Thank you! Excellent cleanliness in the room, very comfortable beds, great breakfasts and the hotel's location.
Cons: High price
6.3 Good
Cons: The air conditioning can’t make the rooms cool , still hot inside

We left the blinds open all night as the lights and city view of Ludwigshafen across the river was so spectacular. Staff were friendly yet professional. Service and food in the tapas bar was excellent. Our bikes were stored securely. Can't praise the whole set-up highly enough.

Pros: When we arrived we got an upgrade to a bigger room. All the rooms are great, but this was really a special one, see the photo. Always on our trip to Italy we have this one night stopover in Mannheim at the Speicher 7 hotel. We love the design, the rooms, the beds, the view. In the weekends on the evenings it is quite busy it is really a hotspot in Mannheim. In the evening the food is tapas, small bites, good wines and a very relaxed atmosphere. We are always happy to be there!

Pros: The staff courteous and friendly
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations and staff were wonderful
Cons: Although breakfasts were also superb, the menu for other meals was the same for each lunch and dinner.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was only one night, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to enjoy the hotel. We did stop by the bar to sample schnapps, and your bartender is exceptionally engaging and responsive. We truly enjoyed his company and drink recommendations. Your valet is also very professional and considerate, and we appreciated his locating our vehicle right outside the front door. We also appreciated the early morning coffee delivery as we packed for our trip back to California.
Cons: It would have been appreciated if in addition to the tea service there was also coffee service in the room. In fact, I can't recall the last time we stayed in any hotel that didn't include in-room coffee service.

Cons: Too old and the air conditioner was not good at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is how a hotel should be run. Stylish, effortless, friendly service in a stunningly decorated privately owned hotel with gorgeously decorated rooms. You can tell the staff who are amazing are all happy in their jobs and nothing seems too much trouble - this is so hard to find in many hotels. We were extremely lucky as we got one of the best rooms in our class of rooms by happy accident. Gorgeous enormous beds, highest quality linen, big fluffy towels and bathrobes, sumptuous furnishings and plenty of mirror lined wardrobes. The double door into our room meant you could not hear the people walking down our corridor and staff could leave things in the inner section without coming into the room. Gorgeous touches such as the many stunning fresh flowers throughout the hotel, in our bathroom, the eclectic unique yet welcoming decor in the bar lounge area..close to the reception but a gorgeous salon. The breakfast room down a few steps was a delight. Filled with sparkling white linen, the room was filled with the heady scent from the fresh lilies as part of simple table decorations. Wow, just wow! This is a must if your budget allows - we certainly plan to come back many times! And I had the pleasure of greeting the amazing Frau Sylvia von Kretschmann the MD-owner (together with her daughter Dr Caroline v-K..and she was checking a display - hands on what needs to be done. Their promotional material says "5 Star" YES, "Attention to Detail", "Perfection" YES "WE love what we Do" yes "WE trust our staff" YES - they genuinely do... (For comparison: Due to lack of availability for the Friday night I had stayed around the corner and the cost of that hotel was the same with a 1/4 of the charm and style of the Hotel Europaischer Hof.)
Cons: Due to going to the thrilling German Grand Prix I sin't get a chance to use the Swimming pool and Spa...NEXT TIME!! Thank you to the team.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful
Cons: Clean comfort friendly staff

Pros: Outstanding location and very good staff. We were in the Annexe which has some road noise but provided lovely accommodation - good beds and en-suite. Would thoroughly recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the hotel in July. The location was excellent being on the river and bridge and also next to the interesting and picturesque old town pedestrian area. There is a huge array of shopping and eating all at your doorstep. The hotel itself has very spacious and comfortable rooms and our room also had a nice view. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. There is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel which serves good wines and very high quality and delicious food. The outdoor area also has a great ambience in summer. There are beautiful hydrangeas at the entrance to the hotel providing a lovely scent. The hotel's breakfast is good and Kevin is a great host who makes great coffee. He was particularly helpful and friendly to us in arranging our airport transfer and bidding us a fond farewell. In fact all of the hotel personnel and the owners were so warm and welcoming to us. We will definitely return to Hotel Zur Alten Brucke when next in Heidelberg.
Cons: We were very happy at Hotel Zur Alten Brucke. We would have liked to have lunch at the restaurant had we been there at the weekend. When we did dine there the service and food was of a very high standard.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Superb rooms and helpful staff
Cons: Addition of mini bar maybe help
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a family-run establishment and they are rightly proud of everything they offer. I would only complain about there not being a gym, but since Mannheim is very good for riverside jogging, and there just is t a suitable place for an onsite gym, I didn’t feel this was worth them losing a point for!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the room is excellent - with all you need for business trip
Cons: nothing to dislike
7.5 Good
Pros: Room size was very good!
Cons: Breakfast was very very poor. Didn’t like it at all. After breakfast in the hotel we went to the city to eat breakfast

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and in a great location Really friendly staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room we stayed in was very nice, both in size and appointments. The restaurant is very good-both for breakfast and dinner. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
Cons: Service in the restaurant one night was a little bit slow and the shower design in our bathroom was odd-the water tended to go out on the bathroom floor. Not a big deal, though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel, right opposite the opera. It was a short opera only, so this time I could also have dinner at the hotel, which was wonderful as well. Nice large & quiet rooms, wonderful bathroom.
Cons: Temporarily no parking. Nice water boiler but no coffee. Couldn't find a bath robe. This is all peanuts: it's a wonderful hotel!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice and quiet
Cons: A little bit more walking needed to the center

Cons: There is no parking on site, and I had to park at the train station and walk over.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Style is very nice. Has a great bar and atmosphere inside. rooms are comfortable and classy .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was great!! Room 51 has the most amazing mattress I ever slept on! I wanted to ask them where they bought it. First time in for ever that I woke up without back-pain!
5.5 Okay
Pros: The interior is astonishing its very nicely designed from the bar to the room
Cons: You won't be able to close the curtain fully because it purposely left the gap in middle of the window, so you be facing the annoying lights from the opposite building it creeped me out to realized there was a guy in office pantry standing looking to me. its extremely noise, its literally at the HBF and noisy until 2 am and resume again at 5 am
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an absolutely stunning hotel. It is centrally located and within a couple hundred feet from the central train station. I stayed here Christmas Eve and Day. The restaurant was closed, but the breakfast was delicious, so I am assuming the restaurant was good as well. The room was light, airy, and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe double room, which was equipped with a double bed, desk, large flat screen tv and a mini kitchen. The bathroom was lovely, equipped with a large shower. The breakfast was tasty. They served meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals and yogurt. What I noticed about the breakfast was they served many types of milks as well as alternatives to traditional milk (The coconut milk was tasty with my cereal). The staff was helpful, kind and professional. I definitely plan on staying here again in the near future.
Cons: I liked everything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Style and location are great
Cons: some things were dusty in the room. like lamps and tv controller. + no usb connection to charge phone.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice but what really made this a place to stay at was the bathroom. It was large and the walk in shower was one of the best I have seen. The shower had a large rain type shower head as well as the type you can take down and use. The great thing was there was enough water pressure that you could use both at once. The breakfast although expensive, 19 Euros, was delicious.
Cons: The food for dinner was pricey for what you got. Also make sure you ask for a reservation. We tried to sit at a table and was told they were all reserved. We ate at the bar and saw at least one table empty for 1.5 hours while we were eating. In the room instead of one nice sized blanket on the bed there was two smaller blankets. This is a pain when trying to share.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location next to the train station. Easy walk down to the Rhein and restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms at a great price.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is really close to the station and easy to find, walk out of the station and you can see it across the forecourt! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee available on request in lounge.
Cons: If you want to use the room kitchen facility you have to pay 15 Euro extra. Previous guests have abused the service and taken or damaged kitchen utensils. Hotel lobby and lounges are a bit dark but very comfortable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place in the middle of the old town in Heidelberg Very clean and nicely presented Staff were exceptionally friendly English speaking and were happy to engage our very broken German Breakfast was very good value Rooms were on par with 5 star hotels
Cons: Parking was super tricky... but super convenient - right out front of our apartment
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast with a generous time span early to late. Central town location in a cobbled courtyard, leading off a pedestrian area. No traffic noise.
Cons: The room was large but not well heated. One radiator and the aircon only blew cold air despite being set up for heating. I was cold in the night and there were no extra blankets in the cupboard.
7.5 Good
Pros: Its a very nice and clean bedroom, good size, but very basic. I would jave expected a bottle of water, mini bar and maybe a safe box.
Cons: To have mini bar, safe box, some water... and people attending the reception at all time, they were very nice but usually weren't there.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Nice hotel with character. Although the furnishings may look somewhat old, it was very clean. Room was a good size for 2 persons. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: No lift so be prepared to take the luggage up the stairs. One time I lost the internet connection while in the room. No a/c in our room, only fan, but we still slept comfortably as it wasn't that hot.

Pros: Very quant and comfy
Cons: No lift

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel has a nice somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. But everything is spotless clean and all the facilities you want in an inner city hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: staff was generous and accommodating; breakfast was excellent; bed was comfortable - could not have asked for a better experience. many thanks.
Cons: really, nothing !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is old but comfy. Frontside rooms are loud because of traffic. Windows are old so no noise isolation. At the backside the rooms have total silence. Walls are thin so you hear your neighbour. Elderly couple owning and running the hotel, very friendly.
Cons: Muesli variety missing. Too much kitsch. Old carpets.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice small traditional hotel very close to the train station and just a short walk from the Rosengarten. I had a quiet room at the rear and it was plenty big enough, nice and light and cheerful, and very comfortable. Small bathroom but with an excellent shower and everything very clean. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The family who own the hotel go to a great deal of trouble to make the place look attractive and the breakfast is very good indeed. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.
Cons: There is no lift - but there isn't room for one. I was on the first floor so no problem, and I'm sure that if I had asked, I could have received help to carry my luggage upstairs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved my stay at Hotel Kurpfalzstuben. The breakfast was filling and plentiful. My room was really really clean and comfortable with a wonderful view. Plus, this hotel is a less than 5 minute walk from the Mannheim Main Train station (Mannheim Hbf).
Cons: Just a warning, there is no elevator in this hotel, which was not a problem for me but for others it might be.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice, well run hotel with a good breakfast. Very convenient for the station and Rosengarten conference centre. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Cons: There was some traffic noise in the front room but earplugs were supplied and consequently I slept well
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Absolutely not.

Cons: Staff not so friendly and welcoming, grumpy middle aged receptionist who doesn't even know how to smile, she should not be in the hospitality profession if she doesn't know how to smile at guests, the younger female receptionist much better and helpful but the older female is more like; take it or leave it type of attitude. Guests are paying alot of money for accommodation she should atleast make their stay worthwhile! Im utterly disappointed!! Pillow cases had holes as in they were torn!

Pros: Here you will get an amazing breakfast with almost everything you can think of. The hotel bar is also a great place to stay at the evening. We will come back next year.
Cons: The hotel has its own parking garage. But obviously you don't get a discount as a guest. For several days it gets a bit expensive.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's practical and kleen, the room is spacious and you have all the comfort you need. Breackfast is very various and excellent. You can park your car and you are near Heidelberg and the highway and in Dossenheim you have nice eating possibilities.
Cons: It's difficult to step Inside the hotel, The reception is on the third floor, so you have to take the lift to go up und than come back with your luggage to find your room. It's inhabitual and for me it's not welcoming for the guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good if self-driving, basement free parking and large room. Quiet, safe and clean area. Nice and helpful staff. Very near to the train station. I will definitly choose this hotel if I visit Heidelberg again!
Cons: Nil
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable
7.5 Good
Pros: Easy and friendly check in and check out. Room and bathroom were spotless clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable (hard but firm mattress). Free underground parking.
Cons: While waiting to be checked in a new staff member was told what to do and what not to do. We were just standing there and waiting listening to the lady ordering the young guy what to do (had nothing to do with checking in). We didn't find this very professional in front of arriving guests and also very uncomfortable for the new staff member. Seemed like a show off! We asked for a quiet room and were told for a small increase in prize we could have a room facing the "garden". Wasn't worth it. We looked onto a little piece of grass and a building so close that we kept the curtains closed. The street side is not very busy so don't bother. Sauna costs extra and you have to reserve and inform staff 45 min in advance. No water bottle in fridge. All in all, the pictures are better than the real deal and we found it a bit expensive for what it is.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the look and feel and the overall concept of the hotel. The breakfast is all regional and organic. The breakfast room is on the third floor so there's a nice view of the surrounding area. It's all very new and modern, light and airy. I didn't have a chance to try the spa so can't say what that was like. Close to a tram stop (about 2 minutes) so you're about a 15 minute ride from downtown Heidelberg. Free parking in the underground garage!
Cons: Unfortunately no safe in the room. The bathroom is really nice but I really dislike these Mediterranean-style showers with no doors - you always end up flooding the bathroom.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast (expensive, but worth it for the orange juice alone), sauna was super nice, and there were also bikes for rent. We were just visiting Heidelberg and between the bike rental and nearby tram, we had no trouble getting around. Would definitely stay here again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean and excellent breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Location close to the Motorway . The hotel is clean and top class
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility was amazing, eco friendly, and priced right.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the room.
Cons: The young girl that worked 7-14.19 this morning was rude and unfriendly. She was acting like I was interrupting her private conversation with her co worker

Pros: Second time stay in this hotel. Very clean, modern design, wonderful AC (important in the summer). Didn't try breakfast this time, so can't say anything about it. A quieter part of town, a short walk to everything.
Cons: Had a room with twin beds pulled together - would have been more comfortable to have a double bed for just one person. Strangle (to me) little blankets on the twin beds.

Pros: The hotel is along the river Rhine and in a very quiet area. The shopping mall opposite the hotel offers good eating opportunities. They also have a separate locked room for bikes.
Cons: -
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location
Cons: If you Need to work from the Hotel, at least they could provide a moveable swivel chair. Also, there was no table to put your Computer on - only a shelf (300mm deep) so you could not open the Laptop Screen completely without the Laptop hanging over the edge of the "shelf"....the Hotel was expensive when compared to an IBIS or Motel One who offer better working facilities in the Hotel room
7.5 Good
Pros: The view over the Rhine is really nice
Cons: The breakfast was a little bit dissapointing. They had mostly cereals, fruits, 2-3 types of pastry, jam, 2-3 types of salami, 2 types of cheese, boiled eggs and sausages. It was more like a 2-3 stars hotel breakfast They don’t have parking. You have to park in a mall near by and it costs 10€ per day
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb comfortable bed :) good breakfast
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very courteous and polite. They also were very informative with some of the questions I had. I liked the location of the hotel being next to the mall and the river. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Not much to dislike about this place. The only thin I wish was different was on Sunday the mall was closed and that left fewer options for dining. But again this was only on Sunday and the dining doesn't have much to do with the hotel.

Pros: everything was nice and sparkling clean...the hotel is very close to city center.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is just opposite the Hauptbahnhof and the bus station is in front of the main gate of the hotel. Easy to access, and easy to find the way to the landmarks and restaurants. The room is well equiped, and the provided public transportation ticket is a very good vaule-add!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel, clean and neat. Breakfast excellent with fresh fruits. Next to the train station and bus and tram stops. I recommend highly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Needed a one-night stay in a convenient location. This place is right outside the main train station! The room is modern, quiet (I got one facing away from the train station), clean and with air-conditioning. The bed is comfortable, there were adequate power outlets located at all the right spots. Good water pressure and hot water from the shower. Wifi was good too. The staff at the reception is really nice and practical. I was given a room with faulty air conditioning at first and the staff promptly moved me to another room without the hassle of having to go back to the reception to return the key after the change. I will definitely return.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern, purpose-built hotel. The rooms are spacious and functional. The shower was the best I have experienced so far in Germany. Value for money is excellent. There is a bar near the reception, serving alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, coffe and a small range of snacks. Right at the main railway station and trams into the city and to Heidelberg.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent from the railway station. Bonus city travel pass throughout our stay. Good value for money
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Confortable room with freage, great location, free transport ticket
Cons: A little bit expensive, but as you get free transportation ticket and the location is great, it worth
6.8 Good
Pros: It is directly at the main train station, which is very convenient. The air conditioning keeps the room cool even when not in room.
Cons: There were major building works (drilling, shaking) adjacent to the hotel into the early hours of the morning (3-4am). These can be heard clearly in the room. The mini-bar fridge did not cool the drinks. The beer was warm and spilled over when opened.

Cons: Train stadion in night
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Generally we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Hotel replied our mail very fast and the reception was very friendly, and we were attended very well. Our bed was very comfortable and big. Also the children's bed was good, and our daughter was happy to sleep in it. Room in general was clean and pretty, and bathroom was very well equipped. Also the kitchenette filled all our needs (good basic cooking utensils, fridge, coffee machine etc.) We liked all the nice small details in room, such as flowers on the desk, things-to-do list, many chairs, make-up mirror etc. Rooms were well isolated from noise and light at night. I can easily recommend the hotel for families with small children, and to everybody else as well. We decided spontaneously to have breakfast at hotel, despite complimentary coffee, rolls and croissants. Breakfast room had a nice flair and sortiment was good. It was also a good choice.
Cons: Public transportation (tram) could be serving the hotel a bit better, but maybe it's better in the future. Still not very bad though. 15 minutes walk from the main station and less than ten to the tram stop. We were travelling with young child, and a potty would have been a bonus. Then our stay would have been perfect.
7.5 Good
Pros: Large room with balcony. Clean. Parking under the hotel (need your room key first)
Cons: Location. Difficult to find due to tram works. Restaurant not open no reason given
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Big room, spacious with every comfort. Perfect for big families.
Cons: position not great, but Good if you need to take the highway.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: IT'S A VERY COMFORTABLE , CLEAN HOTEL. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HEIDELBERG IS A BEAUTIFUL CITY BUT THE HOTEL IS NOT IN THE BEST LOCATION
Cons: ONLY THE LOCATION
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and bright room. Delicate everything and service is so sweet:). The location is nice because I like walking through the bridge, but a little bit far from the castle and classic view there. However I still highly recommend it because all is beautiful in the penthouse. Thanks.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great breakfast, very friendly staff, room was large and modern, contemporary design, great bathroom
Cons: The whole Hotel is very modern and the design is a so called "passiv-Haus" (very modern way of hearing, very energy efficient), but the disadvantage of this heating system is a very, very dry air. after sleeping only one night, both my partner and I were suffering from a very dry throat that very soon started to hurt and felt infected. this is the only reason why I would not spend another night in the Hotel, everything else was fine.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The room was well decorated and outfitted with all we needed to cook a small dinner. We really enjoyed having a balcony to sit on after a long day of walking. The staff were helpful and friendly: they allowed us to check into our room early.
Cons: Our room was next to a railroad, so we could hear trains passing by during the evening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the Penthouse rooms which were lovely and well equipped. The location of the hotel is a little out of town but close to a very regular tram service. We didn’t have breakfast but there is complementary croissants, fruit and coffee in reception if needed. The staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Cons: I didn’t know about the parking charge, but maybe I didn’t read the small print.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is good if you stay a long time.
Cons: The location is far away from the old town. had better you have a car. The parking fee is expensive.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and quite location ..brilliant facilities ...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was also nice.
Cons: The room had pretty old furniture, heavy curtains. It was a problem because of my dust allergy.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This family-run hotel is excellent value for money. My expectations were exceeded. The location was perfect for my business needs.
Cons: Parking is a challenge when the nearby theatre has a performance.
6.3 Good
Pros: Bed too small Friendly staff at receiption.
Cons: Bed too small. In general was good stay
6.3 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Booked a junior suite at a fairly high price, everything in the city was booked. Upon checking in I was not given a suite, and the next morning was told that I was given a 'better' room that was 30qm smaller, at a 10€ discount. Was never given an option to change, and would have much preferred the larger room.
5.5 Okay
Pros: - good variety at breakfast
Cons: - offered park places are very narrow. Got charged for an additional parking day even though I informed the reception that I will not be parking there, any more but they forgot to write it in the tool - POS did not function at check-out - they had to write down the card number and charge it later - price to high for what is being offered
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really clean, and they were so nice and helpful!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice family-owned feel hotel, convenient for my business trip location, not far from the centre but on a quiet street with several interesting buildings. The hotel itself has a very interesting history which I managed to read through in the folder provided in the room. I had everything I needed and the room was super clean. I will for sure stay here again during my next trip.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of Mannheim HBF. Music themes vary per floor, funny additional feature. Well appointed rooms, good beds, comfortable and clean bath room. Extensive breakfast bookable at check in, just around the corner at sister-hotel if you want and if you have time and want to spend the money. There are many more options for quick and cheaper breakfast in the immediate area (train station...).
Cons: Desk not suitable for working at. Parking your car may be a challenge, like in most city centers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I had a room at the back side, it was an absolute sound of silence, neither noise from other rooms.
Cons: It was a pity that their sushi bar downstairs was closed (Sundays and Mondays)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: One of the best single rooms I've ever stopped in. The room was spotless and the decor was excellent.
Cons: Had to pick up the key from next door and the bar was closed
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Trendy hotel with comfortable rooms and showerroom. Excellent location close to trainstation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very special rooms and super attentive staff. Close to the main railway station, but still very quiet.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice modern hotel really close to the train station. Perfect if you need to travel with the train early in the morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The style and design really impressed me! Finally a hotel that understands how to combine comfort and stand out at the same time. Its not the standard hotel furniture but someone actually though about each item - thats what it seems like. They use vintage items to decorate the rooms and transform them into something modern. Incredibly tasteful. Even the naming of the floors (after music bands) made me smile. Would love to see their concept in more cities!
Cons: Nothing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Staytion is a nice Boutique hotel for young people and all who stayed young. All rooms take up the motto music as Mannheim considers itself as city of music. I liked the style the rooms are setup. Convenient beds and clean nice bad rooms.
