As a family with young children, the accomodations were an exceptional value for money. The location was perfect, and offered a variety of family oriented activities.
Very friendly staff Excellent breakfast None
Pleasant atmosphere and wonderful included breakfast. The wasted time trying to find it.
Quiet, well-appointed and web-bookable. Good restaurant. General signage, lack of full restaurant translation. Pool could be better.
The breakfast buffet. Also, we arrived about 10 p.m. and the desk clerk was waiting for us! That is service. The room had a too much furniture in it so it felt crowded. But we were only there a short time as we had a 5-hour detour because we could not cross the Polish border (with our car) at the Baltic Sea as we had planned!
My young son and dog was welcome - and this makes me happy Maybe have an english translation of services available at front desk (the book in the hotel room) I would have liked to order room service, but didn't know if the hotel offered this.
We were very well received by the friendly owners. We had an appartment for one night, it was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is small, but it has good quality items, and we enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly service and the presentation of the breakfast buffet
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff was wonderful and very courteous. The room was perfect for our family (it included a chair that folded out into a twin bed) and the hotel is very centrally located in Wolgast, only a short drive to the beach and Peenemunde. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully restored and the breakfast was delicious!
The location was excellent. It was right on the main road over the Peenebruecke bridge. Parking was easy to access and there was enough of it. The head man made an excellent recommendaton and his directions were clear. He apologized for giving us a room up 4 flights of stairs and he carried my bag up. We could have had an apartment up two flights of stairs for 10 Euros more, but we stuck with the original selection. There was a separate room for tv viewing. The structure of the hotel was interesting with exposed beams and dowel fastenings. I was surprised that we were expected to pay on arrival and no receipt was immediately given. We were given one when we asked after we came back from dinner. I also don't understand why there was no soap--either liquid or solid--fir the shower. I had to soak myself under the shower, get out and squeeze the liquid soap out of the dispenser at the sink, and return to the shower. There were no English channels, and the choice on the German channels was limited.
