Pros: Very pleasant residents' lounge with lots of local and not so local information. Extra info provided by William and Mary, the owners.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and breakfast were wonderful, and you were both very nice. It was nice that there was a restaurant and convenience store within walking distance.
Cons: I wish I had known that your B&B is actually not in Nenagh. My cousin lives in Derrinclare and I hoped it would be actually in Nenagh and closer to his home. Apparently I should have done more research beforehand.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We liked that we had a room where we could sit and relax without having to stay in our room. The host and hostess were so helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and we liked that we could decide what items we wanted. We liked the restaurant a few blocks away where the food was great.
Cons: I suppose since we got lost every time we left the B&B, the city of Nenagh was what we didn't like. There really wasn't anything about the B&B that we didn't like.

Pros: The hotel is an atmospheric period house in a lakeside setting. The hallway, drawing room and dining room are beautiful roomy spaces with wood floors and furniture and pictures totally in keeping with the house. A lovely restful place to stay.
Cons: The food was good but could have included more veg (eg cavolo nero, purple sprouting broccoli) and fruit from the charming walled garden.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old world Manor House with a fantanstic lake and walks around the property. We stayed in newly developed mews at rear of hotel which were very modern but decorated in keeping with the main house.
Cons: We thought we were staying in the hotel at time of booking and not in the mews, however, the hotel sorted it out for us very satisfactorily.

Pros: We stayed in Ashley Park on the first night of our Irish honeymoon and it was a perfect stay. Jaka, a fine Slovenian man working in the guesthouse, attended to our every need with diligence and a warm smile on his face. We paddled on the lake, walked the gardens and met the peacocks. An idyllic stay - many thanks Jaka and colleagues!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would highly recommended this wonderful place in such a stunning location. The owners were so friendly helpful and gave us good tips for the rest of the journey. The breakfast was fabulous and we had a wide range of teas and coffee in our rooms. The Well Meadow B&B was so close to the beautiful lake and the kids had so much fun on the lake water park. Wish we had scheduled more nights at this B&B
Cons: The local shop was quite a drive so we ended up spending to much money in the local cafe and pub. This got a little expensive with 4 kids, with hindsight we should of stocked up on drinks and snacks on the way in.

Pros: The reception staff and the duty manager on the evening of 4th October were incredibly helpful and made a huge difference to our stay. We arrived late at about 9.20 pm after a long journey. We went to our room and came out at 9.40 hoping to get something to eat. The barman told us the kitchen closed at 9.30 pm and it wasn't possible to get anything. We checked with the young women at reception about other options; they told us about local takeaways, then one of them went into the office and came back with the duty manager who said there was no problem. He took our order and we got two very nicely made sandwiches. All of this was done in a very professional, friendly, low-key way and left us with such a good feeling that we'll be recommending this hotel to everyone! These three lovely and very professional people set a standard for hotel staff everywhere. Thank you! Also, the hotel was great value for money.
