Pros: We had a wonderful one night stay halfway through our drive down France. The room was delightful and our host was wonderful- honestly she's the best thing about the place. She takes great care of her guests and was kind and friendly to our small children. The breakfast was wonderful in the garden. We wish we could have stayed longer
Pros: Breakfast was french simplicity, but the host is very friendly. Sadly she did not notice our arrival and did not answer the phone, which kept us hanging around for an hour or so until other guests shouted loudly and finally drew attention
Cons: We refer to the Mondriaan apartment. The house is on main street. The interior resembles a 19th century office, including old oak book shelfs. Modern insets for bathroom, Street traffic is loud in the morning. The owners are refurbishing the buildings so there is no pool, no green garden and the court yard has difficult accessibility from a narrow side street. We parked outside the property. The quality of beds in the second bedroom was poor, even for children.
Pros: Lovely old building and very friendly and generous hosts. They even booked a table for us at a fabulous local restaurant

Pros: Easy to find B&B in a quiet roadside location just outside a village. Colourful room with comfortable twin-beds and an ensuite bathroom, without a toilet. This was just a few paces from the room, but wasn’t shared with any other guests. Pleasant, well-informed hosts and good breakfast with homemade jams. Excellent value for money.
Cons: I would have preferred an en-suite with a toilet. Single-file parking facilities weren’t very practical

Pros: The location is good and there is a lovely reservoir nearby.
Cons: The beds did not have clean bedding. One bed had a stained quilt with no sheet or quilt cover. The room was cold and there were not enough bed covers.
Pros: The decor was calm and smart and there were super old prints on the walls. The room faced away from the main road which made it quieter.
Cons: The outer door was difficult to unlock.
Pros: Availability cleanliness and being in an old renovated house with all amenities needed. Very nice to lace to stay. Better than a bed and breakfast (more privacy) and more personal than a hotel.
Pros: Large will furnished room, shower excellent, welcoming hist.
Cons: Must phone in arrival to get in.
Pros: Lovely restaurant by a lake .
