Price was good. Nice staff.
Breakfast wasn't great and it's not located super near downtown.
Nothing. Checked in at 10:30pm run away for my life at 11:30 pm
The place is terribele maintained. The population of pepole there is like troubled neighborhood. Just like where the hotel is located. Felt like im in harlem. For the 1 hour that i was trying to sleep 3 times some one was knocking on my door. Had no idea who it was and what they want. I was so affraid took my things and leave
Staff was helpful, place was clean.
Very limited continental breakfast, someone smoked in the elevator.
The hotel would not let me cancel my stay. There was so much traffic that I couldn't make it to my hotel and the hotel told me the hotel was non-refundable. I did not see "non-refundable" on my itinerary. I feel like I was robbed of almost $500 for a hotel I did not stay in.
Staff were nice and helpful
Hotel was too far out to get a cab to take us downtown. Rooms looked and smelled newly renovated but the elevator looked like a death trap
Smelly and dirty! The condition of the lobby, the elevator, the hall and the room, all were smelly and DIRTY!
Stains all over the walls and curtains, bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the elevator looked as though it was literally falling apart.
the room was great and the price was perfect
The staff tried their best to be as accomodating as possibile...they tried to make a very bad situation better.
I didn't like the rooms, they were not clean looking, we had to be moved because the first rooms they put is in had holes in the walls and ceiling, it was smelly, the balonies couldn't be used, and we didn't shower because of the condition of the bathrooms.
That it was located so close to the major highway and it was close to breakfast.
I didn't like how dirty everything was, and how they put people that smoked on a non smoking floor.
The rooms were clean, service could have been a little better.
Coffee pot was provided in room, however, there was not any coffee, cups, nor condiments.
Front desk staff was helpfull, thats the only thing good I have to say about this hotel.
The room was disgustingly dirty!!! After checking in I had to go to the front desk to get clean bed and bath linen.I will never stay in this hotel, or any of Americas Best Value Inns again.
