Close to Times Square, good location
Reported slow draining tub and sink 3 days in a row with no resolution. Noise level is high, but earplugs provided.
The water in the shower was nice and hot.
I was essentially charged twice for my stay, being charged a week before my stay and then had to pay again when I got to the property. The first charge was not released until after I checked out. I understand having a deposit held for incidentals, but $331 is a bit ridiculous. I sent an e-mail to the manager about releasing the charge, on Monday, 3/9/2020 and have yet to receive a response (3/12/2020). The room was extremely small for a "Deluxe" room. With three people in a room with 2 double beds, two of us had to sit on the bed so the third could move around the room. My boys had to duck to avoid hitting their heads on the TV mounted on the wall. There was a tiny cabinet that wasn't even big enough for one suitcase, let alone 3.
Room, breakfast and the way how hotel handle my booking.
Good price and excellent location, right by Times Square. Breakfast was basic but not bad, I liked the toaster to toast bread.
Service was not perfect, our room was not ready even an hour after the official check in time. Room was sufficient but nothing special, the closet door was a bit broken.
Really small and worn out rooms. Small beds absolutely not comfortable for 2 person (about 110 cm wide). The staff was kind, but it wasn't a nice stay overall. The breakfast was very simple (you can get tired of it after 2 days): basically fruits, some cereals, coffee, orange juice and boiled egg which is fine for one day, but for more ... I dont think so. I dont think I will have boiled egg again in my life...:)
Spend some of your profit on the rooms interior. They look like rooms from the 80's. Buy some bigger beds. Guests will appreciate it. Make some scrambled egg instead of boiled egg. People can eat scrambled egg for weeks but boiled egg...
